I am not one that does reviews but Vooglam in my opinion has the best quality of frames and styles anywhere....PERIOD! Prices are affordable though I wish shipping were cheaper but for the quality and value they provide....it's worth the shipping. Do not hesitate on purchasing at Vooglam!

I really love the glasses from this company they are Amazing, the only thing is the shipping takes a little long but when you receive them they are packaged great and you always get a cleaning cloth that leaves your glasses looking new when they get dirty. I have been purchasing glasses from them for years now and I'm so happy to be part of the Vooglam family member. You definitely won't regret purchasing from them I guarantee it 💯 %.

looooove!!!! I've also tried wherelight and these are more legit. previous to finding about these I've shopped at opsm NZ/Aus and specsavers! I can confirm that the ones I've brought from here are just as good and the frames seem to be the same quality if not better!!! Have tried Zenni optical too which I love but vooglam has sales all the time and they have funky frames too which I love!!!

No complaints with anything except the shipping time. Free shipping took exactly 20 days even though the products (4) looked like they be were just sitting in various warehouses. Processing, however was really quick and accurate. My Rx was on point. The quality was surprisingly great considering the price. Very very happy with my purchase. 😎 Oh yeah, I bought another pair today.🥰

I have only 1 issue, for a 1st time user I'd like to use the coupon for that and for my $$$ amount too. I used the dollar amount which was more than the 1st time user.

This was soooooo easy. I loved not having to drive to the store and sort through lots of glasses while waiting for others to finish looking for theirs!. I am in the comfort of my own home with no rush and no distractions! I can't wait to get my glasses!

I'm so happy they have an app now. last time I got new frames, I had to use their web page. it works great and all, but the app is definitely the smoother experience when shopping from your phone.

The company itself is fine, super affordable and cute glasses. The problem is with the try-on feature on this app it is garbage. it keeps putting glasses on the end of my nose. doesn't matter if I upload a photo or take the photo on the app. so it makes you look really stupid and on top of it you can't even edit it so it will look right. seriously you need to put some money into some IT ppl to fix this like now. because I'm just going to go and buy from zenni since I can't try them on.

This is the worst service ever. Glasses are stylish but the customer service is very disorganized. Lots of back and forth and unprofessionalism. If you want glasses, just go to zenni. They say their estimated wait time is 7-14 ays. It's been 2 months. I've ordered before and it was a long wait time. I tried again because I figured it was a one off but NOPE. This time around the service was worse.

My review is for Vooglam APP, not the store or their products/services. This app has a lot of bugs, probably best to use their website. The app doesn't save our picture for Try On, need upload all over again at any new session. A lot of bugs viewing the wish list, takes a while to load (I have 25 faves), when finally able to scroll to the end, can't scoll back up again, needs to get out of the wish list and repeat. Can't click on the X to close the Try On, it overlaps my phone menu.

Flash sales are great. I can only buy on sale as I'm short on funds. I get the driving reflection coating package and blue light blocking. All in all, each pair will cost me from 30 to 50 American dollars. Great deal. I own 2 pairs and ordered a couple more on sale. Not sure why, but the app won't let me add photos in the reviews of the glasses. It has all permissions. *edited to add, they did fix it. I can add photos now.

The frames are nice. The app is buggy bc can't take a photo or use AR w/o signing up & they bombard you w/ email promos. After I filtered the frames I wanted to look at, I was using the try on and it just stopped & went back to the home page multiple times. I was tried to look at a different color on the frames it circles&times out then the app freezes. I applied all updates, cleared cache. I appreciate promos but I don't see buying a new pair monthly so it's a lot. Thanks for the great glasses.
