Crooked Company, changed our flights with gigantic layovers, offered different flights which were even worse. Called and spent 45 minutes on the phone, told I would get refund, never happened, filed credit card claim, then they refiled against my credit card, major crooks, stay away, the low prices aren't real! Lots of fake reviews!!!

No matter how I input the passport date on the app or via the web ( MM/DD/YYYY). The freaking date is different. It I accept the default date they are going to flag me at immigration why my passport and the Viva App have a different date. I decided to leave the passport info out of this app. Need some more work guys. Getting close but not ready for prime time.

My last border pass experience using the app was awful, it shows four border pass and it only worked for three of them, I had to contact WhatsApp to download the missing border pass. Also I am afraid Viva Aerobus didn't pay the PBBs (Passenger Boarding Bridge) at both airports TIJ and NLU, very low temp for all passengers, sincerely I don't want to fly with Viva Aerobus again.

I bought the Essential Insurance. My daughter got sick which is covered under the insurance but unfortunately can't seem to get help to cover the cost, other than being disconnected by representatives. Also, due to unforseen passport issues because of passport delays changed itinerary but would like to cancel booking flight because don't know how long this can take. I did not get full refund insurance so this might be a loss. I'm not sure if buying insurance would help since I can't get help.

Unable to book a flight on their website or on their app due to technical faults. Wasted a lot of time of this.

Update 2024, App works fine, and I'm glad that I can get points for booking a flight, can't do it on the webpage though.

Absolutely garbage and the website is no better, just tones of confusing pop-ups trying to get you to add more features that make it look like you haven't added bags etc just to trick you to spend more. If you have a postal code NOT a zip code for creditcard payment, that has letters in it, you cannot add it so your payment will not go through! Even when I repeatedly change the country to CANADA which uses a postal code with LETTERS and NUMBERS it will not adjust!

Very bad experience with the app, and if you want to talk to customer service the phone keeps you waiting for around 8 minutes then it hangs up on you, It's the way they keep your money. Also at the airport staff never gives you directions where you have to go, they change gates without even let you know and if you ask them they don't give you directions, their fault I miss my plane, I don't recommend this airline at all.

Bad app, Horrible website , no longer accepts PayPal, and won't accept debit. I called customer service to pay over the phone and they could not process payment. So I can't purchase a flight .

I love Viva Aerobus and this app. Very eazy to use, I had several times issue with website but with this app NEVER. I love it 💚💚💚

There is always an issue with trying to check-in using this app. It is nice to be able to enter 2 passports for myself as dual citizen, but then it doesn't allow me to select which one to use when checking in, so I always have to waste time in line to check-in with agent at airport. It also only allows me to enter one passport for my travel companion profile which means I also cannot check them into flight. There are some things that need to be fixed to make it more user friendly and work.

Annoying and misleading popups during the checkout procees. I wasn't able to buy my ticket because there was an error with my card at the end of the check out phase.

This app is GARBAGE. Cannot actually purchase via the app OR the website. Keep getting errors in both places. If you call to book, you get charged a fee. Please fix this issue! Esta app es basursa. No me deja pagar. Necisita areglan!!!

purchased a ticket and inputted my TSA pre check info. when i checked in for the flight, pre check wasn't on the boarding pass. i called (bc app couldn't help) and the representative said I was in the computer as pre check and that it was fine and would work at the airport. app was a waste of time and this company is a headache.

This airline application and the website are trash. I can't update my passport number to change the issuing country. Totally disregards the fact that people can have passports from 2 different countries at once. What's the point of online check-in if it's not easy to complete?

This app is pathetic. Far too often, the app shows the flight as on time even though the flight is already delayed by an hour, yet the app shows the original time as if time is standing still. If you click to be notified, you never get a notification on a specific flight. Getting in touch with customer service through the app via WhatsApp is worthless. They never respond. Horrible airline and horrible developers.
