Yes I copied this review, but only because it's correct and I've had the same experience. Didn't want to write it out again: This app is a scam, they use cheap prices to lure you to download the app, once you do the prices will change, and it's not just that the prices updated in real time, cuz if you go back to the web page and refresh it you see the cheap prices again but you can't book them, save yourself the stress don't download it. It's a scam!!!! Switch and bait.

Unable to contact developer to try and improve functionality of glitches in app. Apparently not interested in constructive criticism. Would love to give feedback as to easily fixable programming glitches but an unable to. Unfortunate.

Terrible booking company. Claimed the hotel denied my refund for a dirty room. Hotel had no contact with them and had already refunded what I had paid them. The hotel is not able to refund what I paid the booking company. Obviously. Tried to escalate my issue to a manger and received no response. Ridiculous. Waste of money.

SCAM I googled a date for a hotel and they purposely had it on a different date so they can have a cheaper price. When I did the reservation I've noticed right away and I canceled the reservation, when I asked for a refund they told me they needed a cancellation letter from the hotel. I sent them that and now they refused to give me any money BE AWARE THEY MAKE THE MONEY STEALING FROM US THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED THEY ARE LOCATED IN AMSTERDAM I LOST A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY

I found a room originally priced at 43.00, by the time I downloaded your app it was up to 49.00 plus taxes. I went ahead and booked, but I thought it strange how the price went up $6.00 in less than 2 minutes🤷♀️

The price advertised is not the price once you go to the website via the app. It is also not clear when you get to the end of the booking. I went around in circles and ended up with 3 bookings in my cart. Finally got the booking but not the price i previously had and definitely not the price advertised. The only positive is that the price was better than competitors. Thanks for the reply. I would send screenshots to CS if you had supplied the email address. Issue still exists.

Idk what I'd do without Vio. I travel a lot for work, and they always have the lowest rates for hotel stays, including the lowest taxes and fees. Other sites have the same rate but then they charge like $20-$30 just in taxes! Thank you Vio!

97% of the time I've found the lowest rate (by a minimum of $10), for any hotel thru Vio. I've not yet had to contact customer service so my review is only to reflect the price and ease of booking a room, if ever a problem arises where I need to contact customer service and I need to change the rating trust me - it will be done.

Website pushes to install app, once you install it it does not load at all. Cant see what was on the website. A lot of people look for accommodation WHILE travelling and it is not optimized for low bandwidth browsing.

False advertising to push app downloads. Their website offered an exclusive in-app price that was $15 cheaper per night, but the app did not allow booking at this rate. After booking at a higher rate, their website continued to advertise a false in-app discounted rate. Their customer support team refused to acknowledge the discrepancy, even as I provided screenshots.

SCAM!!! Delete the app and run from Vio. I booked a hotel room, but the hotel was sold out even though it took my credit card payment.. No phone number for Vio only endless messages hounding me for personal banking information. No legitimate company would send me endless messages for my personal information including bank account number and routing number, full address, name and receipt from different hotel I did make a reservation with. They won't allow me to write a review only a title. SCAM

Honestly, not only did I find the lowest rates on here. But I became hastly and booked the wrong motel. The support team were AMAZING. Suanna and support staff, if you're reading this, thank you so much with negotiating with the motel on my behalf. That meant a lot to me as it was so much money! I highly recommend anyone who ever has issues or finds a bug somewhere, the support team will have your back! Don't be afraid to reach out to them!

The deals offered looked great. Right up until I tried to book the room. Then suddenly, all the great deals aren't available for the days I'm trying to book. Which, itself, isn't annoying; rooms book, I get that. But if the dates I've selected aren't available, don't show me the deals. That just wastes my time.

Just had my first experience using the app for a booking. At first I was skeptical if to use it or not due to some bad reviews, but I am glad I did. I booked a room in a hotel only 2 days in advance and the next day I called and confirmed directly with the hotel if my booking was confirmed on their end, which they did. The day of the booking, they had already my information and all they needed was a piece of photo I.D and check in was so easy and it saved me some $ compared I recommend this app.

Booked a hotel, there were a few non discussed fees (WiFi, parking). Just book through the hotel to not have surprises. Also I'm pretty sure the hotel was not open with all of the fees so that's why there were 2 stars and not 1. Customer service seemed like they wanted to help but it's been multiple days of emailing. Don't download the app, save your time and money

Good app but can be misleading. I booked a hotel that I know for a fact does free breakfast. But that was not listed under the price of the cheaper option. However, the two other prices were more expensive but highlighted that free breakfast is included (basically insinuating that if you pay a higher price, you get breakfast, when in fact everyone gets free breakfast).

It was my first booking and after I had completed all the necessary info, the app stated that pay later was no longer available (even though offered). I thought there might have been a glitch, so I went out of the app and back in, not only was the price more expensive and pay later removed, a different type of room was advertised for the price of what I was originally trying to pay for. I reached out to customer service and it's as if they didn't even read my concerns. There are better platforms
