was kicked out for 5 times, slow like a snail and the basket adjustment was always make everythings in the basket disappear. Javascript error always error. my first and last order here.

From my experience, it seems to me that the app does not work properly especially crashing. Sometimes Chinese messages pop up during using the app as well as its notifications which of course I don't know the meaning.

Pathetic app. Slow AF. Biometrics doesn't even work properly. UI is 20 years backwards. OTP request doesnt even work. Can't update info because OTP doesnt work. Going back to Boots. Less painful to use. Junk app.

User friendly, easy to use, and provide free shipping when you buy up to 800 THB, simply great. I have been using this app for about 2 years and scarcely face errors, probably only 2-3 times when they have big promotions.

Very buggy. Not usable. Cannot complete an order due to constant address error, I cannot checkout. Contacted admin on FB. She dismissed it and asked me to restart the app or order on website. Both website and app wouldn't accept my address.

Terrible. Simply doesn't work. Full of bugs, cannot even add product to cart -​ if you are lucky enough to be able to find any product you want. Nothing works. A disgrace it has been released on the market.

Someone else registered with my phone number which is registered under my name and I can't seem to change it. I somehow managed to change with one time password but it's untrustworthy so I deleted the app lol

Promotion, discount and everything is great except the app. It is so slow and it is lagging all the time. I can't check the imstock amount of times in nearby store.

All the time slowly and error, when I click to the page I want it will swap into the other page which I don't need to see it, when I click to see the product I want a few minutes disappear and become another page. So really headache with this website.

crash prone, frequent updates vs. scheduled updates. other apps follow schedules over annoying customers with constant updates. uninstall and buy at the store or purchase products elsewhere (online)

Accordings to my experience, the application is very slow and it happens frequently which I miss to reach the promo code even I got it but it deletes itself by then ??? The application system and on-site store system are not linked so that it is quite annoying to buy sometimes aka quantity of item from online detail is not as correct as the real stock at store.

laggy. many errors. i cannot add a new card. why use the app when the website works better? why use the app when going to the store saves so much frustration.
