The latest version forces people to switch off developer mode to use the app. I can't switch off developer mode because I use some of the developer options for my phone to work properly like animation scale, display cutout etc. Forcing this on users was a very bad move and not well thought of. I have other bank apps which work perfectly fine with developer options on.

Good that you tried to implement dark theme, however it need to enhanced a lot. I use dark theme system wide. The app does not show anything in without dark theme. After it is enabled, still all the icons and text not visible properly. I hope next release will have all fixes. All the best.

Very bad app and it's experience. How can any bank gives these very bad services. I am not happy with the service of these bank application. Please try to make it easy and easy, so user can not hesitate to use these applications. Some services are not running properly like I am unable to make my UPI pin. And unable to transfer money. Look into the matter please.

Update: Aug 2024. App has improved a lot. Performance is good. One minor but important bug... Once user logins and perform some transactions... balance amount is not getting updated automatically. User has to manually click refresh button which is not good. App should automatically take care of the changed balance.

I've encountered significant issues with the app. Despite numerous attempts, it often fails to open, making it highly unreliable. Even when it does, it operates slowly, hampering transactions. This experience is frustrating. I hope these issues are addressed promptly for a better user experience.

Very bad app. Unable to open in one go. Hangs frequently while using. Frequent updates are required which are also difficult to install. Stops working with a pop up "you have enabled developer option/ usb something...please disable both" I don't know from where I can to disable these things.

New Issue : Bhim upi registration option is not working at all. When we go to set upi pin it flash the message that number is not registered with upi. Please contact the branch. It always shows that upi registraion failed on this device ???? Very rediculas that after putting option but we have to visit the branch on and off. Please update the option in app for customer's convience.

Unable to verify my account. Always says my phone number is not linked to any account. As per bank record phone number is linked. Some times show multiple app movements so registration not possible. No customer can understand this kind of technical glitches. Some days one plus phone is not compatible for this app. This is ridiculous. How come other bank apps works in OnePlus phones. Very bad experience.

Worst experience ever. This is the worst App i have ever used. Shows me some randop glitched out page when login. And somehow when I enter the main login page, none of the icons show up , the page is half loaded and the icons also doesnt respond As if its not a page, a screenshot of broken app that doesn't do anything. I regret creating and account on this bank. Worst app service

There are serious issues with this App. Off late the App doesn't open at all. You wait and wait looking at the screen for the app to open without any success. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but then it works for few times after which it goes back to the same problem. Very frustrating experience.

I am very disappointed that the credit card details are not updating after payment and that I am unable to pay the credit card bill from other apps. It is still showing the due amount after I made the payment. So monthly expenses not able manage as planned. Not recommended for credit card. Also increase the login session timeout.

Please fix the goddamn bug "don't swith devices during registration" for godsake despite turning off delivery reports, the app automatically switches to messages app to show that the message is sent. Who even worked on this app? Not every phone sends an sms in background during registration and doesn't switch. It doesn't even let me register anymore as it immediately pops dont switch between apps! I cannot even disable that transition or redirection of switching apps after an sms is being sent.

App contains glitches, and cannot be relied always, recently I tried to download a receipt from transaction history. Unfortunately the transaction history receipt shows a different beneficiary AC name and nr. senders account number was also wrong, whereas the transaction reference ID is the same as that got reflected in my account statement. While I checked with the beneficiary bank, to my relief, I found it got credited to the beneficiary account I opted for. So I deregistered from Vyom😭

One can't rely on this app to do their financial chores because it suffers an issue or the other much of the time! Why does it need 'Developer options' disabled? I want less animation on my device. However, in order to use this app, I always have to keep the setting turned off and have a poor experience of my own device! Fix this as soon as possible.

App is very buggy, it times out every 10 seconds leaving one with very little time to perform any action in the app, it needs all kinds of random permissions enabled/disabled and even when one does these, it still doesn't work. For example the app needs developer options to be turned off but every time one opens the app it requests this despite developer options being off.

This app has certain user authorization bug . I tried to activate it many times but everytime it says 'mobile no is blocked due to security reasons. Please contact bank.' I even visited bank and got the assurance that this problem will get resolved in 24 hours. To my surprise, problem is still not fixed. Very bad experience so far. Hope somebody will listen to it !

Horrible app. Can't detect any of the 2 sims in my phone. They've managed to make it worse by making it not open with developer options enabled. Time to switch banks. Edit Aug 2024: It has not been fixed in more than a year. And please stop preaching that having developer options on is somehow affecting security of my device. There are options with are not related to security in there, especially animation. And other banks' apps work with this. So, it's a "you" problem, not a user problem.

It takes too long to login sometimes it doesn't even login. I can't use this to transfer funds when required as it won't load properly when needed. I am trying to reset upi pin since a week, some times I get otp very late and some times after loading forever it says some server is down. Please try to fix these issues I am using OnePlus 7 pro Android version 11

I applaud the developers who just released version 7.14.0. As a USA based customer, I can finally sign in into the App, and see the menu choices spread over two screens. However, when I try to browse my accounts, it says that there is a communication problem, and I should try later! Was it so difficult to get the software tested? Didn't expect such a flagrant disregard for online customers time!

This app, as I experience in USA is absolutely terrible. First tye app crashes all the time. You enter the pin and the app simply disappears. I could not get this working even once. The mPassbook seems to work intermittently. Once you launch tye mPassbook there is no way to get back to the main screen. You have to logout. Clearly this app does not work, at least in USA.
