So far I've had one two part task and spent about 20 minutes to complete them both. I earned the $5 reward as stated so I'm happy. I took away one star because of lag, trying to close an image and having to click close over and over. I'm not sure if this is on my end or theirs but it's annoying. Would have completed a bit sooner without that aggravation on every other image. Other than that tho it was great.

The app is legit but when I'm trying to put my phone number in for notifications it keeps being delayed sending the code and when I try to type the code the app freezes and starts glitching and even makes my keyboard glitch. I have an s21 so I know its not my phone being slow as it's still running fast. Please fix it, I want to get my notifs in text instead so I can participate in surveys easily and asap.

While the rewards feel a little low, and the time/effort investment required to achieve them feels pretty high, I still like this app. I think the user interface is smooth and skillfully designed, and its much easier to navigate and much more aesthetically pleasing than the majority of survey apps. Would like to be able to do more projects, they only show up every so often.

I'm so very annoyed because it used to be good. It used to be an easy way to make some pocket cash. 5 bucks every now and then but not really anymore. They took away some of the best programs from me which is really frustrating. Then they started giving me less points based off of app data usage. Then whenever there's something new available that's supposedly available to me, it's not and it refuses to allow me entry into any program without explanation? But then states in email I am.

I've been able to use this app for the past 3 years successfully. All of a sudden, about 2 months ago it stopped working. When I type in my email, I keep receiving a "something went wrong" error message. I also tried using my phone number to no avail. I have also reinstalled the app & emailed viewpoints months ago and have yet to receive a response. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

Update: They fixed the issues and I've been able to do programs and earn some money. Now I gave four stars with the only downside being how infrequently programs are available. It's great because I know it works and I've gotten payouts, I just wish programs came up more often. Original: I waited weeks for my first program, and when it finally arrived, the app crashes every time I tap on it. I've tried everything I know to try, but it just crashes the app every time. Seemed cool but I guess not

I'm happy to help Facebook with survey and NLP (I assume)! When recording voices, it'd be nice to have a do-over button if I make a mistake while reading. I'd hate to mess up a model's training because I forgot a word. Also, if there's nothing else to do but click Next after finishing a recording, it'd be nice to just automatically go to the next phrase.

I used to get notifications for a new available program pretty often when I first installed this app. But it's been a couple months now since I've gotten any available programs. Hopefully that issue gets fixed soon. Seems like a number of people are leaving reviews referring to a similar issue. It's a great app when it works properly

This app needs a lot of work. It has potential and it didn't seem to be lying about programs and earning money. However, every time I tried to record there was an error. There are no articles about it and I couldn't find an area to contact support. I checked to make sure the app had all of it's permissions, and still nothing. Used two of my skips and still nothing. Got louder, got closer to the microphone, used a headset. Nothing but errors. Safe to say I didn't put in my viewpoint.

My history is gone, my past rewards, my programs I have been participating in... everything! I have a new phone, but for some reason, this time, when i click on the email stating there is a new task, it takes me to the app and says there are no programs available. Last time, the response was timely. This is a great app, and I want my data restored 🤞

The app was working great until today. Now it doesn't show the program or tasks anymore. I started the second task on a program and then it disappeared. I still get reminders every two hours to continue the task, but the task does not show up in the list. **Update: I have closed the app, installed/reinstalled the app, cleared the cache and data... And it doesn't fix it. The help page has no info about this problem.

App was awesome, until about a week ago when I was in the middle of a in program and it just disappeared. Another program never made the last 2 tasks available and still on my active list but it's expired. I'm not getting emails. I tried clearing cache, uninstall and reinstall... Even have a new phone. The help center is a joke, with not real info or a way to contact for help. This app was how I was paying some bills, it's helped a lot. I wish it was working correctly now.

This app really wants free labor so be warned. In the pronunciation test, they have you record 100 voice samples. After 75, 3/4th of the way done, the loading time to get to the next voice sample to record freezes up. I was able to make it through by saving and exiting and going back in which lo and behold, solved the freezing issue. This is just my opinion, but the specifics of when this issue started happening makes me attribute malice to this little "bug"

I love the concept of this app. However, there are rarely ever any programs & payout takes weeks. The reward payments for completing a program are far too low, especially considering the work, ability to remain highly detail-oriented, use critical thinking, patience, the time it takes to accurately complete each task, etc. It's a great app, and I've updated my star rating! Hopefully, I'll be chosen again soon, because I've only had about 3 jobs over there course of about 2 years.

The first program I've done (an easy 20 min) was worth the $5 reward. Unlike the surveys on surveys-for-money apps that I'd get 85% through before getting a "decline", I was able to finish the program & receive the reward via PayPal. The app seems to run smoothly, it actually does pay, & there seems to be no strings attached. The downside so far: you can't opt into programs. Once the app is installed you must receive an invite to one; apparently some never get invited at all. I did though 🤘

Very cool app. Really simple & easy to use! Not to mention, very rewarding! Quick payments. No major hoops to jump thru! I just request payment, and after a very short while, I'm ready to spend my rewards! I literally only have one, very small issue! & Due to this one issue, I truly believe that, if I could give slightly less stars, I definitely would! But, not alot less! In fact, no less than, 4¾! And, this small issue is; the length between the surveys! At times, as long as a month, or 2!

This program doesn't offer a lot of programs to earn rewards. When I first installed it it was amazing how easy the programs were and you get rewards quick.. Now it's falling for you between where you receive any program invites and it almost is a waste of space on my phone I really hope the viewpoint start having programs for us to use like they used to instead of something that just takes up space and memory.
