I am wondering why I updated from the previous version. It hangs a lot, doesn't load videos, autimatically closes. I am getting tired of this back and forth. You may have to refund my subscription since it is proving impossible to use it. Don't tell me to clear data or such stuf because I already tried it

Upgrade streaming experience This is the most useless streaming app I have ever had! I came to download after uninstalling sometimes back after experiencing thorough hanging.... Going by the recent reviews I can't waste my data on it again. I missed some of your videos. But I am not ready for disappointments.... What is hard to make it smooth? U can give me the job. I will fix it for charity.

I just hate the app. For once I thought My phone was the problem. It takes a year/century to load a video and after every 1 minute the video stops. Can't watch anything at peace. 2nd Time using it I don't think I'll pay for something which is not worth paying for. Check out that . Horrible experience ever

I have no experience about this app because it's my first time to use it,but I think this app useful to me according to the videos and music that it contains.Through the advertisement from the social media e.g love ke radio and television it's good,also enables one to watch funny movies and what happens.

I've tried to refix Viusasa App, with the official kind help, but all invain. Very very very frustrating, indeed! I need to watch my favorite, program now.pn soap.. Please,I urgently need the app, reinstalled. I'm an old Customer. Please I do need help very urgently! You don't appear to be Customer care oriented. Please just try. Please do better than this !!!

No longer enjoying this app, it won't play, keep saying i subscribe while I have already made the payment. Rubbish customer service 😞. If I can I would scale this app a -0. Horrible

Take care before making purchases.I made a weekly subscription only to be shocked a day after.My Ksh. 60 weekly subscription was no more and I couldn't watch anything.Upon looking into the subscription packages I realized everything was different from what it displayed before.New package charges of videos and music separately and if combined it's worse than a single music package.They don't pick up calls.I made more than three attempts reaching them but ...no response! Choose whether to loose or loose your money.

Since yesterday I'm unable to watch viusasa on my smart tv, I don't know why??? I've kept installing/ uninstalling the app but it's still unwatchable!!! What update did you guys use??? It's completely unwatchable on the smart tv, !!! Pliz look at this problem or I will unsubscribe from your service!!!! It's very inconvenient and I still continue paying for this service, monthly to be able to watch some programs, please look at this problem or you will loose alot of subscribers!!!! Look ASAP!!!!

My experience was quite frustrating.To begin with,my homepage just runs blank for a couple of minutes then after entering the show I'm looking for(Becky), it just shows me a red circle bar which just goes round for half an hour.To make matters worse,after waiting for over half an hour,I'm told that my search results are empty.I feel very frustrated and furthermore duped. In fact, using the app is just a big dissapointment!!!

Worst app/ site. Absolutely not user friendly. At first I logged in; and used it well for about 3 hours. However, it begun lagging so much on pages if goung to next snd the whole day I couldn't access the app due to various error such that the homepage didn't load anything. The customer care people didn't answer my call on both numbers tried thrice; and the WhatsApp number just gives one a generic unhelpful statement. I only give it 2 stars for finding 2 shows I've searched hard for

This app is not economical,videos that do not have a free pass require both subscription and an active internet connection. Most of the users use Data Plans which cost money,remove one thing at least subscription only or Data only. Having both features active is not good please remove one thing. As for the "Data Passes", they can't even open the app,you need a real internet connection to open the app. Please be reasonable. Not worth 5 stars,about 2 or 1 star(s).

The most slaggy app I have ever seen. Even when making payments it's loads like an year to process. When watching the video , can play the next video full screen until you tap to rotate again and sometimes stuck and crash. So useless and slow. Just hate it and not willing to pay my money again to watch videos on it. So boring.

Most terrible site i have ever subscribed to. Not loading videos or takes forever to load. Sometimes hang until u restart your ohone thinking its the problem. Late upload of videos...actually i end up watching from youtube....waste of resources. Of late even the arrangement of icons has changed to the worst, doesnt load, keeps hanging, etc. Citizen work on this app!

I have a hard time getting to the home page of the application. After launching it just loads for minutes on end on showing a circular progress bar. The web version of it is also a bit frustrating. One moment we are watching a video, the next we can't even find the said video, it's a blank page with a shimmer effect. Kindly fix this.

It is a great app, however, you still need to make more improvements, the app is not stable yet. Again, the app only starts if you have an active internet connection, meaning that you can never watch a single video if you're completely offline. This surely contradicts the purpose of "downloading for offline viewing." With Google's YouTube Go for instance, you can go straight to the app and watch the videos you downloaded for offline viewing, while viusasa requires an initial internet connection

Nowadays you can't watch a single full episode, the app keeps on refreshing and you have to uninstall and install again. After that the same thing happens again and again. Kindly look to that. Am considering on not paying anymore because it isn't helpful anymore like before.

Video playback is very poor on this app. It's been much worse on the website of late. Can't get videos to load on the website. When the series I'm watching is done, I'll be done with this app. The people watching on YouTube have a far better experience. My download speeds are greater than 300mbps so my internet not the issue. Also add option to cast on TV like YouTube does
