Nothing works, can't sign up, booked a flight as a guest and it took the money but no confirmation

My first and only booking with them. I wasn't able to board alongside other travelers. The airport staff didn't give us any reason. Next thing we know we were told we missed our flight. I'm honestly tired of companies robbing us like this. So I'm leaving this review!

The app is constantly telling you you have no checked bags and asking you to buy some, even though we already have. Also if you don't pay extra for a seat you run the risk of getting bumped off the flight. Then it asks you if you are enjoying the app. If you are it sends you to the play store. If you aren't it just ignores you, resulting in biased review scores. Terrible experience and untrustworthy.

I had a 9 hour delay with vueling and they refused to comply with European law to pay a compensation. After a successful lawsuit they had to pay in the end, but Vueling caused a lot of unnecessary trouble for me, lawyers and the court. The app looses the connection quite often.

Good app. Like new branding but I wish they had not removed facial recognition part of the app. Website says you need to use the app but I cannot seem to find it anymore.

Several problems, useless compared to the website. Auto fill from Google passwords and wallet doesn't work. When clicking on any help, eg. the virtual asistant, the apps just opens the tickets Vueling com webpage...

By far the worst app for flights: - automatic password filling doesn't work - you cannot select different luggage solutions for different passengers in the same ticket - information are displayed very poorly (my ticket says that I have an "underseat cabin bag + underseat cabin bag" how does that make any sense?) In general it feels like a very old and poorly maintained app.

online check in is not working, so I was forced to download this app. anyone who forces me to do anything, including downloading an app, deserves one star. I will of course delete the app as soon as I finish the trip.

Worst experience... I cannot login to my account even though I already reset my password 3 times. It doesn't accept the new password either, and all I see is error. I called the contact and they told me to "reset password". Bad bad bad...

I don't recommend this company ar all. Very rude and didn't help much. 5 min late for check more than 1 hour until the plane was taking off and they put me yo buy another 4 tickets for 500euros. The manager of vueling in Barcelona so arrogant and didn't even try to call and help us. The next flight was in 7 hours and my kids was exhausted. This is all business. The next flight was at 2pm and we take off at 3pm. I will not use this company any more

Via web the mission is impossible to log in, they have blocked access everywhere, you are forced to go to the app ..via the app you can't continue until you pay for the seat...the cheapest...is always the most expensive!!!

Terrible app. Doesn't work. Every time you need to confirm your payment with your bank and then go back to the the app, it will reset and you'll have to start from scratch ending up in a loop.

Low budget airline with a new low. According to to the staff "You're not guaranteed to the flight if you haven't paid for your seat as the flight is overbooked." What's next? We can't guarantee your luggagev delivery if you haven't payed for a slot on the plane? And it was worse for the people who were not allowed to get on board as they couldn't check in online. Dubbel standard...

Always worked fine for me. The only airline app to ever do so. Edit 2024. The app is painfully slow to load, and often crashes when retrieving flight information. Pretty much useless for managing flights and boarding cards when you are actually travelling.

Terrible app and terrible service. I cannot reach the support by all means. They do not respond to emails, the answer machine on the support phone line tells you to press buttons but then when you do nothing happens and finally when I open the app and press Help the app crashes. Nice way to rob your customers.

I can't sign up to either the app or the website as I keep getting the error "sorry but, due to a connection error, you cannot sign up for veuling club at this time." I have tried over several days and it refuses to work so it's not just at this time, rather all the time. There is no email contact I can find to discuss the issue either.

Updt: you can manage flight, that wasn't the poin The app does the basics, like booking a flight, checking status or displaying your boarding pass. But you have to reenter your basic data for every new booking, even though it is stored in your profile, or payment info, which can't be stored or copied. Help information isn't formatted correctly, so you can't read phone numbers. If you do reach customer service, it's terrible. They make Ryan Air look good. Wouldn't recommend the app or airline.
