Very terrible. This is my first time using this agency. I regreted it. I don't know what to do now. I can't extend my ticket. The customer care line, you will call and call nobody will pick calls. You will place them on chats, they will reply in 6 hours time when you have waited and gone. Wakanow, you are not reliable

I keep asking for the payment receipt of the ticket I booked and paid from them since 2 weeks now, they are yet provide me, I even tired of calling and mailing before they release ticket for me.. Pls dear wakanow, kindly rectify your services with people. Thanks

There is a possible bug in the app. Airline schedule is not showing when i search. But the website is working. Kindly rectify.

This is my worst experience ever. I booked a flight, they collected the money. No e-ticket. Each agent tells you a different thing. Not a bit organised at all.

Mostly they say after the payment that they couldn't find you flight and want you to pay more for another expensive ticket. But if not agreed by the customer they returned my balance with wasting of my valuable time and disturbed my Travel schedule.

They're too cunning. Just be careful. Booked a flight and wanted to cancel immediately bc my plans changed. They told me it's non refundable. That I must use the ticket.. Can you imagine?

If you know you love hard life, then you can go ahead and book with Wakanow. First of all, they cancelled my direct flight to Manchester without informing me, put me on another one to London instead. Now, to take my train to Manchester, I need a card which they didn't give me as they told me I don't need. Now I'm stranded at the airport with nowhere to go. I regret using this agency. Calling them now, they're ending my calls. What a SCAM company!

Please stay clear of this app/company. I paid them money to reserve a flight and they didn't reserve the tickets. Since I have been calling them and they keep hanging up. Those agent that picked up created a case and the case is not in their system because every I speak to another agent they too also create a case. After creating a case I ask the agent to locate... the old case and they can't find the case stay clear of this fraudsters. They are not legitimate. 20/07/2022 They've refunded me...

There services are not the best, what they care about is to take your money, as soon as you pay for your flight, there is no substantial support from them. infact there communication is so fake and so unprofessional. I did not enjoy my experience with them neither can I recommend it to anyone.

This app is quite easy to use on the go. It provides me a one stop shop for my travel needs. The newly added in-app call feature which enables me talk to an agent for free takes the ease and comfort to a new level.

Please and please, Google app should close this app, they are using it to scam people, they have finished Nigerians. I bought ticket from them, and they did a connecting flight, the connecting flight was cancelled, I was disappointed at the airport, I have written more then 2o emails to these criminals, they always promised to rebook the ticket for me, I have been in the airport for the past 3 days, and they don't care about my life, I have sent people to go to their offices in Abuja, nothing.

Very poor customer service. When i wanted tk book my flight they called me to complete the payment even gave me flexible payment medium but after finishing my booking. I missed my flight, i message them for rebooking,that they should call so i informed them about the situation why i could not fly. They said my line was unreachable. I sent them more than 9 messages on email. They told me they will contact the airline for over 3days i would not get reply from them. Among finally gave was more.

Worst customer support experience, I booked a flight and it said successful that the ticket would be sent to me, I waited long before I could contact them that I didn't get the ticket in my email, then they messaged me that my flight is canceled I should rebook, how will I rebook when my money has hanged in your account. I messaged, mail call, no response, the worst scam ever. All they know is to collect money, after that you have enter one chance. They really wicked me.

I was astounded with the incredible speed at which Wakanow Customer Care responded to their customers. Even worse, I booked an airline in error that would have required me to present a transit visa in one of the layovers at Dublin. Wakanow saved the day by calling me immediately. When they discovered I had no transit visa, they instantly switched my round trip tickets to an airline that didn't require one. Thank you, Wakanow. Kudos to you guys and more power to your elbows.

Since I updated the app, it stopped working. Every time I try to open it, it crashes. You guys were so effective before. It's sad that you've sat on your success instead of getting even better
