it still seems to be the best app for my pet info but i wish there was a few future additions to really make it 5 stars. i would prefer an easier way to add when i deworm my cats. right now i am adding it as a medical record but it asks for the name of the hospital so i am wiriting "home"but it would be nicer if we didnt have to add the hospital. I also rescue and adopt out cats. it would be ideal to share one record with another person but be able to give them owner access.

Looks like a cool way to keep all my pets info organized n together. l wanna use it to record their vaccinations, besides medical treatments and other things related. However, it provides only Medical Records (MR). Note doesn't fit to record vaccinations for not having date option. So l put them in MR. l also have problem with taking pics using their camera option. lt stucks n black thing displays on the monitor. Even l restarts the cell phone n login back to the app, the problem still there.

App is very glitchy. No button to add another pet. several buttons don't work including attaching images of your pet or images/records when adding medical history. Medical history shows by last update date rather than date of visit, doesn't include option to add reminder for next you have to do that separately. Not super user friendly. Uninstalled immediately, not worth my time to set up.

Couldn't enter a vet because either a fax # or email is required. The vet has neither that I could find online. I added a pet and filled in all required fields. The 2 buttons shown were Save and Cancel. I hit Save several times - nothing happened. I hit my phone's back button and the screen shows no pets. Deleted the app.

I like the simplicity of the app but it's unfortunate that it only allows JPG uploads of records because all of my pets' records are in PDF format so I have to convert everything to JPG and thats just time consuming. Also there is no place to log vaccines so there's no way I can easily check to see when they are due except for creating a seperate reminder. That should be a function when uploading medical records so I can log the corresponding vaccinations in that particular appointment.

This app has been a complete disappointment. Twice I have submitted claims to Nationwide and both times I ended up faxing the information because they couldn't read it (was.clear from what I could see). Also even if I requested the medical records from the vet or ER to be sent, it was never received and there is no way to download the documents so I had to send a duplicate request to send directly to Nationwide. Finally, a set of records was deleted and not sure why as I did not delete them.

It would be a decent app if it provided vaccination records. That is probably the most important feature it could have. It does show a history of services provided by my vet, but it is not in a useful format as some entries are truncated and it is not clear what vaccinations were administered. So being the typical struggling user, I tried to use the help feature. There is a link to, "Contact VitusVet". When tapped a toast pops up saying, "Sorry, no app found to send email". Major whiff.

I love apps that reinforce antisocial tendencies! Being able to request appointments without talking to anyone is great. Sadly, at my vet I have to call when scheduling an appt using the "sick pet" option, probably to get detailed symptoms. Pet records all in one place from any vet you've visited that uses the app. You can even share with family and pet sitters if they have the app, too. I like that I can add pics to add a touch of personalization. Could use more customization settings.

I use this app for submitting my Nationwide claims. It is hugely convenient. The only thing I'd change is the inability to see the submission after it's already made. I had one claim submitted where the receipt didn't make it through to Nationwide and I had no way to go back, identify the claim and re-submit. If I could do this I'd give the app 5 stars! I would also like the ability of switching pictures as the dogs age.

Overall I like this app. I can get in touch with the vets office quickly, I can request refills of my pets medications, and I can schedule appointments for them through the app. What I dislike is everytime I look at my pets information, their birthdays are changed and it you have to scroll through a lot of notes to find what you're looking for sometimes.

As a technician for a clinic that uses this service I love how easy it is to communicate with clients. As a user for my own pet, I love having all the information at my fingertips. Very helpful when I need a quick boarding reservation and don't have records on hand I can present this as proof of records. Customer service is always super responsive to out comments and wish list for the app! Highly recommend

Fantastic app. We use it to track our guinea pigs' weight. Please change the data row view to be latest weight entries at the top! When I want to show the vet the latest entries, I have to scroll and scroll to get to the bottom where the newest entries are. Other than that good job! Oh yeah let us pick pounds, kilograms, or grams.... Small animals! Thanks.

So far so good. A great deal of functions, features and capabilities that I still need to cift through. It's a short process. I was sure it would have been more complex but it's not bad. Easy to invite family, dog walkers, groomers, etc. Once you got a pet(s) added and once the Vet is added by request. Then I suspect this gets even easier and more convenient. I'll follow up with a newer better review in some month's.

This app had the highest reviews, and I like the ability to have all my pup's records in one place, but why can't I upload or take her photo to add to her account? Also, I clicked the Help button and received this error message..."Sorry, no app found to email." Is there a fix for these concerns? I may have to look at another app if the errors are not corrected, especially now that I see you cannot file Nationwide claims anymore.

Edit 7/2020 After my initial issue, I've enjoyed they simplicity of submitting a claim via my phone. The setup should be done on a computer, but after that it's super fast via the phone. LOVE IT ------ I've requested that an incorrect vet be removed from my account numerous times. It hasn't been done and the vet I go to and have added more than once won't 'stick' on my account. In addition, the app needs an overhaul of features as does the website.

This app is great except for some very disruptive bugs. 1) Every time I try to edit an entry in the medical records, it deletes the title and clinic so I have to reenter those every single time I make an update. 2) Pictures either don't stay or can't be viewed. I uploaded 3 pictures. It says there are only 2, and one of them can't actually be viewed. 3) Using the "contact us" feature brings a popup that says "no app found to send email." I have 3 email apps, and my email address is in my profile

Excellent app for pet owners with Nationwide's pet insurance. I've been thoroughly impressed with both the pet insurance and the ease of reimbursement. The first time I submitted a claim it took a few minutes to set up this app and a Chase Payments account (an intermediary), but now a claim takes literally seconds. I snap a picture of the itemized receipt, type in the total cost, and submit. 90% is in the Chase Payments account within a few days, which I then transfer to my bank account.

I previously gave this app a 5 and Loved it. Since the last update it continues to close and I cannot access the app. Very disappointing. I have recommended to many. Please fix. Old review..... Very easy to use. I like that I can take a picture and submit on the app. So much easier than printing forms and faxing in. Plus It allows you to follow progress and do direct deposit. Love it!

This app was great for about a week until an update in Nov 2019. After that the app wouldn't open. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app several times. I contacted vitus vet & it took over two months to fix the app. They emailed me once the app was fixed. I reinstalled the app and it works great. It's the easiest way to submit claims to nationwide for my pets. Hopefully there are no future issues. F/u 6/22/20: The app is still working well! I recommend it to anyone with nationwide.

Great concept, but the app won't let me add pictures to the medical records. Neither the take a picture or upload a picture button works. The help feature in the app also doesn't work. There is no way to edit or delete an accidental typo in the vet info (that I can find). My reg notes app works better. I could see this being worth it if my vet was connected, but. Mine is not.
