Very poor camera, Focus quality! Unable to pick up ANY detail or Serial numbers as would be need with this app. Focus only acceptable once to far away to pick up small details. Upgrade of app, and camera needed.

The software would not take a picture after giving allowances. I had to look up an issue with developer mode. Any camera provides meta tags that are as useful.

⚠️⚠️SPYWARE HIDDEN INSIDE - MY VIRUS FINDER IMMEDAITELY showed this software having a trojan horse back door virus built in. Do not download!!!!!! Also this app gives away your GPS location. You can FOOL this function with a gps location spoofer app that will trick the GPS into saying you are anywhere on the planet. Any idiot can do that. This app is absolute garbage🙄

I have downloaded the app but have been unable to get past the initial screen. It keeps telling me to click on the link provided by a partner. When I do this, the app opens but brings me back to the same screen that tells me to click on the link

Terrible authentication idea... I do not trust Equifax or this company they hide behind since they leaked tons of user data before.... Now they why physical pictures of locations work spaces and file storage around your office and your place of employment. It's a massive security risk and invasion of privacy and customer a customer security risk... I can't believe they thought this was a good idea...

I've tried several times to install and reinstall so I could update Ballotpedia, but it always says that the camera is unavailable! I also checked the permissions that have been granted to the app! So, I'm giving up after spending over an hour on the problem!

The camera was disabled for no reason, forcing a reinstall. According to the site, this is a frequent problem, indicating a poorly/cheaply developed app. This is in addition to the uploading issues and failure to fully display error messages. Thumbs fully down.

Why is flash set to OFF instead of AUTO? Do the developers want unlit photos? Then this stupid app shows rectangular areas in the preview then only saves a square image so now I have to do most of the photos over again with 2 or 3 shots to cover the area of interest

The app works as described and I was able to submit photos with just the text link. It's a bit laggy, even on decent phones like my Samsung S9. I didn't like how I couldn't delete blurry photos. This app doesn't ask for invasive permissions, but it does inspect your phone for things like developer settings and will make you temporarily turn them off.

3/12/24 - 1. Took forever to install. 2. Utterly ridiculous that I had to install this pos app when I could have emailed over all the photos. Making me use this app gets you an automatic low rating.

This app closes unexpectedly over and over making it almost impossible to take pictures of your house. It also puts pictures into the wrong folders. Someone needs to do some serious ux work on this app, but since it's insurance I'm pretty sure it will never improve because consumers don't have a choice but to use this POS.

I do not trust this software or the fact that I was obligated to use it in order to take pictures of where I live, share my location, and have it all potentially vulnerable to whomever may want to access it for seemingly forever. Once its online it's forever right?! I would prefer another method over this service. Good luck everyone.

Initializing the camera took in excess of 30 seconds. This delay happened even when moving from task to task (different groups of requested pictures) within the app. Could not access the wide angle camera from within the app. Required gps signal to allow picture taking. This made use inside a basement problematic. It uploaded all pictures immediately, and could not operate offline. This forced me to exceed my data plan to complete the task.

Takes pics, but that's about it. You can't edit comments. You can't get back to a pics to edit. It says you're missing pictures but doesn't tell you where. Very poor interface. Plus, I'm slightly immobile (difficult to walk), yet it had me racing back and forth to take pictures. I had to climb the stairs 6 times, which takes me several minutes each time. I'm exhausted!!!
