Every 11PM the app stop working and log you out... I thought it was maybe a 1 day thing... but not at all... you guys have to stop abusing us. And your *2222# yesterday was helpful with a 1$ for 48h and today is 1$ for 100 mega... this is the most stupid thing I've ever seen in my life. I don't think you doing this in SA.

I don't understand this app. Don't you have it in English? It keeps on popping up on my screen evin after I install it. How can I stop it so that it won't disturb me?

After recent update I can't login properly. If I give my number then It's showing "pls try again". It's irritating. I'm from DRC

There must be an option to change the app UI language to English. App keep asking for Mobile number again and again whenever you want to use the app. what is this ?

Right now i can't even see how many bundles that i have because there is a white inc covering that circle where we use to check balances. Maybe you have a problem or i have to update it.please tryna find a solution on that case. thanks

This app is useless... it should be done afresh. I have to put my details everytime I log in. And other times it doesn't work. Right now I'm unable to access any service it can't log in. I wish it was possible to put no ☆ because the app deserves none

Great idea to have launched this app. Everything can be found in terms of service. However, You need to be connected to the internet to use it and that makes it limited. I think it should be available as long as someone is using the Vodacom line or even have a given amount of credit.

This app is terrible. I have been battling with it for over 3 years now. It does not remember my log in details so i need to supply all of the details each time i use it. Ive reported it to vodacom but they dont seem to be interested in fixing it. I guess their focus is getting new customers and not worring about those they already have. Be careful vodacom, if we all jump ship were will you be then.

This app is so backward it's not even funny. It logs you out when data is off and you have to re-register again, it's very stupid. Airtel, Orange and even Africell are much better; they all have a single interface for everything including mobile money. This shows how South Africans are just worst at investing elsewhere than their home. Frankly, it's not worth the data except checking balance. Think twice if you have to download it.

Can't get past first screen. Different phones to no avail. Just unexpected token < in JSON at possition 0. NEW VERSION! I no longer get the unexpected token error. Now it does nothing after I enter the phone number but try to connect. I wish that they'd either test it on various versions of Android or stop saying it works on my device, it doesn't. If I could give less than 1 I would for wasting my time and bandwidth, which ironically I buy from Vodacom. UPDATE New system works.
