Rubbish. There should be a cash in hand option Also we can just get more cheaper products with good credentials n quality form ebay or Amazon or even ali baba... but this is just absurd costing 10 per shipping even come on have some sense.

Products on sale are always sold out when you need to buy them. Even though I check every single day. It seems there is someone on the inside tipping people on when to buy these item before anyone else.

Delivery charges..if purchasing 2 products same type and same delivery address ..delivery charges is doubled and that's not right. Once made a order no changes can be made regarding delivery address. And there should be an option for self pickup. Please update your app.

App keeps crashing is 1 issue, also trying to purchase an item via Visa card but it keeps saying "your transaction was unsuccessful, please check your details and try again" when I have done everything correctly.

A great idea but terribly executed app.... Too many bugs. Details of any products are only partial noted or are left out entirely. Any errors highlighted to the help team is just covered up and no feedback is given.

Hopeless! It's a fraud! Shows something else in the picture but sends you few things from the picture. Hopeless experience! Please buyers be careful. Will get easily influenced looking at amazing pictures but will receive a pathetic stuff. Not good at all!

This app is a disaster, misleading users with false stock claims and providing a frustrating customer service experience. Their repetitive excuse of "asking the merchant again" without taking meaningful action is infuriating. It's a letdown, causing disappointment and frustration. Avoid the headache – choose a platform with accurate information and responsive customer service. Even a one-star rating is too generous for this app.

It is better to go out to the shops and buy your items. This app charges $10 for shipping....if it is a local app shouldn't deliveries be free🤷🏽‍♀️ However, at least Fiji has evolved really😊 More stores and varieties of items could be added.

I don't even wanna give one star but i have to in order to write this review. This app is full of BS. Can't even communicate with the seller. Its been 2 weeks and my package hasn't been delivered. This app can't even update buyers on what's going on and location of package. How are we supposed to knw when the package will reach us? Will not be using this service again. Just pathetic!

Lack of features, lack of items, 10 dollars shipping for even 10$ items, wth, that's so stupid, items listed are expensive, way way way cheaper on overseas store, you might pay extra fees but total is still way way less, this app is a waste of time, need to change the whole idea

A very convenient way for shopping especially during this time.The problems with this app are that items are out of stock almost all the time and Higher shipping costs are charged for items even less than $10.I would also recommend that Cash on Delivery payment option should also be added....and this is gonna be a 5 star app👌

Very functional app however could be fine tuned. Filter to search products could be more detailed to products. There should be an option to pay for specific products at checkout. We should be able to increase or decrease how many of a particular item we buy to purchase at checkout. Also if they could see that items sold are genuine as alot of fake items being sold.

Where do i start! Not a pleasant experience, zero for me! *did not allow me to update my delivery address, had to update it as i was trying to purchase a product. *my delivery address is across from one of its outlets yet im being charged $10 for any product selected. *system crashes and signs you out automatically. *promos are a gimmick just to get cosumers to download this app. * you should have more details on your promos poster like 1 item pp. * the payment portal crashes

Pathetic app. Promotions never have any stock. Consumer council should look into this for false advertisements and luring people to download app. Plus all items have shopping fee of $10. We can pick from nearest branch, you guys don't have to ship everything. Really need to get your act together. How about adding quantity available under postings??

Its a local app so when you order from vodafone and for self pickup from their warehouse which is in tamavua and you live close by the item should be ready within 2 days . And customer service needs to be tuned down a little. And once a product is ordered can a little more hint be given instead of just processing. Otherwise the app itself is perfect

App crashes every 2 minutes of browsing. I have tried updating the app, Uninstalling then again downloading the app, same thing happens. The app keeps crashing and signs me out. Plus there aren't much filter option if one is looking for a certain product/ size. Also filters like (price: low to high) is not even working, price low to high would be showing high price items first. I really hope this could be fixed soon, so it could be easy to use. Other then these issues the app is fine
