So far for Amazon OTP is ok. But when I go to other options it's not working . Like a WhatsApp or some other app when we try to get OTP then system said this phone number is not correct. I reset my mobile also but still facing this problem. please let us know if can solve this issue then we should extend the package otherwise we just left this app. Must remember I have purchased 3 number from Vyke since last 1 month. We want WhatsApp, Gmail, TikTok Facebook everything register with this, so how?

This bad, the app still saying there has been an error try again later, before they even send the code, and it's have Syria on the countrylist but it's not sending the code to it, I will not get back to try this app anymore even if the problem solved.

They charge you an upfront cost for x amount of months to use it but then they charge you per minute and text message as well. I also sent messages and nobody got them. Don't waste your money!

I really love Vyke, it provides you with a secondary phone number of any country at an affordable price. It is easy to navigate through the app and you can make phone calls to anyone around the world easily. I love it. I bet you will too if you try it out. What are you waiting for ?!

First of all it is not gonna make any difference on Vyke, on don't care about reviews,, they will not rectify the issue or fix their issues, their target to get more funds added to their app. complaining is not making them fix it.....Vyke has no options to add limited/specific funds to vyke. they want us to add more then required fund to their app and then leave the balance with their app. if you are not using them any more. their is no refund method available and no on spot support available.

Why should there be disparity in prices? A friend of mine is being charged #4900 for 3-months subscription and I'm being charged $5.99 and if you try to proceed with the purchase, you'd see #11,000. With the current dollar rate, how does $5.99 be equivalent to #11,000. You lot are thieves. Period!!

I paid for 3 months which is $5.99 but I was debited 3 times. First one was $7.48 and the next day I was debited again $0.65 and 0.01 then I have to freeze my card otherwise they would have emptied my card balance. Am so much disappointed. This is the second this is happening to me while using Vyke.

Been trying to login my number on WhatsApp since two weeks now no call or sms and if call receive immediately it end without saying anything sending voicemail without saying anything either

Just when I thought you don't respond here. I saw how quick you were to respond to Hassan where he said your numbers are fake.. honestly you might just be the fake and not the numbers. Have you addressed the fact that I paid for bulk sms(200) and still get charged from my balance for sending messages. Haven't you heard the growing concern, which I am also a victim of..."got a new device, tried logging in and then the continuous error message. Fix this or tell us what to do or how we can help

This app is not consistent. I downloaded this app, I try to register by putting my local phone so as to send otp to me. It's saying pls make sure you have downloaded vyke from Google Play store. If you are still having problems then check you have Google Play app installed on your phone,its up to date, and you have sign-in to Google Play store. Pls what is the meaning of that and all this requirement are met. I will need to instal the app

The app has refused to send an OTP since I installed it. Even though the following requirements have been met already, it keeps saying "Please make sure you downloaded Vyke from the Google Play store. If you are still having problems, then please check you have the Google Play app installed on your phone, it is up to date, and that you are signed into the play store".

They keep telling me that I have used up all the available numbers, just after getting two mumbers for my colleagues. The 3rd one which was supposed to be mine couldn't go through.

Worst experience with UK numbers. I'm using from Pakistan and bought a UK a number but it's not receiving Whatsapp or anyother otps . Please sove it if it's a bug

Hi The app is good but when I want to send a message to someone I can't create a message from the mobile app, I've to go to web login to send a message but the sent message I'm not able to see in messages.

As it should. I needed international new numbers for buisness purposes and i got exactly that. Simple and easy to setup. Of course one need to pay for services like that, but in my opinion it is cheaper than other options out there. I receive sms and calls with a clean line. Some delays, but that is expected from international connections anyhow.

Phone number was shared with other people. When I first purchased, I called the number. Only for an old lady to pick it up Next time, it did go to my voice mail & next time, a guy picked up saying "give me 1 second" I contacted support, with all proofs, with call recordings and screen recordings First they said: it's just our voice mail Then they said: the phone number you called isn't ours (???). It was theirs 100% Then they refused to answer their legal standing & refunded. Now it's fixed tho

I am editing my review to say that Vyke is an awesome platform. I had issues some time ago but the help desk was able to advise me and it was resolved. Yet, I would love to point out that Vyke should infuse the feature that allows sending of pics via SMS. Also, other payment means should be included to ease purchase of number, renewal and bundle buying. For now, I'm rating 4-Star.

Easy to sign up, reasonable pricing for second line. It's hit and miss on reliability sometimes. Definitely requires a very strong and stable WiFi connection. When it does work well, it's a very useful app. Customer service is very good with prompt replies to queries.

Vyke used to be almost flawless but since I updated my phone WhatsApp keeps saying it's not a valid US number so I can't verify anymore. I use it to reach out to family and friends as the call rates are quite cheap compared to local numbers but now it's just messed up. Although I can still use the app but not for WhatsApp anymore. Now I just changed phones and re installed the app but it's not sending SMS to my phone number. This service is dead

The new version just fuc*k*ed up. Every time showing error - "Please make sure you have downloaded Vyke from the Google Play Store. If you are still having problems then please check you have the Google Play app installed on your phone, it is up-to-date, and that you are signed in to the Play Store." You guys need to fix it ASAP.....
