Really disappointed with this. Tried to subscribe again for the 2nd time. I paid 1 month subscription 149. When I was trying to watch movie it asked me to pay again. Tried using the app and even clearing the cache and data. I sent an email to your email and also tried chatting with your customer service from fb. I am so disappointed. My subscription is running. Fix this!!!!!

Most of the movies are in 21:9 aspect ratio and yet you can only view it on 16:9 with an awkward blue/black side borders. It doesn't have mirror casting on TV as well so I'm hoping that they can include it on future updates. Also, Android TV owners would appreciate if they can create an app dedicated on that platform for a better viewing experience.

I had an issue with the subscription, but their fb customer service is very responsive and courteous as well. even on weekends they made a follow up on my issue and didnt left until solved. They even issued me a new code to redeem. I was happy with the movies i was able to watch with the app and also happy when it comes to their after sales service. 👍👍👍👍

Worst customer service. I opted for a trial subscription (7days) and aparently, it automatically renews. Paid through Paymaya using debit and now I'm having a hard time with it since there is no option to cancel subscription through their app and website. Tried reaching their customer service support via email and Facebook, no response. @VivamaxPh "doesn't allow new message requests from everyone." Such a hassle. I want to cancel my subscription and still waiting for them to respond to my query.

Did a 1 month subscription for 3 individual accounts and so far sulit naman. temporarily unsubscribing but will subscribe again in the future. Just wanna suggest a better layout and function while watching. The layout looks old school not that it affects the movie/show or anything. and sometimes, the app lags, and jumping frames (scene) is causing it to lag as well. I am pretty sure it's not my internet speed.

I have installed the Vivamax application and I am also trying to pay via the Google Play card that I bought at Seven Eleven with the code listed. However, payment can only be made via FamilyMart, please explain the difference between the Google Play card sold at Seven Eleven and FamilyMart.

very annoying app. i have subscribed for 1 yr. but everytime i tried to watch movies, alwas asking for parental control pin. i have the correct pin but always saying incorrect. i even tried resetting the pin many times but still not working. waste of money and time. this app is BS!

Nice app and easy to use. However, I only gave 4 stars because videos seem to have very low bitrate (approx. 1200kb/s) and 720p resolution, which is only good for small screens. I wish you can provide a higher bitrate and resolution up to 1080p so that it won't become pixelated on larger screens. Edit: Thanks for adding 1080p in the platform, I really appreciate it. Changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

I had an issue with my subscription and the tech was very accommodating and patient with me. He/she was able to drill down the issue with my subscription. It could have been a five if it works like Netflix where it could run in a small pop up window while multitasking, can change the screen ratio to full, can auto rotate, smoother streaming, etc.

I recently subscribed to vivamax 169 for 1 month but was unable to watch any movie because it keeps asking me to subscribe even though i already did,fix this immediately,my subscription was running!!!!!!!

The app is stable both on phone and laptop. There were a few issues with subtitles and audio but they have a very responsive customer service that address these concerns and forward them to the tech team to fix. Video and audio quality are also great for a really affordable price. Nice to have a platform where we can watch older movies. It's also worth noting that they premiered an anticipated movie seemlessly, so that's a plus. More powers to the teams behind the app!

Once you subscribe with your credit card or debit card,dats the end of the story. You cannot unsubscribe and it will go to autodebit from your account every month & there is no option to unsubscribe. Customer care is pathetic you cannot reach them. If you wanted to unsubscribe cancel your credit or debit card and issue a new card else these guys will take from your account.

SCAM. WASTE OF MONEY. NO WAY TO CANCEL There is no means to unsubscribe if you purchased the subscription from their website. Cancelation only covers app purchases (ie go to google play/ apple store/ huaweii app store to cancel) The Facebook link they are sending for customer support DOESN'T EXIST I'm filing a dispute with my bank to block any future transactions. Vivamax movies took time to play over data network than wifi when all other videos plays fine like from Netflix, etc.

I subscribed to the 149 plan. And when i open the app to watch. There's a pop up ad. And when i click "close" to close it it redirect me to some website. I keep on clicking close but it always redirected me. I cant watch any single movie because of the ad. That's on the screen. Waste of money. Scam ... Do something about it.

Update your freaking app!!!! All the good movies you had are gone. It's a waste of money to watch movies from 3 decades ago and not having the good recent ones available. The app and the subscription is pathetically depressing. I dont have FB to communicate with your customer support. Its a shame that you only cater to facebook to customer support. Should have known before i signed up. This is very disappointing. To someone looking to downloading amd signing up with vivamax, word of advice, DONT
