Will send out promos and then change the terms. Don't trust the info you get from promotional emails! There's always fine print and so either read every little thing or just know they can change it without warning.

Do not sign up with these people they steal from you! I had two different phones and signed in on both to play and nowhere in their app does it say that you can't use two different phones. They suspended my account and took close to $2,000 from me. I have emailed support numerous times! They can't even admit that they are at fault and they made a mistake. If they would just give me my money that I earned fairly then I would never sign up for go on their app again!!!

App is a scam... the first time I won I couldn't get the app to deposit into my account due to the app saying you need to deposit first. Which I did only for the app to take what I deposited and still refuse to allow me to withdraw my earnings. So I had to take my winnings on an online gift card.. the second time I won the option to receive my earnings thru gift card was shutdown by the site so now I'm waiting for a check I know will never come

I won a contest and decided to cash out using prizeout on September 26th. Vividpicks said up to 3 business days for my gift card. It's been 2 weeks. I emailed support multiple times and they never respond. No customer service number to call and no email responses! I feel like I've been robbed! I won the contest now give me my money!

Please I repeat PLEASE do not get this app!!! It's a whole scam!!! I won fair and square and when I asked for my funds via electronically, it was a problem. Ok so I asked for a check. Now they claim they did, but here we are 2 months down the road and back and forth emails. I still haven't seen my check!!!! This is a horrible app!!!! DO NOT GET IT!!!!

Dont download or waste ypur money. When you win big they dont pay. Me and my friend picked the same picks. One player didnt play. His payout was $80 and mine was $400. Because player didnt play, his payout was adjusted to $50 but mine got cancelled and not adjusted. Just my entry fee was refunded.

Really enjoyed this app when first installed!! But, I put a good $100 into games this last week. Went to login to my account as usual to check the status of the stakes I made! And GUESS WHAT!! FOR UNOWNED REASON TO ME THE APP SAYS ACCOUNT IS BEING SUSPENDED!!!! not one word, email, message, call, text, notifications, NOTHING! To tell me why! While I have $100+ in stakes and emailed them due to they only have one for. Of contact! And still no word!! I'm so disappointed 😞!

Terrible app with even worse support. They won't take my money for a deposit, but only after they linked into my online banking and got my credit card number. They refuse to help me fund my account and now won't remove my pay information despite again refusing to let me deposit. Their support is only over email, so they just get to your email whenever they feel like it. There are so many apps out here to play props and fantasy sports, do yourself a favor and dont bother with this one

Every time I try to get on, it says "oops. Your app needs to be updated. Be patient, we're doing it" But I've been on this same screen over an hour now. I've uninstalled the app and redownloaded it to see if that helps, but it's still taking me to updating screen and it never updates.

This app has the worse verifying process, you to try it by deleting the account and putting another address? Think again, this will only make it worse! Word of advice, the signing up process is very stressful and not worth. It tells you to contact support only so they can tell you "sorry we can't help you, delete the account" yes, the stupid account that didn't let me vetify. Paradox failure, stay away from the stress I beg you

Been over a week and they won't let me connect my bank to even make a deposit so then I can withdraw my money that I have on there. Have emailed them numerous time s and nothing us getting fixed. Their system is ungodly slow so when you're trying to connect your bank it will keep timing out. So they are keeping me from my winnings. I do not advise you to use this app. I am about to post about them to my 100,000+ followers if this isn't fixed by tonight because I'm sick of it.

This would have been a good rating until about a week ago I had used this app almost daily. All of a sudden it said I was not in a legal state. Support says my state is still legal. Other apps still work it isn't my location services. It isn't a VPN. Just not working. I don't think anyone in their support actually does anything but reply with canned dumb responses. After a week I just pulled my money to just use other apps. Unfortunate.

Very organized and simple. Not as many options as fandual, but I think that makes it better to choose your parlays. (Update) so after trying to cashout I realized they dont accept my 2 banks I have even though they are listed. So I had to do a gift card for another betting institution fanatics sportsbooks. Which will take 1-3 business days.

DO NOT USE. This app is complete trash. Deposits and withdrawals take forever, horrible lines and discounts. 2nd rate all around. Parlayplay,betr,prizpicks,underdog,sleeper, and chalkboard are 10 times better.
