Had a scooter stop working without warning. No mention of low battery etc. Dragged it to the nearest hub to pick up another. Couldn't get another as I had a payment outstanding for the ride that never finished. Tried to pay it regardless but the app would not work even if I tried to add a second form of payment. Ended up having to walk 3 miles home m in that time tried to contact Voi support. Typed out all of the above only to find they have a maximum character length for complaints. Ridiculous.

Always, when I launch the app, it asks for me to accept location and oush notifications. When I dont accept them, even if they are optional. The app doesn't let me use VOI unless I use "allow precise location" when I want to accept ONLY approximate. I dont understand why you can't use the app without location services, I find the escooters without any help.

Charges 5€ if you dont make a perfect picture. Slow start up, compared to other apps/scooters. 1€ start fee, even of its short distance. Why??? Lots of money making.

still 1 star, due to the fact that they have a no riding zone at Ryen, for some weird reason? tried to get a scooter from the bus stop to the office, to comfortably be able to get there, but no, paid for the ride, got on the scooter, 15 seconds later a beep, and it stopped completely, flashing a "NO RIDING" zone. 🥴

I mainly installed the app because I got 30minutes of free rides, only thing they don't mention is the main cost is not when riding, but before you even hop on, the unlocking fee is 50kr roughly just under 5 bucks or like roughly 4,5 Euros~ so if you just need a quick 5 minute ride, you're paying quite a bit, per minute usage. Either way I think the service is great, and I'd rate it higher if the unlocking fee reduced with proper usage over a period of time for trusted users

I have already contacted you regarding the issue that I can't log into my account and I received an automated answer that due to switching several times on two phones the account was blocked from logging on any phone except the one I did the purchase on, ironically, that one also does not work, there's a bug from your side and I can't log in at all on any phone. I tried the suggested option by your interface "switch account" after I was ignored several times just to get banned there.

Fun for a blast but not really a viable alternative to taxi. The scooters are swift to ride but the number of places you can pick up and drop off is limited so you have to walk a bit sometimes. The map app doesn't appear to have a search and go function like Google maps, that would be handy when looking for a parking spot near your destination. I referred a friend but neither of us got the free credit despite using a paid session and the chat help only offers that one solution to that query.

Customer service is abysmal. Multiple issues and they have not responded despite me contacting them over 10 times, over the course of 14 days. They promise I will hear in 48 hours and I never do. Absolutely disgusting. They overcharge due to technical errors and then do not respond and waste more of your time stringing you along.

Useless.... I was interested in hiring a bike next week in the Southampton area but the app fails to locate any bikes for hire in Southampton. It does display lots of bikes across the water on the Isle of Wight but that's not much help! Before installing the app I looked at the website which lists Southampton as a city where voi bikes are available. I could find no support phone number either in the app or on the website. I'll stick with the buses.

It's a good app. Modern, UI is simple. Some of the support features needs work. Especially the chat. There is no notification if the agent replies, it appears I'm not able to upload attachments as requested.

At first, I enjoyed the app and I used the scooters on a daily basis. Until today when all of a sudden, they decided to put all the university of Northampton campus under the slow area zone. Without any notifications or notice, which is ridiculous and stupid at the same time. The goal of this is to help people in their transportation. Alot of students use the app to help them in their daily life. Maybe they just got greedy and want more money. But this is just annoying and time to delete it.

Their basic assumption is that all their customers are constantly drunk and/or high (mandatory reaction test). If the engine doesn't start for some reason (happens quite often) the first thing they do is to charge you money for that. If you end a ride after X minutes and 56 seconds, then the internet connection happens to be bad and you have to pay one minute more... Voi could improve so much if they only wanted to.

It would be beneficial to have improved navigation features for locating e-scooters. Despite the presence of map markers, some scooters are concealed in obscure locations, making them difficult to find for unfamiliar users. A satellite view within the app would provide a clearer visual of the scooters' exact positions, whether they are on the street or elsewhere. Additionally, the app currently lacks the ability to display information about e-scooters that are not in close proximity.

Good: price, app usage, ride start, new scooters. Bad: the system decreased my score because of bad photo quality (lol) and I couldn't earn points. I contacted the support to get those bad photos but they assured that the score will increase. I still have 4 bad rides lol.. this is unfair. I hate unfair treatment! I always park correctly!!! That's why I give 1 star. As soon as I get the score of 100 then I'll decide about increasing the star count. Can't switch to others because of good price(((

The newer, heavier duty scooters are better at going up hills than the OG m365. Would be nice if the parking limitations were more clear before you got to your destination, having to backtrack once you've parked is super annoying. Would also be better if the map showed battery % without having to click through.

My Scooter just turned off while I was riding midway through my trip. I had to re-pay to turn it on again and spend the extra money (deal-breaker because I don't have much rn) but besides that it was really good! The prices are better than its competitors, would give a 5 star if it weren't for what happened on my trip

The app refused to end my ride the very first time I used it. I had to lock the scooter in the app. Then unlock it, for the end ride feature to work. Wasted about 2 or 3 minutes of my time, that I got charged for. Other than that I guess the app seems fine, but the scooters frequently don't work. I've tried to take maybe 10 rides and only three times was I able to get the scooter to successfully work. Had no problems with the Lime scooter app though. Even though it was double the price, certainly more reliable. Especially if you're going to walk out of your way to get a scooter, only to find out it doesn't work.

It said redeem vouchers but it was very confusing for the first go around. Then after the first trip made me pay which is fine. Friend couldnt figure out the app to get the free voucher but hes a really special individual. The navigation aid was very small had a lot of other things attached to it making it very hard and it didnt work for half the first trip. Also wanted a photo of the park job which i didn't understand at first. Loved the ride just was very confusing app. Could be better.

I've used similar services in the US very successfully so I was excited to try this. The experience isn't even close to the US competitors. There are far too many barriers to using the service: no-go zones everywhere, constant nudges to take surveys, requirement to take a photo of your scooter, complaints that perfectly fine photos don't meet requirements (with the thrat of a fine!), and the craziest part... they expect you do to a field sobriety test in the freezing cold just to use a scooter.

The rides were fine. But the map is nearly invisible in Berlin. Streets are white, all other areas are off-white, and the street names are super light gray. It's basically a blank screen. The map also rotates at the slightest touch. So, instead of zooming in or out, the map rotates instead. The app seems to need a lot more work.
