This app is scam. Wrong description leads to unnecessary subscribtion. There's mention bwf and spotv chanel, but can't play it and never bring the program.

why i can't subscribe vidio and payment? it informs that i have to check my region, but my account has been indonesia. but vidio still error and failed all over again.

I'm from Malaysia.i love using this app but lately for some reason,if im using wifi to watch content in vidio,it doesn't work which made me had to use my mobile data instead which really annoying. Hope you can fix this problem and i might consider to give you 4.5 stars. Edited:thanks for fixing this issue and even gave an option for malaysian premiere package 💙love vidio

I am a student. I used my eligible student account to purchase a subscription package for students. However, when I made the purchase, the package did not activate. I am extremely disappointed because my balance has already been deducted, and there isn't even an option for a refund available. You have essentially stolen money from others. This is very poor!

Im from Singapore & wish to watch other shows except Indo however it keep saying its not available in my country. I already paid for premium yet I can't access most of the stuff? May I know why?

Overall good. Just, why is it necessary to be a premium user to see such a mediocre football league (Liga 1)? Just make it free for all matches. Why'd even people willing to pay for it? Hoping to have either Bundesliga or La Liga (or both), and F1 in Vidio.

Downloaded this mainly to watch the NBA playoffs live. (Dallas Mavs games) Instead they stopped streaming the live games and been playing old games instead. ( Stopped livestream ling after game 2) Please fix this, what happened to the NBA livestream, fix this ASAP please

Unbelievably stupid! Why does Vidio not have full match replays after the game? I'm looking for the UEFAChampionsLeagueFinal replay to watch with friends at 7am (live 3am) It's not there. But, when searching Vidio have ALREADY posted a video titled "Real Madrid Throphy Celebration" Vidio ruined the game by telling everyone who won before we could watch it. Have some common sense! If a game is on in the middle of the night, people want a replay. Time to buy a VPN & find another provider.

For an app that some channel or program only available if you're in Indonesia, the subscription fee is a joke. Every start of new footballing season the price skyrockets! Last year it was 20-30k idr, now it increases by 40k!!

It's a good app and they have a good varieties of series but I give four stars to this app because it only provide a language which is hard to understand especially when you want to purchase a package ,as for the owner of this app I would like to suggest you to provide a languages include english language because the language you provide is hard to understand especially for us who is not native

I made a mistake in buying the package, I thought the diamond package could be used on TV but it turned out it couldn't, and the platinum package could, asked customer service via Instagram to ask for a conversion to platinum from diamond because it turned out it wasn't possible to purchase just one day

Firstly,,, The application never keeps the selected resolution, it always reverts to high resolution. This is costing a lot of streaming download GB's and I'm on a metered connection with Telkomsel, I lose a lot of money. Secondly,, it regularly loses the connection with the server. Thirdly,,, it regularly downloads 2 livestreams of the same stream at the same time. Again this costing a lot of extra GB.

For streaming, the film is good the film runs smoothly but for anime it's not complete so please video for more anime series especially the one I'm watching black clover there's no season 2 let alone season 3 and 4

Now they change the rules. We can pause the payment and subscription for 3 options but after that will automatically resume the payment or subscription. There is no option to stop payment or subcription. The best way is to uninstall this application.

This app teaches patience. Everytime I click a video, it will go back to the previous page. When I click it again, it will go back to the previous page again, but with only the sound of the video, but no picture at all. And it all went well, if, and only if, I prayed very had. I've lost count of how many times my blood pressure risen just trying to watch something out of this app.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Vidio application. I subscribed specifically to watch the Copa América finals, not the entire tournament, just the final match. However, when I was checking the application on my TV during the Canada vs. Uruguay match, the video kept freezing every 3-4 seconds, and the audio would cut out.
