Convenient app for garbage collection. Tells you when your pickup is, plus let's you know the holiday schedule. Also has a handy lookup feature to let you know what can and can't go in your garbage or recycling. It can also send notifications for your pickup day and/or weather delays and other updates.

Not sure what the purpose is. If you pay a bill, it just brings you to the web site. It also says that I should dispose of yard waste loose on the cart when we actually have to use lawn bags and buy stickers. No mention of what to do with leaves or branches (where they're very strict about bundle sizes and the requirement to use biodegradable twine).

So nice to not have to call in, all the info and ability to schedule bulk pick up in the app is so convenient. When I do call, I can get contact info from within the app

THIS APP AND ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT UPDATED WHEN THEY CHANGE THE PICKUP SCHEDULES. My pickup schedule changed, and the app still shows toe OLD schedule. Prominent on their webpage is guidance to load the app to get accurate info. It's a database update that is not on the list of things to do when changing schedus. Please update your processes. to add this step when changing pickup schedules. It's very frustrating.

I always used to have to try and count the weeks backwards to see if it was trash or both week. Not anymore, now I get a text the night before that let's me know what's being picked up! I can pay my bill via the portal instead of finding the webpage online or mailing in a check, very convenient. Great app 10/10 recommend!!

It would be more helpful if on Trash only day, the calendar would display "Trash Only", and on recycling day, it would display "Trash & Recycling". The calendar displays both Trash And Recycling every single week which is not helpful. For that reason, I keep my own calendar with reminders. This should be a simple fix for you.

So easy to use. Much better than the paper calander we had in the past. Rather than searching for the calendar to see which collection week we are in, now a simple tap opens the app and the answer is there immediately.

Does what I need it to and has room for improvement, I'd like to actually be able to tip/thank our driver versus that link just taking us to leave a review. Super simple basic app but it tells me when and if the trash is getting picked up, link to pay bill, etc.

Has not made a peep about my missed pickup. I downloaded the app since it was New Year's week so I would know when they were coming. According to the app they picked up as normal but not in reality. Still waiting for a pickup. Uninstalling app, useless if no one communicates anything.

This is typically a very helpful app. The day-before reminders are quite convenient, as is monthly bill pay. This month, however, when I try to pay my bill, the app doesn't open. It's simply LOADING... LOADING... LOADING..... It's getting rather frustrating.

I just switched to Waste Connection (Waste Connect App) & I'm VERY pleased with the reminder text I receive weekly. I'm also impressed with the Trucks which they use to empty our dumpster. They're very egonomically Friendly to the employee driving them! The driver doesn't have to get out of the truck to get the dumpster, empty it & replace it at the location you put it, to get picked up! Kudos to the Company for not just sending a reminder text, but for the ergonomic design of the Trucks.

Over 3wks to get a refund to an accidental charge, lack of communication until I left a 1 star review. Really need to work on answering/returning phone calls (Edit). Trying to get in contact with these people is near impossible and I'm just about ready to cancel my service with them. Accidentally made/was charged twice for the same bill & still haven't been refunded the amount yet.

My main reason for downloading this app was to be notified of changes in schedule due to holidays. Well...it got tested and failed over Christmas and New Years. I was notified the night before, on my NORMAL trash pickup schedule. Trash was picked up one day later after both holidays. I really don't need this app if it can't keep track of holiday schedule deviations.

Helpful. It reminds me when trash pickup is and lets me comment on any issues, and they fix the issues in a reasonable time frame. I also appreciate the ability to lookup what items can go into which trash can and suggest they add new items to it as well. Update: They will also update the app when there's inclement weather so that you know when the next time they are running and that they are not going to run because of the weather. This is super helpful.

LOVE this app! We get a reminder the night before and it tells us each time whether it's a trash or recycling pickup. AND, we never have to guess about changes in schedule due to holidays! Everything is right there at our fingertips. This is definitely one of my top 10 apps for usefulness and keeping our household running smoothly. Great job, Waste Connections!

Super impressed! It's a very useful app that gives me a lot of information. I get a reminder the evening before, and I can customize the time I get the reminder. There were some minor issues a few months ago where it missed a holiday schedule and got confused about which week was recycling, but someone on their development team appears to be monitoring AND fixing those issues (rare these days!) and now everything works perfectly! Outstanding job Waste Connections team!!

It gives me a notification the day before trash pickup which is very helpful when I completely forget about it, or when I'm not sure what day pick up is because of a holiday. It now does not tell me the correct dates for holidays. One message says pickup is delayed but the other says it's on the normal day. Very confusing, I guess I will put my can out on the normal day just in case. Update- the app crashes when I try to search something in the 'waste wizard' which makes the feature unusable.
