Terrible app- multiple login errors Stuck at airport while traveling unable to get into the lounge solely due to this app. No phone number to be able to call and resolve anything. Do not download.

It kept asking me to input a code that it sent to my phone, but the app never sent the code within the one minute time limit, so I have all these codes I can't use because the time limit expired each time before I got the code. Then when I chose to send the code to the email, it told me I had generated too many codes and I have to wait 30 minutes to do another one. Definitely not off to a good start with this app.

Change the password and it never accepts it. Totally garbage. I have to create a new password every time.

Everything about this app, the "customer support", and everything/everyone associated with it is trash. The people who answer emails are as useless as they app and they should all GF themselves.

What a useless app. Has more security than my bank application. Keeps kicking me off and I can't sign back in. Forces to do password login every so often which slows down access when you need it quickly and then it does not login when you input the password or forces you to change it after 3 attempts. The 2 step verification does not send a text or to email, which means effectively I am lockout my account. All of this for 6 lounge passes per year

Not working. Forgot y passport and Won't send me email code. Won't let me re-register. No ph# to call. I tried to re-register but can't as I have an account I can't get into it this way as my account exists. I can't get it sent through sms as I can't change my settings since I can't get into account. No one to call or email

Horrible app. Cannot paste password, does not communicate with password manager, biometric authorizations are revoked after a week. Always a mess to log in, especially if you're in a hurry. And the list of airports with lounges is abysmal. Nothing in Las Vegas? Nothing when in-transit in Newark? Nothing when going to the Us from Montreal? No option in the morning in San Francisco? The list goes on forever. Horrible service and app.

If an app won't let me paste a password or sync with my password management tools, I am not going to use it. This is probably a blocker for many people.

Allow to take screenshots and video of screen. Also would be nice to be able to export visited places.

Poor experience! There should be an option to delete old cards, cads we do have anymore, or simply we do not use any longer! Expired and old cards just stay there among the still-in-use cards disturbing the experience in the app! Disturbing the choice of entries. Please fix that!

When I try to login, the apps says to update my visa card info which hasn't changed from what is showing on their website. I can't login into the app but I have no problems with logging in to the website. I contacted tech support and they told me its a problem with my device which is a brand new Samsung Galaxy s24. I uninstalled amd reinstalled the app and it still didn't work. There is no phone number to call for tech support but just keep emailing back and forth. What a joke.

Seems everytime I try to log into this App - Membership # wont validate, Card scanner won't work, paste does not work, (does it seriously expect me to remember a 16 digit # ?) autofill from my Lastpass wont work. Unfortunate

I have to agree with the comments...not a very user friendly app. The user experience is terrible...not intuitive at all. Only use it because i have too. Trying to get into rsvp rewards is heart sink from here. About to book a hotel and have to gear myself up for the process. Could and should be way better than this.

So far I don't know. Installed it yesterday and it doesn't accept my credentials when I type them in, doesn't work properly with my password vault, won't allow me to paste credentials in. Screen jumps around when I click on an input box to put in my credentials. Looks like a beginner's effort so far.

Technically the app is okay. I occasionally have to manually readd my card number which is rather annoying. The lounge program however is basically a scam. Members of this program are low priority at lounges so you are either turned away while others can enter, or you have to wait hours to get in. That is to say, you can't get in and the lounge passes are worthless.

Update: It took a while but support eventually got me fixed up. I had put a typo in my email address, so I never got the reset emails. This was largely self-inflicted. The app seems okay... let's see how lounge access goes. -------- This is really bad. I echo the other reviews. Password reset doesn't send email, doesn't allow to send to sms. Can't re-register.
