I recently updated the Waafi application, and unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. After the update, the app seems to be incompatible with Bluetooth devices, which means that I can no longer use my Bluetooth earbuds while making calls to my family back home. Prior to the update, I never had any issues with Bluetooth connectivity, and the app was completely compatible with Bluetooth devices. This has been a frustrating experience for me, as I rely on the Waafi application

Asc It's the third time that I should update this app with in one month, and it's obligated to do so. I can't use it in an emergency situation unless I download the new version. Please make the update optional or at least months apart. The old app had easy features (it was easy to use previous contacts just one click, also easy to load from bank to wallet automatically exchanging Francs into Dollar). Thank you.

A brilliant 👏 and helpful app when it comes to your financial management but sometimes while you in an urgent situation you face problem in exchanging franc to dollar to send to the wallet because of no enough balance in the merchant exchange number.

You can send and receive money easily. However, the app hasn't notification settings. Therefore, you cannot manage your preferences and privacy. If someone joins to WAAFI, a pop up notifications will appear and you cannot do anything about it. On the other hand, the support system is almost nonexistent.

Waafi App used to be simple and smooth, but lately since the big Update it crashes often and it is very annoying. Please fix that bug ASAP.

I started using waafi app to send back home bills and found expensive way of sending money. 1 have to change my money to usd pay commission and the from waafi charged me commission that's double commission wat too expensive. On the call I put credit $5 I couldn't use it the app won't let me call any number telesom wasted money.

This is great app, Especially for Sending Money (EVC) from outside the country, Paying bills easily, and the Digital MasterCard is good, it used to have bugs but it seems to be fixed and is getting better, Overally The UI is decent, But it sometimes takes time to Load the buttons, They just need to add Dark mode and it will Very good

The first time I downloaded this app I wanted to use the Mastercard and requested it seems that this app has bugs that need to be fixed ASAP,for the past week I've been trying to request a Mastercard but it always says something went wrong with the server I really hope they fix this for me it works perfectly with telesom but doesn't with soltelco

The app impresses me with its stellar performance and i like it, but a small enhancement I eagerly await is the implementation of a dark mode. The absence of this feature makes nighttime usage less than optimal, and also it has bugs and crashes sometimes. I'm confident that addressing this would elevate the app's usability to new heights. Looking forward to future updates!
