I have been using this for past few months and this was a good app. However, with the recent updates one key feature is missing - "Light Fixer/Color Correction" tool. There should be a dedicated option (once you include that again) button for selecting the light fixer. Without the light fixer this app is not so useful.

I really love this app, however, I have been tricked into rebuying a sub twice now. It keeps kicking me out, and then when I click restore purchases nothing happens. Even though I can clearly see my sub in google play store and that it expires next year only. I am not very happy with this and would appreciate help, so I don't waste more money.

Good with most blurred photos taken in good lighting conditions as long as people are not too far away in them. Program don't keep original filename nor allow to replace original so you need to rename all files after working with them and match it manually. Lack of permanent program settings to allow change of sorting results in always working with files sorted by date modified or changing sorting when loading each individual file.

It actually does what it says. Which is a pleasant surprise. I've tried a few others but in all honesty, while good, they were not up to the standard of this app. Most of the others couldn't accurately decipher the blurred photo & made some faces look more macabre, akin to zombies. And others couldn't make out moles or tattoos. This app has no such problems. It will be a mainstay for Me, if or until something better comes along. Which I doubt. Great job.

I paid for a year subscription for NO ads, and it's trying to make me pay again! I only had the subscription for about 5 or 6 months!!

Terrible app support. They don't respond to emails, and the AI headshots feature isn't working. I feel cheated by Vivid.

I don't like this app at all. Blurry photos become like animated photos after it claims to have made it clear. I gave it a star because that's the only way I can write this review

Less ads, easy enhancing, straightforward process, high quality photos, no bugs whatsoever, and the best? No watermarks. Yes, it's only the watermarks that I'm bothered if I try other photo enhancing apps. Overall, I had a great experience with this app, so keep up the good work devs. And hopefully, this features, convenience, and good experience will be maintained in the future.

Very displeased at the moment. Since the recent update my yearly subscription isn't found apparently. Not due to renew til April 29, 2024. Have never had any issues with the app until now. Please correct the issue ASAP!! TY

I really love this app I'm an artist and this app helped me to get some ideas but after a couple of days I don't know what problem it has literally every pic I select and watch adds they say there are no faces in the picture, I likecusing the Ai headshot part of this app but any pic I select they say there are no faces , I select high quality pictures still this problem occurs please try to fix it because this app is really great I want to buy the subscription so please fix it

Like others I paid for a year to not have ads and it stopped working half way through. I have to watch 30 second apps to do anything. I have emailed them 2x and no answer. I see in the reviews they reply to basic concerns but have not addressed anyone who has paid for a product that doesn't work. You need to resolve this for your paying customers. Do not purchase the app. Be warned.

No much ads. Just 1 ad per action. Ads are sometimes even less than 30 seconds and once they've played, you get your desired action. No tossing around, no stress. Just a straightforward application.

My subscription is valid until July this year but has suddenly stopped working. Restore purchases does not help. Updating and re-installing do not help. I have sent an email to support twice with no response. Unless this is sorted out asap I don't plan to resubscribe and don't recommend you do either. It's a pity as it's a great app I use for work but won't be forced into paying for a subscription twice.

I gave a 5 star rating last week as it worked well for few days. Now I am rating just one star. The "Headshot AI" is not able to upload any image and gives an error message. Looks like back end problem of picup AI servers. I have tried with different internet connections and even tried on different devices. The same error appears. I have paid lifetime membership for this app! Hope the developers would fix this.

I was charged 39.99 and had to Google to find out the company was this vivid app.I downloaded a couple of apps but I don't remember signing up or opening the app. So I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt for now, maybe a free trial ended ...I don't know. I never do yr subscriptions for apps I've never heard of which makes it more frustrating. So I will try it out, but if it is bunk...I will be furious.i don't take lots of pics, just wanted to unblur a photo.

SUCKS DO NOT PURCHASE. I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased the yearly for $32 so I wouldn't have to watch ads. Guess what they got my money and I still have to watch an ad to start, an ad to save. So I paid them to watch advertising. No phone number to call. Email was like oh well. Last people on earth I would purchase from. I done cancelled on Google play for the freaking renewal. I got the screen shot and email saved. Do not purchase

The AI headshot will not work. I upload the photo and it always says" the network is disconnected retry "when my network is not disconnected I have full 5G service and every other app I have works. I tried clearing the cache and the storage and force stopping it and reopening it and then deleting it and reinstalling it and it still doesn't work.
