Every time I use this app, I have to restore my tablet, if I don't I can't see anything, and always when I change the programming, it goes back and forth and doesn't allow me to see anything! This app is getting worse and worse! Both my tablet and my phone have been messed up since I started using it! The content is good in a way, because of the past Mexican novels they did. The programming is very repetitive, it is worse than the cable television programming, and they charge 4 the Other one.

I subscribed Premium to watch certain shows (they were advertised that ViX had them) only to find that they are not available. Also, shows/novelas have commercials, I have premium, it supposed to be commercial free. I tried to get a refund but I was denied. I literally have had my account less than an hour. Careful when you sign up, they just get your money.

They have a lot of shows. Would love to be able to enjoy them. I've had the premium for a while but the app doesn't work. It gives me errors every time we started. Have to cast it from the phone because the TV will not put on shows some times. Other times it will legit not put the show you want to see but let you play everything else. Platform is solid 10 app -100 fix the app!

Awful UI (looks like a bad copy of Pluto TV). Navigation leaves lots to be desired. App randomly freezes or crashes most of the time, and progress isn't saved. Can't save entire shows on playlist (aka 'watch later') but episodes instead. It's very frustrating and time-consuming to go back to main menu and look for where you left off the day before. Please fix it asap

Unable to use for over a month. Since a few updates ago, I have not been able to use this application for almost 2 months. It initializes, shows as if opening to main screen and continues to loop to same initial screen over and over and over again. I have cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled in hopes of a resolution without success. Extremely quite frustrating to not be able to use premium service when paying for it.

Got the trial to see live sports. Was watching just fine thru Amazon prime but had a hiccup with my Internet. When I went to get back on it kept saying event ended, but it had not and wasn't able to finish the last 10 min of the game. I wouldn't pay for this service bc I wasn't able to get back in to watch the rest of the game. Had to see the score and final comments on line so disappointing!

I love this concept and have some things that could make it even better! For starters, when watching shows. Sometimes it saves your place and other times it does not. Especially when stitching from one device and going to another. The search is not accurate. A favorites or watch later list is a must! We need this. Rating buttons so it suggests things you liked. I would like if it suggested similar or related shows. This is so our app gets better. And hopefully stays affordable ❤️

I LOVE the content! Love the old school novelas, but I'm giving a low rating because the app is so buggy both on my phone and the TV. Like others have said, the app doesn't do a good job with remembering where I left off. Also, I love watching my novelas with closed captions so I can improve my spelling of Spanish words, HOWEVER, this app does this weird thing where the captions start slowly falling off the screen and then disappear completely and then come come back randomly.

"At this time, ViX for Chromecast is only available from your computer's browser to stream to the TV." Doesn't cast from your phone at all. When you hit the chromecast button on the app it takes you to sign up for premium. I signed up thinking it would maybe unlock the feature, but no. It's just not compatible with Chromecast. It took me a while to figure out on my own...the representative couldn't even tell me.

I was super excited at first & watched 1 show. I got tired of the ads so I got the paid version. The app needs a lot of work. It doesn't continue where I left off, so I continuously have to look for the last episode I watched. It is very unresponsive & freezes often. When I use it on my TV, I have to spend 5-10 minutes trying to get the app to work by closing it & opening it b/c it says "no connection" even though all the other apps work fine. Sadly, I will be canceling my subscription.

Slow interface, but overall good - but when watching fútbol, the stream stops after first half, never starts up again on its own for the second half - must exit the app and restart. Customer service is no help at all in fixing this - tried several times to resolve it with them, to no avail. And with Premium I'm not supposed to have commercials but they are the only thing I can count on to always play no matter what lol...UPDATE 25 Feb 2024: Now almost always the second half starts up OK. Good!

I want to love the app but its infuriating!! It will restart the episode out of nowhere and then it will say that its not available! Thats even more infuriating if you have the basic plan and have to wait for commercials to play before you can fast forward to where you left off. I was so excited to watch my favorite novelas but at this point its just too much hassle to get through one episode!!

Way to many adds ! It's ridiculous 8 adds popping one after another and more annoying same add over and over ! To only give you a few seconds to view ,then again repeats to about 7 adds! I guess this is to get you ! Into buying premium channels . 😞 Other than this it looks good and runs nice audio good also but even so may be leaving it soon I don't think I'm ever getting far on to watching the program !😔

The app is always giving me issues about logging in. Can either log in on one device at a time. I'm being charged monthly even though I chose the Premium Yearly plan. It always gives my Chromecast issues. Every time I try to change the password, it never sends the email to change the password. This app sucks and I will never use this again. I hate that the Liga Mx is only this app because it sucks.

UPDATE: 1 star!!! I UNINSTALLED ViX!! The ads were WAY too much. I'm not kidding there is an ad after every single scene! Every single scene. Ridiculous... just nevermind I will not be using this app anymore! I love VIX! The 4 stars is because it seems to have more and more ads. I know it's the free version but an add after every scene is a bit much. I do love it! I get to watch my novelas on the go and they have a lot of options. The ads are just so much.

The basic service has an EXCESSIVE amount of commercials. It's between 5 to 10 commercials every 6 to 7 minutes. I was just watching a program and on the 9th commercial the streaming stalled and started commercials again, on the 7th commercial it stalled again and when it resumed it went to the beginning and when I tried to return to where I was at I got another group of commercials again. They are REALLY pushing for you to pay more to watch the programs. It's really horrible.

App is good, show selections are good.... However, the ads/commercials are extremely irritating. The shows are super low in volume almost whispering but the ads/commercials are on full blast. To be able to hear the shows I put the volume up to 80-100 but the commercials are so loud that it makes me not want to use the app. Get some volume control for these obnoxious relentless ads. Also the frequency of the same 2-3 ads is overwhelming. The same ad over and over on every commercial break. 3 star
