go to make a purchase, and my card gets declined for insufficient funds when I have more than enough on my account. try to get ahold of a representative and they are having issues and dropping the call. After years of using thus as a primary bank i haven't had any issues until they forced this new app. I will be dropping this service ASAP and reccomend everyone do the same

I can't get into my existing account with the new app every time I try to I get this message (We cannot access your request at this time) I have deleted the app three times and redownloaded it and I still can't get in my account! I called customer service and no one would answer I stayed on the line for 20 minutes!

POS. The vault transfer doesn't work. No quick slide balance. The layout is horrible. I've had this card for 15yrs with barley any problems but ever since this app came out it's problem after problem and CS is lacking too. The email listed below doesn't even work. I'd give 0 if I could.

I don't know who is responsible for the app update but this is the worst! The app is not only not showing all my transactions but its showing someone else's card number! And the money I put on my card is gone! I expected some issues with the app update but shouldn't the money I put on MY card be available? I called customer service several times and they are not answering. After being put on hold for hours at a time, I feel like Walmart scammed us all.

update: reply doesn't apply. im exhausted. FDIC tools used as well! direct deposits total is double what's required to eliminate fees, comes within statement date but, I'm continually being charged! not only that but, deposits post minutes before Money centers schedule closing times, destination for fee-free ATMs aren't as promised! I'm actively looking for a attorney to help me file properly! I've tried over and over to get a reasonable explanation but, agent's never seems to have answers!

This new app is bad enough I'm seriously considering switching to a different company. The old app they used was fantastic, quick balance check, loaded quickly and everything worked. This one takes ages to load and crashes randomly and often. The app is new so hopefully all of the problems get worked out quickly.

"if it ain't broke, don't fix it". A perfectly serviceable app has now been abandoned for a new, uglier app. Getting signed in for the first time required jumping through a lot of inconvenient hoops -not something you want to do when you want to access your account in a hurry. I REALLY don't like the new interface.

I'm getting so sick of the constant issues! I was hoping this new update would fix things but nope! I'm literally at a Gas station trying to get gas and all of a sudden card keeps declining! plenty of money but won't work! why? well who the hell knows because when you call it's say due to technical difficulties you can't talk to anyone then legit hangs up on you! WORST PREPAID DEBIT CARD EVER! so unreliable!!! I use this account for everything and have for 10 years. so sad how bad things are now

seems this app is meant to replace the old walmart moneycard app which I've used for years with few issues. it seems most of the features have been integrated into this app as well but my biggest gripe is the lack of a balance bar on the login screen. please don't make me type my credentials every single time I want to know how much is in my account. please.. I am a creature of comforts in a world with very few.

Just so you know, the new app is stressful. It shows double charges that are not, in fact, double charges! It shows the hold and then the actual purchase but makes it look like you were charged twice unless you look closely. I bet many customers may be confused and think they're being charged twice! I just called Amazon thinking this exact thing. You may want to consider fixing this and only actually showing the real charge 1 time! Also, miss sliding for balance and miss text for Bal & Hist!

it seems like since you updated your app, there are nothing but issue after issue. if you cant find a solution, I can look elsewhere. I can't find my account down or unavailable half the time. this is beyond inconvenience. The whole reason I've kept this account is convenience.

I've had this app for years, the card is great for paying my bills, and everyday purchases. was paying Hughes net., but they no longer accept it. Ideal card to have.(8/25/25)App had me update and download new updated app.,and now having trouble logging into my account. I'm guessing when things are going accordingly, the system finds ways to mess it up. updated 9/21/25. looking like I will have to go back to cash or money order, slowly but surely. less problematic. I don't see (FDIC) on new app.

The new app doesn't let me sign in, it acts like I forgot my user name or password, I did not forget either. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. It's been over a week and the issue persists. Customer support is beyond useless. Before Customer support says nonsense about my device... it is way beyond requirement for the app.... FIX YOUR APP!

doesn't update, forgets who you are. you have to start every time like it's your first time logging on. Can't use your bio-security. Basically it's an Update to an app that already had problems. If you have any other choices? I urge you to stay away from this app. Walmart needs to take those record profits and pay an app team that knows what they are doing. Whoever designed this? They definitely did not "proof" test it enough.

I can't log into my account. It just says error and try again later. There was never an issue with the old app. Please fix this. Edit: It still won't let me log in. I clicked on trouble signing in and the only 2 options I get are asking me if I forgot my log in or my password. I did not forget either. They still work on the website but not the app. Fix It.

It's my second time downloading the app after uninstalling it!! By far the worst update ever. I have to call every day to get my account unlocked. I've had this app for years but it looks like I'm going to have to close it!! I'm not even able to access my vault so i can transfer my savings and leave this horrible app!! Fix this issue soon so I can leave!!!!!!!

SHADY! I was forced to switch to this app from the other one which is weird because I NEVER had issues with it. so I've been watching this very closely with my transactions and available balance. today I had purchases and I do NOT see any pending or posted transactions for those, but I do see my available balance change. so why is it you can deduct money from our available balance but you will not show ANY pending or posted transaction? HUGE RED FLAG. WATCH YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

Had to download new app and can not sign in. Says username/password is incorrect, though it isn't. Can't reset the password as it won't send me an email. This has been a horrible update and I'm considering getting rid of the money card as I can't even access it. Hope they get it fixed before I decide. Edit: Reply to developer - That's what I did. It won't even send me an email to reset the password.

F THIS CARD! They came out with a completely new app, not just a new update. Literally FORCE us to download the new one, and it SUCKS! I've had this card since 2018 and I'm over it. They keep making it worse and worse. Especially when the incentives and rewards keep getting worse and worse, they keep eliminating conveniences and making it more of a hassle, yet the price keeps going up. Getting my $75 cash back literally ANY day now and as soon as I do I'm spending it then terminating my account

HORRIBLE!!!!! I've had money card as my main bank account for I don't kno how many years and the past year and a half it's been horrible. Customer service is awful, can't help with anything, app is ALWAYS down for maintenance, can't access my own money that's in my vault which causes me to miss bill payments and disrupts my grocery shopping. Literally switching as soon as possible to another card. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
