Love the app been using for about 10 years. Recently when converting music the playback seems to sound like a subliminal high pitch sound. Please resolve if possible

I found this problem: when you use convert to a portrait positioned mp4 into mp4 for lowering resolution purposes, it does this nasty thing: it recompiles them into landscape. The proof is the thumbnail being squeezed. at first, it doesn't seem to be a problem, but it will be when you use another lowering resolution app, and will fail to recognize that the video is portrait, having a finished product of a REAL squeezed landscape video (like the putin meme) hope you could fix it soon :D

Something wrong with the converter not like before.there's a big difference between the the original mp4 & mp3,mp3 sounds weird after I converted it.

This app helps me convert my downloads from Tubemate. I've been loving it. However, I've been having few challenges with movies that will lose its sound at some point. Other times too, the video gets stuck along the line with only the audio playing. I'm not sure if it's from this app or the Tubemate. I'd be glad to get some assistance. Thank you.

This app helps me convert my downloads from Tubemate. I've been loving it. However, I've been having few challenges with movies that will lose its sound at some point. Other times too, the video gets stuck along the line with only the audio playing. I'm not sure if it's from this app or the Tubemate. I'd be glad to get some assistance. Thank you.

Please bring back the old version before this update. With this version when you're on the "edit info" window & push the save button after editing, it closes the window & goes back to list of songs. When you click on the song again, the changes aren't saved. One thing I've realized this with you guys, whenever you try to fix a problem on this app, you create 2 more. If it's possible, may please help me get back the previous version

i found a bug that everytime i convert it into mp3 OR already rename the file and i press back button, it deleting the video from the phone

I was really liking this app until recently. Only issue here is that whenever i put album art on the song to match it will put one from another song and it gets stuck. It really only shows on Spotify and i haven't been able to find another app like this with the customization features. So im using this one for now. Please fix this issue‼️

Does what it says. The only working tool that I found in play store. Would have been better if there was a batch convert option though.

Quick and easy. A few ads here and there, but like 25% of the time you convert audio. Personally, though I love using this, the album art of the video I convert gets lost in the process when, back then, it would imprint it on the audio file after. It might just be VLC player that I use. It's easier to see and organize when you can see the album art that goes along with the respective songs. At least for me, personally. Still, highly recommend using this! Very easy and nice to use!
