Notification shows instantly, but when I click on notification then it take 2 to 5 min to load wati app, connect to server, load messages.... Lots of improvement needed

The latest update doesn't work on my mobile (Samsung S8) since I recently updated it. I'm receiving notifications but the app won't open.

Can't refresh itself even though you see there's new message on the notification bar. One of the worst messenger apps I've come across.

Needs a lot of improvements with text tools. It is impossible to write a message without having to type it in another tool before copying and pasting into Wati

We have deactivate the account and unsubscribe the Wati last year itself.still getting mails for payment now they directly charged the payment 3 times in this week and 4 months before also.Really after sending mails even i have received mail from your team that account is deactivated and i have filled the form twice for deactivation but still after some months you guys are activating the account from your end and deducted the amount from my bank.This is totally Cheating.

I signed up hoping for convenience, but WATI Service bombarded me with unexpected charges, making every use a hassle. For every step they would ask you to pay(for no reason) WATI Service's poor service has made it impossible to reach out to customers. With no response to inquiries or issues, frustration grows. EVERYTIME we had to wait for days to approach someone for urgent matters. Customer service offered no real solutions. Avoid this service if you value simplicity and transparency.

This platform is very poor, I recommend everyone to not buy this for automation, because they said we can send automate message from g-sheet to whatsapp, but for this they want us to install zapier plugin which is a paid plugin, and also i was trying to send message from sheet to whatsapp on my own, then the messages was not sending, I have asked for help and support and they gave nothing, just repeating the same thing over the mail and my problem is still there.

Unable to select video from my samsung note 20,only few videos appear from camera roll, other videos from other folders dont show up earlier it was good used to give an option to select from file manager directly where we could see the file name as well

Please don't active wati service, they don't have any direct customer support and payment will deduct without any confirmation. They don't have options to cancel auto renewal. If you pay with Credit Card, you will be trapped. And one more thing, they never give you verified whatsapp without extra payment and requirements. As per wati ads, it will be get easily.

Expect to get lots of errors, i've been using their service for almost 2 years now. There is a lot of erros, once, they took 3 months just to fix " is writing mesaage " that somehow missing. and now, everyweek, we encounter errors message not sent, account suddenly not verified, cannot login for days and the worse thing, if you tried to contact them they will direct you to whatsapp, but in whatsapp you get directed back again to website, and there you go, goes in circles.

👎👎👎🙏🙏 The Worrest one has no support team, Please Don't take this Simply I wasted 5000 within 2months, in the first month, they charged 2000/- and they told me how to create an account but they never explained, how to send bulk and how it would work. so the first month was finished and the second same thing without knowing me automatically they charged 2000 from my account, and now I'm trying to send bulk sms there it's showing that need to add credits,

The phone app sucks. On browser I can login np issue but this app doesn't let me login with the EXACT login credentials. It has bugs that are not resolved. How to even use it?
