Face tagging leaves something to be desired, misses a lot of pictures and have to go through all photos to tag my kiddo, and it wont let you tag someone if a face isnt recognized in the photo (like a view of their side or back). app gets frozen frequently, wont switch albums or show new pics in album without closing the app completely and openong again.

I paid $65 to get digital copies and a plaque with 3 photos of my daughter's gymnastics meet. I have yet to receive a single photo, and it's been a week. I think this only works if the photos are a full front facing shot, and unfortunately none of the photos that were taken of my daughter were from the front. Every single one was from the side. I only know this because I stopped by the photographers stand to pick out pics for the plaque (which I thankfully picked up at the same time).

Would rate 0 if I could!!! Don't want to upgrade, and so I will look thru all photos...until the screen is covered w your slide asking me to upgrade every 4 photos I look at. I also take photos at ESP events, but I will be damned if I will add them to your site for you to hold hostage with your upgrade ad over and over. Us special need parents do not have spare time. We have literally no time for ourselves. I understand you are trying to make money....but really???? Stop wasting our time!!!

08/2021:Great idea and concept but poor results. It picks up maybe 1 out of every 10 photos. Update 8/4/22: So far seems to be much improved over last year. Still mis-tagging some photos and missing others, but all in all, it is drastically better than one year ago.

If you don't upgrade to the paid version, it gives you reminders every five pictures that you scroll through that you should be using the paid version. So excessively annoying. If I had been thinking about subscribing to the paid version, I definitely wouldn't be thinking about it now after such invasive advertising.

There's almost nothing as thrilling as seeing a picture of your kid when she is hundreds of miles away from you, so reassuring to see her face and know she's okay. Only challenge is what about those certainly it's her ponytail shots from behind or even profiles. Definitely had to go back in through the pictures of everybody to try and dig for a few more pictures of her. Years later and I'm so thankful for Waldo!

I see comments on here talking about how the app found barely any photos of their kids, but I haven't had that problem. It hasn't caught all of them, to be fair, but it has found most of them. I search through all the pics anyway just to make sure she's not partially in others. I would suggest making sure that the headshot you add is clear, new, and well lit. I love having the ability to see what my daughter is up to and that she's having an awesome time. Glad I downloaded.

Waldo is a neat app. It's helpful to receive new photos from camp instead of sifting through all camp pics.

I have received an update every day for the last 4 days. I can't use the app without an install. Seriously, the is up with this app?

It sucks. Never did get photos. Always said entering wrong type of number. Very disappointing.

This app has worked well in the past but is very buggy at this time. I deleted the app due to error messages constantly and tried re-downloading hopping it may of been an update issue. Now I can't even login to an app that I'm paying for and am missing out on my child's summer camp.

it's a great concept, but the program is lacking. over 2000 photos uploaded at my kids camp I got 0 that were recognized, I had to manually go through all the photos and find my kids. paying for the facial recognition at this point is useless as many have said it just doesnt find them. Go with the free version a search for pictures yourselves and save some money.

Loved that i could see photos of my camper right away in the separate folder from all other pictures! + i loved receiving daily updates with new photos! Also i enjoyed making my own folder of favorites from the general photos with one easy click. There is a cool feature of sending a postcard to your camper, i did that too. + it was easy to share pictures of my camper with friends and relatives. + customer service was helpful and quick. i definitely recomend this App.

1. I can't find a way to save the events I want to go back and look at again, so I have to search for them every time I open the app. Very inconvenient. 2. There's an ad to buy their premium service on every 5th picture I look at. SUPER annoying, and having the opposite effect they want. I am so annoyed I will not give them my money!!

I paid $10 for this app to find 4 picture matches out of 761 pics for camp. I ended up scrolling through all the pics and finding more. Save your $10 and don't bother. I was going to ask for a refund but I just assumed that would be a wasted request, so I'm leaving this review instead. Also, when scrolling through pics, it would sometimes glitch and show blank photos and then start you all over to the top, which was annoying. I will not use this app again.
