Camera streams for about 10 seconds before the cloud service advertisement takes over the entire screen and makes you back up and reload. Makes it basically useless as a nannycam currently.

Live feed stop working after last update. Just uninstall and reinstall and it started back working for a couple of hours. Right back messed up. I just use PPBell, it works just fine.

Awful. Just awful. The product is terrible, the app is terrible, the support is worse than terrible. Language doesn't fully allow for me to express my thoughts on how bad this whole thing is in 500 characters or less. I'll summarize by strongly suggesting that you DON'T BUY THIS DOORBELL!

Since my husband and I both upgraded our phones to Huawei p20 pro, the notifications on our phones are lagging behind, so our phones ring 5-10 mins after Mr Amazon prime has already delivered our package. Will be considering changing to the Ring doorbell soon if problem keeps persisting as its currently pointless.

I hate this new update, it now has an ad pop up every time I open the app, I guess they forgot to mention that in the what's new part. This is the worst app I've ever used, don't waste your money on this pos buy the ring instead I sure wish I had.

I don't recall ever when someone pressed the bell and the phone rings immediately.. usually happens 15mins later, so missed so many deliveries because of this. The live view doesn't work all the time, it's like the camera loses reception.

Could not view the live video, just gray box. Interface was slow and hard to use. Kept trying to get me to sign up for more services... why on Earth would I pay more if the existing features don't work? Customer service had me reset my internet connection which ended the chat but didn't solve the problem. After that all I got was auto reply to leave my email and they'd get back to me in a few days. Don't call us, we'll call you. Zero stars, would not recommend.

Notifications are delayed when my screen is off. Constantly miss callers at the door, and support promise app update then do nothing. I don't mind paying for cloud storage, but what's the point when notifications are so badly affected by delayed delivery.

I packed it back up in bag it was delivered in, looked used anyway. Several labels as if it was returned before and i got a resale piece.. very disappointed in the first time using your products. I will not be getting another. It never associated my device... piece of junk... go get The Ring... better product and application works unlike this.

Brilliant! A delay on the bell being rung to notification, resulting in it being a bit useless that way, but the CCTV ability is great. Pictures are clear. Ability to download photos and videos direct to your phone. Amazing. For the price of the cameras etc, it's an affordable piece of security.

The app could be good but there are some problems with it. To view on Alexa it lags behind so someone's through the door before being spotted on camera it's also very sensitive on a night the sencer keeps going off so much so I have to turn it off so I can sleep defeats the object then!! Also I discovered you can only pay for cloud recording in US dollars so here in the UK you pay more in conversion rates and charges!

The app should give the option to the user to set the duration of the call when someone presses the doorbell. Currently the phone is ringing continuously until you answer or reject the call. Also when using the phone to answer the call the it creates an echo due to the mic and loudspeaker noise (this is notable on all smartphones i tested) but not on Tablets. Also it should be possible to connect it on Google Home devices.

**UPDATE** it has been a year since I installed it. It has been laggy in the last year. Made complained and went back and forward with that support team. I stopped contacting them for a while then in the last couple months I started the issue again. But the support team this time is better. Seems like they have more budget or resources to spend on the app improvement. Apps is 10 times better now. One last complain is only the fact that if I reboot my WAP, it will not work as well with the sound. I had to reboot it by unplugging it from power. Hope you guys can create a function to reboot the device without me unplugging from power.

The application is always blocked at the most inopportune moments ... You can not trust it, it's not safe. I'm not sure either that he'll send a video of who's at the door ... and it's a service I'm paying for. If I had known all this I would not have bought it, in that case I would have gone to a product of the competition as Ring Door. I am very disgusted with the product. Especially with the software. I do not even have a version that works in windows. I've been waiting for several months to see if the software improves but it's still plagued with errors. At every moment it is blocked and disconnected from the Wi-Fi network, and it needs to be reinitialized.

I have had so many issues with this video doorbell not working well over the 2 years I have had it. I can have packages dropped off at my front door, which is where the Vuebell is located, and no photos are taken of anything. However if it is windy out, it will take many pics of the trees. I now discovered that my device has completely disappeared from the app! I have purchased a different video doorbell, just waiting to have it installed. This device and app are too buggy to recommend.

New updates make this app AMAZING! Motion zones (it'd be nice if the grid were finer), sensitivity, etc. Thanks for all your hard work! Previous review: Latest version, and I can actually answer the call with a bit of hassle. Would be nice if that got simplified/reliable (try to answer, screen stays on, keeps ringing). Would be nice to change ringtone, to have a solid blue button on the device instead of flashing, or an actual button (very few people ring the bell because they don't know how, but I'm not really complaining!), to offer additional doorbell boxes for in the house. Detects motion farther than they say!

I've been using this app for quite a few years now. I have a number of external and internal cameras, for the most part it works well however it is very slow to respond. ___After today's update 9/21/18 my live feed stopped working. Everything else works still, but the live feed was working before the latest update. 9/23/18 contacted support, they suggested uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling. That fixed the problem.
