when I need to watch episode from the start I have to watch 4 minutes of ads in addition to the scatered ads all over the episode. If the app crashed for any reason and I need to open the same episode again then I'll have to watch the ads all over again. too many ads as if I'm watching on TV

the app is awful I don't advice any one to subscribe most of the programmes have only few episodes you can find the episodes on YouTube but on the app it's not there omg I regret even subscribing. Its deceiving for the customer. And it was obvious why from the beginning they don't provide free trial . Cause if you tried it you would never subscribe

So I paid for a subscription with ads, and I didn't like that I had to watch ads. I went to edit my subscription and pay more for ads free, there was no choice but to edit my subscription so I clicked on the one without ads and now I have to pay for 2 subscriptions which one of which starts next year and i can't cancel anything anymore.

In your Ad, you show that you have الحشاشين. But you Don't!! And I found that out after paying the subscription!!!

The app doesn't open most of the time and I've paid for the subscription without ads but I can't enjoy it with app lagging all the time?!?

I subscribed for 1 month, and ot clearly showed me the pic of the series "الحشاشين" and once I paid it disappeared. An unprofessional trick and unlawful way to trick us in joining

There is no download option, and the video player stops every two minutes. I think it's a bug related to where the ads should play for the unsubscribed users.

The app is all ads and lags despite the favt that it has few new series but ads makes you lose interest in watching all at once and lags whenever you pause or between episodes

Yet there are 2 bundles, but the one with ads is including too many ads .. You need to go through 6 to 7 ads twice .. One in the beginning of the streaming and one in the middle of the streaming. And if there is any glitch, you need to go through the 2 waves of the 6-7 ads again & again!

Worst app ever, the standard plan has tons of ads, you have to watch ads for around 2:30 mins before being able to "hopefully" watch the show, and if the app glitches or crashes you gotta watch these ads again and trust me this happens alot! Ads are finally done? Congrats! Never think about skipping forward tho or you will be punished with ads again! Poor user experience and alot of technical issues. Definitely cannot even be close to its competitors, I recommend Shahid.

I like their content till now and the casting quality is high. The subscription is reasonable too. I recommend this platform as it is updated regularly

Now this is new, while watching an episode of 40 mins it actually takes more that 90 mins because it stops every 2 mins, keeps loading, then gives the same error that there's an error playing this video, any enhancement took place to get this issue resolved since my last review? NO!! Obviously I'm paying a subscription to watch ads; whenever ads end, it's always showing "there's an error playing this video" note.. and when trying to reload, ads stat over again.. I'm not even able to unsubscribe

The more you watch, the more ads at a time they're gonna shove in your face together! First it's 1 ad, then 2 ads, then 3 then 4 and now 5 ads one after the other! The ads pop up in the middle of a scene and if I rewind 10 seconds to see the scene as a whole the ads repeat again! I just rewinded now and the same set of 5 ads played 3 times in a row non-stop! 15 ads!!!

Horrible Customer Service. I upgraded to premium no-ads for multiple screens 2 months ago. They took the upgraded payments for 2 months and I still get 5 ads and I still can't watch on multiple screens. When I contacted customer support, they told me to unsubscribe then come back as a new customer with the new subscription for it to work. There was no refund for the money taken. And this is a horrible solution to the problem. I cancelled my account and will not be returning.

Almost scam to say the least. They deduct next billing cycle fee two days earlier and when we talked to them that we don't want to renew they refused to refund although the new period have not started yet. This isn't the only bad thing, you don't have access to the saved payment methods, you can't tell when or how much the next bill is, the application is extremely poor and under developed, search function isn't working on fire stick and you had to manually search for content.
