Does this app allow us to gain rent every second of the day for land we own like with Atlas: Earth? If not; then, what's the purpose of this app? Also, it would be great if we could buy landmarks that will pay us rent every second of the day, too. Watching videos in order to gain virtual cash in order to buy land would be awesome, too. Oh, also, after we gain $5 or more of accurd rent, we can cash out, too. Not just when we sell/action off land/landmarks.

Scam. I wish I could request back the one star I had to give, just to leave a review. "No star for you!"

1/5 I would have raided 0 out of 5 if that was an option. This is the worst app ever, more like the most useless app ever, I expected... well I don't know what I expected. Is someone that works in real estate, well in actuality my industry revolves around real estate, so there is a certain interests that pops up in apps such as "Acres" or "Regrid"... Having somewhere to access a data cloud of info on parcels of land and real estate, and the people that own them is invaluable.

Mid stars because fun. Will increase stars if one can explain how or even if you can use your balance to buy more land, because I have over $100 balance from selling land but can't use that to buy more land? If someone can point out how to do this, or if the devs implement this feature, I will 5 star it. If not, and it tries to bring up my debit card or PayPal every time even if I end up with thousands worth of balance, then I'll 1-star and uninstall.

I'm unsure of the legitimacy. This game could be another Upland, but, payments seem to be centralized... I attempted to purchase land from another player as a test and it appears the funds go directly to the developer. Whether or not these get delivered I have no clue. I'm not seeing a white paper either.

Update: there's no way to hide your email address except by hiding your listing (which I did but obviously then no one can buy it) So far so good. People complaining about they can't see their land, click on the tab that says share/show off land to people. Is there a way for me to change my email that is displayed? I would change rating to 5 stars

Haven't had much time. I will retract my scam remark. . I believe this is the new internet. Trustworthy access is vital. Where can I go to research your app so I can understand more of exactly how to buy, trade and make money. Question, why buyers would want to spend money to buy virtual land that I own. What will people be using it for? I have changed my rating from one star to two stars for now. Good CS response. Hope to move that up. What are VLs goals for the immediate future and beyond?

Very cool app and it was sleeping on the $1 price. Came back a few days later and wham $3 now but hey that's still an amazing deal! However I purchased 10 properties but the system has charged me for some that did not go through so I was billed $48 instead of the $30 it should be. How can I get the additional properties I've paid for? Please advise and I will add 5 star review as it deserves as long as customer service offers no hassle quick resolve to minor system glitches like th Thanks!

Hard to navigate process...fumbled through and bought a few lots. Found you have to pay to sell on their marketplace. Sharing did not work. Need a better help screen or offer a manual to explain the process. Could be a great app in the future if you take the time to add a detailed tutorial from prospect, find, purchase, advertise, sell, contracts, maybe rental space? Right now, an average app...

I haven't played more than 15 min.i hate how they ask for reviews so soon knowing you still know nothing about the app or if you like it. I know nothing about it yet other than I didn't know it requires spending real money to buy virtual property, I hope this is worth investing in. the whole idea and gimmick sounds catchy and plausible that's why I use my Google points I accumulate to buy property it don't cost me anything except the time it takes to add up. we'll see if it pays off any profit

The app doesnt give you any information on your financial progress.... Once you buy a virtual property your just left with literally no information on what to do next or even if your going to get anything in return, just left being prompted to buy more property...🤷 I just started and it definitely feels like just a waste of time and money for me, so if I were you I wouldn't try this app....!

Got myself a few pieces. But I think there should be some kind of chat function for sales. Or links, etc. That take you to Twitter, discord, telegram, whatever it may be. Because I searched for something like I mentioned just now. But canNOT find anything for this specific app, and without chat functionality in game. I feel like I'll NEVER be able to sell anything. Aside from that, the app is on the right path I think. Not sure how I feel about having to pay to list my lands in the market tho

They are scammer, you can only buy land and you can not sell it again they will debit you times without number for marketplace yet they won't credit or do anything about your marketplace. Your land will just be there for months without anything and if you click on sell for hundred times they will debit you the same hundred times and worse aspect is that they keep updating without and wasting data without anything tangible to show for it. Google play store should remove them from Play Store.

The only thing real about their promises is the price... No rent-earned structure (Atlas Earth at least gives the illusion that you're making back money [albeit thousandths of a cent]); no clear way to sell property; not one of my recent transactions is shown in the app yet; and, as others have said: Most likely a cash-grab scam in the making. P.s. You can apparently double-buy other people's property (25 March 2025)?! Definitely needs some major work if I'm going to stick around...

Virtual Lands is the best. That it puts a good perspective of how personal investments can increase your knowledge base to a stable forecast in Real Estate margins is the best. How it goes for a folio booster for mergers and package deals makes for the best options for Company promotions and business capitols are in the black margin yearly review is just right for multiple market exchanges. The best way to put it in monit projections and team zoning expedited profits hit one's profile to propens

Honestly, this metaverse land, while initially appearing cheap, is a total money pit. There's absolutely no way to generate any income here – no renting it out, no bonuses, nothing. It's just a constant drain on your funds with zero return. For what the land actually does – which is essentially nothing – it's incredibly overpriced. Definitely one of the worst metaverse experiences I've had. Avoid.
