I really, really, really love this app and love the selection. However, I mostly use it for downloaded episodes, and even though I have an android 13, it will not play downloaded episodes and gives me an error code saying my system isn't supported. I'm going to have to unsubscribe and find another streaming app because of this issue.

Love Hate relationship, it keeps acting frozen since i got the basic plan, i can not open it as normal, i have to un-install and re-install, this has been happening for 2 months, my phone has updated app is obviously updated, this is very annoying. I need help or tech support. Im paying for no commercials but this is jusg as time consuming and annoying. Every time.

The billing process is misleading and I got charged at the incorrect time. I received two promotions for VikiPass Plus that stacked -- a 1 month free trial from Duolingo + 1 week free for being a new user. The disclaimer clearly stated that I would be charged at the end of both trials. But my card was charged at the end of the first trial. So that new user free trial is now useless. Variety of shows to choose from is fine. There are syncing issues when switching between mobile app and browser

I am in the US. Your app is not allowing me to verify my email through my email. Ads buffer every 2-3 seconds for 2-3 seconds with 3 ads in a row of this. And it keeps restarting the shoe if I pause for any reason. If your service is not available on my region, that's fine. But at least advertise that. It would be helpful if Viki ran as smoothly as Netflix does.

I have seen the ads and they look pretty good 👍. But the ads the first time it was okay but they keep going on and on. When it says "oops something went wrong click again" It give me an ad! It's just a loop if they do fix this then I'll give it a 4 or 5. Also I just downloaded it so it's not even an hour has passed 😕 Please fix the ads the shows I haven't watched but they look pretty good. Please fix the ad thing 🙏😔

prior to getting Viki I was hesitant because I had read a bit of negative reviews. I myself have had no issues with the app whatsoever. The ads weren't too bad during the free trail and I ended up getting the sub right after. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to watch a larger selection of Asian dramas. I wish it was available on more devices though. I can't get it on the Kindle,gaming consoles or TV. otherwise it's a great app.

Changing star rating. Really love the shows, but the app on TV and the phone keep bugging. On firestick, it keeps giving a oops something went wrong, and when you go to reload, you lose your place and have to fight the commercials to find your where you were. It's no cool having to watch 4 commercials 3 or 4 times to figure out where you were an on paid version while I had passed and didn't have access to the profile page or download page. Rather, find the shows elsewhere

Through my Roku channel I acquired Viki rakuten which I pay each month.. the price is lower than anything that I have had in the past,, yet the quality is without a doubt the best. I cannot find one reason to complain about Viki.. I have had this for almost 4 years now.. I've never had any problems with installing or with any updates.. it is very easy to navigate and the best part is there are no commercials and I can save as many dramas as I want. The quality is a "10".

I LIVE THIS APP. It has quality K-Drama's That's i love! I love how it's also free, and doesnt have a lot of ads. I do have one problem I hope can be fixed. For some reason it's been kicking me out, or not letting me watch anything. It's really frustrating and it happens on every series I have tried. I uninstalled and everything to fix it. Other than that recently occurring problem, this is an amzing app

The app has lots of availability, and good subtitles, but the ads are annoying, and you need to pay to see a lot of the shows. There is viki pass(pay for), and viki premium(also pay for) which is also annoying because they're separate things. Overall, though, it's pretty good.

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It was fine for a few days but has started not shutting down again the M8L generic android tablet and getting the error message on my Huawei phone. I will send screenshots soon. App will not shut off even after restarting and force closing. Now on top of that, it keeps opening and then an error message pops up saying my session has timed out and I must restart the app! Because all my currently watching will probably revert back to episode 1.

I love the app, however, an odd and insufferable bug keeps happening. Beyond clicking on a show I want to watch (that has not already been watched), the app just kicks me out. I can only watch shows I have already watched.. Everything else would be great, but damn. This bug definitely ruined my experience 😭 Not to mention that I have already reinstalled multiple times, as well as logged out and logged back in. I'm extremely disappointed.

It's a (was) great app except for the ads. There are a lot of ads and they tend to freeze. Then I have to close the app and reopen it. An update...I have one show that won't load and I've reached out and they told me to do everything id already tried, nevertheless I did it all again and nothing works. I hope they can fix this issue.

The app for mobile is so frustrating because I constantly am unable to watch videos because the app says I have reached my screen limit- when I am not logged in anywhere else. I'll restart the app, completely log out of other devices, uninstall and reinstall the app, etc.. and still get the same message. I used to have the multiple screen subscription, but never used multiple screens, so I switched to the single screen plan.. and just can't even use it. So frustrating.

I've paid for this streaming service for a few years now. I don't understand where they find their programmers. Each time they do updates something goes wrong. If I accidentally click on a show it won't stop playing. It plays in the background even though I use the back button. PLEASE HIRE COMPETENT PROGRAMMERS AND QUALITY REVIEWERS TO CHECK THEIR WORK! I cancelled IQIYI over THEIR awful updates! I also expect my streaming service to remember the episodes I've watched!!! Am I wrong?

I'm usually satisfied with this app, but lately I keep getting a recurring issue where one day, for no reason, episodes won't play and the app freezes my entire phone. No other app I've ever used has done this to my phone. The only solution I've found is to uninstall and reinstall it, which I've now had to do quite a few times. This latest time after reinstalling, however, it's frozen on the login page and I'm unable to use it at all. Please fix this issue, it's making the app unusable for me 🙏

Recently, this app feels like it has gotten worse. When I've reached out to support, I get the usual uninstall and reinstall. This almost never helps. I thought it was my phone, but I've recently gotten a new phone and I am STILL running into issues. The issues, to name a few, are usually the shows I'm watching do not always pop up on the currently watching part or on my firestick if I've watched it on my phone and vice versa. Sometimes I can't get the search option to work on my phone, etc.

Great service not so great app. I don't mind paying for the subscription it's not as expensive as others. I do mind when it l starts me off 2 episodes back from where I ended. It also doesn't mark some episodes as completed so it's easy to confuse where you left off. Other then this issue I have no complaints. The subtitles are great and a wide variety of shows and movies.

I enjoy the amount of movies Viki has. However, it can definitely be more user friendly. For example when scrolling to view info about a certain movie, you get to the information however when you try to go back to view other movies where you left off it unfortunately takes you ALL the way back to the beginning. So you will eventually always have to scroll all the way down OVER and OVER again to where you left off. Viki please fix this issue, it's been frustrating to deal with.

Does not remember your progress on Android or your PC web browser. Only way to save progress is to use Roku or Chromecast. Apparently this has been a problem since at least 2018, I'm not waiting for a fix. I canceled my subscription because I find I'm watching fewer dramas because of the technical issues. Kocowa actually saves my progress on all platforms including my PC, so I'll just pay them for their service instead.
