This is just so idiotic beyond description. Who designs these terrible apps and websites for them? No intelligence or logic behind them, and if you do something wrong, you have to waste time going to the bank and talk to the un-motivated people there

So bad. It doesnt work. Vietcombank is the worst mobile banking app I've used. Not using this bank's app and service again!

It's okay...only downside is whenever reinstall the app, have to come to the nearest bank to active it.

Compatible issue with Swift keyboard which is being used in many devices. Have to uninstall Swift keyboard app

Who created this stupid app ? So complicated and not better than SMS OTP (what is the difference but using an app?). I could not see anywhere on it to input codes and get OTP. Calling hotlinr for hours and no one picked up phone in this Covid lockdown. Really suck.

ATTENTION: You must use LabanKey / GBoard keyboards only with this app. You can't use 3rd party keyboards like SwiftKey. It will cause the app to CRASH.

This app always crash. If I ask VCB, they tell me to come to their branch. I came, signed up again, and reinstalled it, then still the same. Worst and useless as many said. Cant believe this app is from one of the leading banks in VN.

Awful bank. Awful app. The country has a problem with theft and corruption, this is clearly presented by the app in the way that you (the customer who loans them money) must combine multiple OTP keys and follow a confusing, not-user-friendly, UI in order to make transactions. The bank is greedy and beligerant. The management cares little for customers really and the government owners do their best to make life difficult for any competitor who might open VN's international finance gateways.

The new type of VCB apps are just idiotic, useless IT team and developer. They intergrated the smart otp into the digi, but are not able to let the digi input the challenge number to get the code to realize the online payment and clients have yet to use the vcb smart otp, but the vcb smart opt are not working ( i use BB key2) and every time download the vcb smart otp the app crahsed. So if you deposit the money at vcb, then they hold it on their bank, instead of let you transfer the money out.

App crashes all the time, and send message that the phone security is not ok. But no explanation, also not from support team. After a lot of trial and error, found out I had to delete my swift keyboard - but no support whatsoever from VCB

As expat, I can't transfer money from my VCB account (more than 2mln) without entering VCB OTP. I don't have any mobile number registered with this app, and it will not allow me to choose on VCB Banking app or VCB OTP app. There are serious issues with integrating proper user experience into the whole process of verification and payment movement. Very frustrating as this blocks me to transfer higher amounts of money
