I've worked mostly in AVID and Final Cut Pro, so I'm used to profesional editing. This is by far the most tedious app I've ever encountered when trying to complete simple tasks like Saving / Exporting clips, splitting segments of video or any other menial task. Creating a teaser / trailer from this app would be like pulling teeth with a wrench. It lacks ability, excludes simpler things like Exporting a single clip and it just painful. I've transcoded feature length films with less headache.

This app was good until they made it so you can't load your own picture as a sticker. Ever since the update, if you click on the icon to load a picture, it does nothing. As a result, I am starting to use a competitor video editing app. Too bad these people already have my money. Please fix so I can go back to using this app. For all those that cannot export, it is due to their update. You can't do as much as before. You have to export without certain things and edit again, losing quality.

This app is great for quick but tasteful editing for people like myself who work from my phone. Very easy to understand and use. . EDIT 2020, I still live this ap. It's my go too however for about a month now if I go to filter anything it completely freezes. I have to close the ap completely then re open it find my work in my drafts and if I want a filter use another ap. Not a huge deal but the filters especially the new ones added are pretty PLEASE FIX THIS.

Please refund the money back. The Multi Music is messed up. If I change one music other music changes too randomly. Voice is not leveled. It sounds different in edit mode and different after saving. Transitions are not smooth. Sound doesn't fade even after checking the box. It's been two years and still same.. Getting worse... 5 videos... After spending hours it just turns white for no reason.

I have been a huge fan with this app for years now , same phone same everything and up until recently after an update I can't edit any of my videos if they are over 30 seconds. I get a message "video resolution is too big to edit" I NEVER had this problem before. I would even import videos 4 minutes long and be able to chops and screw them, edit them and trim them right in the app. VERY disappointing even after the fact I spent money to have the pro version of this.

Since an update unfortunately, the videos that do upload have terrible quality. now it's crashing all the time!! It won't save many videos. Before, (2yes ago) I said it was: Easy to use and learn. All the updates make it better and better and so worth paying for. I get asked all the time what app I use for my videos. My 2 year old loves to help me make movies too so it's just fun!

THEE WORST VIDEO EDITOR I HAVE EVER USED IN TWENTY YEARS. If you're a professional video editor on the go with a quick job to do...stick with VivaVideo...this app is just terrible. The splits are sloppy and the beginning of the split clip repeats the words from the prior split so it's really sloppy (NEVER seen an editor do THAT before) & the app is very laggy and difficult to use nicely. Oh it's just a mess, so painful to use, don't waste your time on this one. $20 for this lack of quality? Wow.

IDK why I sometimes try to select videos, and nothing attaches. It's frustrating! Fix it plz. I wish you guys would add image layers. where one video would play in the foreground transparently, on top of one in the background. I wish when you go to add the music, you could just Search the song directly, instead of scrolling down to it. I wish we could control the length of the fade in and fade out. I wish you guys would fix the lag between how it plays synced with the music, & how it saves

Although I'm not proficient using modern technology, I took a chance today & finally opened this app (I had it on my phone for many moons). I am very satisfied with the outcome of my first video creation! It was easy to figure out how to use its features. With the trim feature, I reduced my 33.7 second video to 30.7 seconds. I appreciate its ability to shave off time to tenths of a second. From now on, I'm confident I can make more cool videos with this app! Thanks!

I've used this app for a long time and it's always worked great. Against my better judgment I updated the app and now I can no longer export my videos. I made a really nice video to post to IG and tried at least 10 times to export it with no success, VERY ANNOYING!! The only help/advice is that I need to move some files around but then my draft videos and other videos will be permanently deleted. NOT COOL! So my rating will go from 5 stars down to 2 stars until the issue is fixed.

Update: pretty good editor. Still has a few bugs. (Cant change background to solid color or add other options), blue option cant change all pics at once) but even with that I like the program. They have added more themes, music and clips which is awesome. Wish I could blur items but overall good editor. OLD - Bummed.. had to down grade my 5 to 2. App was great but now won't export gets to 80% and stops.

I love it! So user friendly! Pro version is included with Google play pass, so I don't have a way to compare free vs paid or know how much more content is available in paid version. However there certainly is no shortage of cool fx, themes, editing tools like add audio, filters, easy to use trim split & great features like the ability to save drafts plus multiple options for the final cut like what res& frame rate, as well as where to save to. It's definitely become my go to video editor

I loved this app until one day all my downloadable content was no longer available. It seemed that they had released another app and now my downloadable content was only useable if I paid a large amount of cash. However, I was wrong. It seems that there was an issue with updates. They responded to my review with a simple update and that this would fix the issue. Indeed it did and I am so happy to have one of my favorite apps back! Thx VideoShow Pro!

I really wish I hadn't installed that last update. It's sure awesome when an app developer decides to change a random portion of the app's UI without warning. Not all of it, just the main menu and some of the most important tools. The real miracle is the tools that appear completely unchanged, but are no longer functioning correctly. And what's listed in the update notes? Effing not a gd thing.

I have the paid version and it works pretty well for making my pubg videos on my phone. I'd like to see some quality of life improvements like labeling clips in a way that's easy to put them in order. Other than that I love adding music and effects and upload quality is great. (Years later) I still love it. This app allows me to do the basic editing I would expect on my phone. I can make my little gameplay clips with music and effects. Good investment to to basic editing on the go.

It's an excellent app, and I highly recommend it to Android. I say it because I have used it for 5 years. It has all the basic features to make short videos. The only drawback is that all the features are not available on Samsung Z Fold 5 on the main screen, like adding subtitles, etc. So you have to flip the phone shut and do that stuff on the portrait screen. This is a minor irritation. Otherwise, everything works well.

I have tried numerous video editing apps over a decent amount of time, and this one imo out of all the other ones has the best and largest selection of tools you can make use of to edit any kind of video. The best part of it for me is having the Play Pass, because it includes the Pro version of this app, which I recommend you use if you're seriously into editing videos and want access to a large variety of editing tools, filters, themes, effects, music, text+more. Definitely recommend!
