-4 stars. Worst customer service. When trying to cancel a subscription, two different people need to speak with you. Supposedly the second person that calls you is the one that can actually help you in canceling the subscription. 3 weeks go by and nothing.I get charged again. Called again, had to wait for again for the second person to cancel my subscription. I don't even know why they hire the first guy in the first place. Waste of time. Till this day I don't see any change on my subscription

Do not even bother with this app. I used it for my recent trip. I stumbled upon way by accident, and i wish I had kept on moving. The hotel i chose on the app advertised free shuttle, otherwise, why bother? I arrived at the hotel and found myself locked out, when they finally answered and informed me there was no shuttle. I asked about the add online, he said yes i know. I took a very ridiculous uber fare to and from my flight as a result. When i contacted way, They blamed Covid and blew me off

Purchased parking on app. App said lot was attended and to show screen to attendant. Lot was NOT attended! There was no way to get ticket from kiosk for car. Called customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Sent an email and as of today (over 24 hours later) still no response. Tried to cancel but app would not allow. Ended up paying double to get a ticket so that we wouldn't get towed. Oh, by the way the app price was the same as the parking lot price so no benefit of app.

I downloaded the app and rented a parking spot near JFK. I used the address that was in the app and when we arrived at the spot it said temporary closed. Everything was closed around since it was 7 am in the morning. Trying to find an open spot and waiting for the shuffle we almost missed our flight. Last minute we Called an Uber and left our car parked in the street. We will get so many tickets, and good knows what will happen to our car. I talked to CS, they said that the parking was open.

Prepaid for airport parking. The address in the app is wrong and that lot no longer exists. Called the number for the shuttle and were directed to another lot. That lot was full, so we were sent to a 3rd location. Spent over 35 min driving around. When we were finally able to park, were charged extra for an "oversized vehicle" (kia sportage). Waste of time and money. Will not use this app again.

Trash for airport parking. Read other reviews; this app is rampant with inaccurate places to park when it comes to airport parking. I arrived to my reservation, which supposedly had 24/7 lot attendants and a shuttle. Neither existed. No one was there to check in with, and no one was there to monitor the lot. I spent my trip worrying that my car would be towed. Returned to find it damaged! I paid $40 in Ubers on top of $40 in parking. Based on customer service, I'll never use this app again.

Don't fall for their bait and switch scam! They overbooked and changed my parking destination less than 1 hour before my arrival time! They also had the audacity to say it was a "free upgrade" when it was a downgrade to a less secure location and the new parking lot was about 30% cheaper if you booked directly. Aside from that both the app and the mobile website are buggy and did not allow me to log in. Their customer service have no intention to help, so I will dispute this with my credit card!

Terrible customer service. I booked airport parking with them. At the time of booking the listing did not say "no airport transport." When I arrived at 3am, 2 hours before the flight, I had to cancel there and rebook a different lot, still using Way and at a much higher price. Way would not refund the first booking because I didn't cancel before arriving. Had I known the issue before arriving, I obvy would have cancelled and made new arrangements instead of scrambling at 3a with 2 kids in tow!

Everything worked great with the reservation except the rate was $3 per day more than advertised. Didn't know until I made the reservation and the price showed up. Coming home was a nightmare. Pulled up Way app and selected call shuttle. Hotel answered and said shuttle was on the way. Turns out the phone number was for the wrong hotel. Driver was good enough to take us to the right Holiday Inn Express for a nice trip. Never use Way again. What a nightmare.

Don't fall for it! I booked airport parking at a hotel. The price before paying said it was $7 per day with free shuttle. But they didn't give me the total until AFTER I gave them my card. The price came to $62.72 for 5 days! Over $12 per day. When you try to cancel for a refund on the app, they just give you "Way Bucks" on your account. I had to call them to cancel the transaction. If I'd known the price was so high, I never would have done it. Huge pain in the a**.

Not impressed! zero stars if I could. For my first experience, I had to extend my stay and got a receipt and confirmation number showing everything went through, but the new reservation never showed up in the app. When coming back to O'Hare, Chicago it never said where you are to go to pick up the shuttle to get back to your car. It took over an hour and several calls to the Hyatt to get picked up. You are better off doing a cheaper offsite parking and taking an Uber.

I used the parking feature in the app. I was flying out of Atlanta so booked a parking spot at a hotel nearby. When I arrived at the hotel, they said the parking was overbooked and we should call Way to find an alternative. 30min on the line and no answer. We ended up driving in rush to the long term parking, with the added costs that we were trying to avoid in the first place. Highly unreliable app. I don't recommend using for airport parking.

Use at your own risk. Showed up at the airport parking location after purchasing and all the shuttles were full for three hours. The confirmation said nothing about calling in advance for a shuttle just to check-in with the front desk. We had to park elsewhere. We attempted twice to reach out to support for a refund (received automated confirmation back) but no response. Had to dispute the charge with the credit card. Now their support email suddenly works. Stay away.

Way confirmed my reservation during the holidays for airport parking. Upon arrival, the lot refused us, stating that they are overbooked and Way should not have confirmed the reservation. In a panicked state, I tried calling way. Of course they didn't have any support during the holidays and I had to leave a voicemail. Terrible app. Terrible service. Wouldn't recommend!!!!

Overbooked and no accountability. Booked and paid for a spot in advance at Logan. Got to the lot and was told the Way spots were full and overbooked. No other options. Lot attendant just shrugged and we had to rush to another lot and pay 4x as much. Barely made it to the airport in time. Would not recommend as a business. Awful that they can overbook and if you're counting on timing to catch a flight. If there was no availability elsewhere, you'd miss your whole trip. Not worth the risk.

I've been using Way for a few years now and I can't imagine parking any other way. The app is user friendly and every place I've left my car has been super safe and the staff are always kind and accommodating. Now a heads up I've only needed customer service for ways like once and it was overseas and the person was not helpful. I had accidently booked in the wrong area for the airport I was flying out of and the person would not refund me. So I had to make more calls and emails and I wasrefunded

Okay, when it works it's great. It's wonderful to have a monthly car wash and to be able to drive up open the app open the order scan the barcode and the car wash activates. Unfortunately there's a serious reliability problem and they have a serious gauntlet of poorly trained customer service people who waste your time and do everything they can to prevent from getting the information to a technical person who can actually address an issue days later if at all. Many many many phone calls reqd.

The The problem is the accuracy of the address for the parking facility. The address registered brought me to the wrong location, no signage, no way to contact anyone, and lots of time spent driving around trying to find the parking area. In the end I parked in a lot only to later findout that they did not accept the ways app or that it wasn't the right location. Customer service is horrific and I ended paying for a service I never got to use. They robbed my money, stay away.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE!!!!! Buyers beware it is not worth the couple of bucks you could potentially save! I booked parking and when we showed up for the reservation the lots was full and they could not take us. We had to park at airport parking and pay an additional $308 on top of our booking that we did not get. I contacted way several times and have gotten a generic someone will get back to you response with no follow up. Also was charged for sapphire which I did not authorize!!!!!

I was booking a parking spot and had set my parameters for parking. A location that showed available wouldn't let me book, so I chose another location in the same map. The parameters completely changed to the time it was while I was searching and I didn't notice and I booked it, which now I can't cancel. I ended up booking time I didn't need because of this, plus if you don't pay attention the app signs you up for a plan that you may not want. Crappie app and service.
