The newest app update (April 2021) deleted EVERYTHING from my shopping list! So very frustrating when I get to the store to do my shopping and find out my list is gone. Not good, not good at all! Update May 8, 2021- I have deleted this app since it is completely useless to me now. It is frustrating to try to add items to my shopping list from the weekly ad; toggling between several tabs is too time consuming. I've sent several emails and no one seems to care. I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

One crucial function seems to be missing from this new (April 2021) version: the ability to email my list of digital coupons. I always print out that emailed list and put it in the top part of my basket, so I can see it as I shop. The last thing I want to do is fumble with my hands on my phone as I shop. "EMail" must return to this app!!

The app or server seems slow. In the past few months the app has a connection error even when I have 4G LTE and/or High speed wifi. When it works it seems to work OK. July 2021. The update seems faster but too different. I don't buy using my phone or use delivery. I don't find the app intuitive. Was never easy to use but now it's even more of a pain. I decided to delete this irritating worthless app.

Offers great deals but having to add deals to my app has increased my shopping time by about 45 minutes! Sometimes I realize I've forgotten to add items and I have to do it in the store, where reception is spotty and it can take 5 minutes of standing still, attempting to add the item(s). I wish they would all automatically add just like the regular Vons deals. Love the extra deals and savings; love the $5 Fridays with $5 off the cart and $5 items - but having to add the Just4U takes too long!

This is the worst app upgrade ever. So many bad changes! What were you thinking? Can no longer search sale items, just coupons. Can't select items from ad. From item search, you can only add to cart, not shopping list. Cannot set list or cart to sort by store isle. Sale prices do not come up when you search for an item. Put the app back the way it was. It worked just fine. You should not be allowed to keep the pre-change reviews. Overall rating should be much lower.

Everything works great. Very easy to find deals (actually based on past purchases, very cool!), save deals to your card, apply deals to your bill at checkout, and create an entire shopping list, coupon or not, complete with check boxes to check off items as you go. I love the rewards you give each month. Lifesaver in a tight month! My one wish is: I wish it would track how much I'm spending based on the items I've checked off. Great job all in all. Thank you!

The app is not working right. Please fix the issue with trying to clip coupons. When I clip a coupon, the page changes and puts me way down the page. Then I have to scroll all the way back to the top and clip again, then I'm put way down the page again and have to scroll back up to where the unclipped coupons are, way up the pages. It's very frustrating. The app has had some quirks with clipping coupons. They had it working well recently and now it's worse than ever. Please fix ASAP.

I had to update my Vons app. It won't allow me to sign in with mail or phone number. If I go in as a guest and try to clip a coupon, it says I have to sign in, which it won't allow me to do. It's so frustrating. Never had a problem with the other app. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, turned the phone off, and back on. Went to Vons, and they couldn't fix it. They even tried using their own wifi.

Too many hoops to have to jump through just to save a buck or two. App is confusing for the digital coupons and users are forced to create an account and sign in, just to get a coupon. It's bad enough Vons is the equivalent to a convenience store - barely have what you need and the prices are outrageous. Not only do you need a club card to save, but now you need to have an app. Absolutely absurd. Just have savings without making people jump through hoops.

I dont know why your apps are always so friggin TERRIBLE!! They are constantly not working! Im always having problems clipping the coupons and just 4 u coupons. When I have clipped a coupon,& get to the register in the store, it comes up as not being clipped. Every single time this Vons app is updated or changed it gets worse & worse with more & more problems! Stop doling out apologies and actually do something about all these problems!!

I've used this app multiple times a week since the pandemic. I started using it prior, but not as often. The app has always been glitchy but gotten better. Tonight, it started crashing. After the first crash, a message said to try clearing cache. That didn't help. I restarted my phone. That didn't help. I uninstalled, and now it won't re-install. Please get this app fixed ASAP. BTW, my local Vons staff is AMAZING!!! FIX THIS APP!!! 4 stars prior to crash.

I primarily use the app as a shopping list for when I go to the store later. Two recent changes made this much worse. First, item pages no longer tell you what aisle the item is in (something that's occasionally very unintuitive). Secondly, now search results always include "sold and shipped by some other company" results, ie they aren't in the store; there is no way to filter these out. There's also one star off for spam notifications that you can't mute separately from useful ones.

Most of the time this app works great and I know what to look for and how to use the app. If there was a recent bug fix or something that got released, it messed the app up. It won't let me past the location part of the app after logging in. If you can fix this or add a skip for now button on that page, I will gladly go back to using it. I wasn't able to scan a digital U coupon because of this. I am disappointed that I wasn't able to skip this option.

I finally broke down and installed because deals were good. If they weren't I'd give zero stars. It took about 10 minutes of loading the app and fumbling with it inside the store aisle. Then blocking other shoppers to search/scan various items for the deals. At the check out I had it all wrong apparently I wasn't "shopping" ?! 4 people had to wait in line behind me while the cashier loaded my coupons. Entering a phone number was so much easier,less invasive and less time consuming.

The app is easy to use. I enjoy being able to do my orders and see prices. I really dislike that I have to clip deals in order to use them. It is very time-consuming to look up the deals, and when I clip one, it scrolls to the top, and I have to scriloll down again to continue clipping. If I don't clip the deals I might use ahead of time, then I have to scan my items before buying them to make sure I don't miss a deal. PLEASE, PLEASE CHANGE THIS SO THAT DEALS ARE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED.

This app used to be great. Easy to use, clip coupons, and save money. Now, it asks you to enter a zip code to find a store near you. Then it gives you a ton of errors or tells you that the service is not available in the zip code. Even after you get through and select the store, you need to keep going back and forth before you can get to the main screen where you can clip the coupons. Please revert back to before the recent update. The app is now impossible to use with yanking out your hair.

I used to love this app, but now you cannot clip coupons without being taken to the very bottom instead of to the next coupon to be clipped. I used to love this store, but I've gotten rotten vegetables every time. Vons didn't refund all my money when they forgot 5 items. I requested a refund via app and got $16.48 refund. Then I added the same 5 items in my online cart, to reorder, and the total came out to $20.59! Recently, I noticed I was charged $6 over and above the total of items tax fees.

Login issues. Android 13 OS. I used to be able to use this app. I have had login issues for a long time(months). I try once everyone and awhile and I get your account is locked for to many attempts (after once really?). I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled multiple times, does not fix. I have the same problem trying to login on the website. I don't even get to the password field just email or phone number.

I wish the deli had more options. Also, maybe like a courier chat, which also the buyers to talk with courier so if replacement isn't found the buyer still has an option. also maybe customization orders or special requests. I mean, it's easier just to go in the store, but if that is always going to be the case, what is the point of the app if not to match the service.

Constantly submits my orders incorrectly. Horrible lag when trying to add multiple items to my cart. Crashes while I'm shopping about 25% of the time. I've lived in four states with four different apps and this one is far and away the worst. Updated: their reply reminded me that their "support chat" barely functions and you have zero ability to edit an order after it's been made. Even if it's several hours away or even the next day.
