Very handy! I'm looking forward to using it more. However, I would like to be able to look at my usage both by billing (as it currently shows) and by energy used. It is more useful to know if my usage went up so that I can figure out why, than to know that my cost went up. I realize you can click on each and scroll down to see the usage, but that is a pain.

Unable to pay bill online. I do not know my password and I have spent hours on line (not all today) and will have to try again later.

Great app, can review bill and also compare usage from past year month by month. Can make payments and set up most billing options. Customer support is great as well. Outages, services. It works with no problems.

Today everything "needs" an app. My bills get paid automatically so I just see it on my bank account. I decided to add the app, signed in got to see my bill and statement, see the Electric and Natural Gas as individual items. I need those to keep a fluid rolling budget going. The app is nothing toooo "Fancy" but clean, no additional annoying stuff. I have only played with it for 3 minutes and really like it a lot. Thank you!!!

Unable to get precise info about my outage. Best the app can do is show you an outage map. Several icons near my residence and not sure which one applies to me. All have different info. Do better we energies. Link outage info to addresses.

The relentless circle of entering a code from your email. Sometimes the notification comes in timely and you can copy it, otherwise when you close out the app to get it from your email, it's instantly invalid because when you open the app you have to resend it. Newbie mistake with whomever created this app. Didn't get to register because of this. I did get to the name etc screen once but it didn't take my info.

I love to have the ability to access all of my bill information at any time of the day and within less than a minute. It's always at my fingertips!!

it's too confusing, I want to see my bill and doesn't include my p payments, some of need visuals not guessing and figuring if my p payment was included

I think I should have gotten better reminders to pay my bill I pay in full every month and am not late as a rule I'd like more notice when payment, text, email.comor even reminder in the mail thank you. It was very unsettling to basically pay 2 bills at one half that money should have ho n e on my wedding a cake!!!

This app is a rare win for WE Energies. Very well-built, intuitive, and appropriately minimal. Makes it extremely easy to pay your bill, view your usage, and conveniently track the way they rate hike unsuspecting customers!

Hmmmm. The app uses biometric authentication (I have it activated) but still requires a typed login. I have to look in my 'book' for the password every month. I can't remember every password I use for things so it's a bit annoying. Otherwise the app functions well.

App no longer functions (Pixel 6 Pro). Upon trying to sign in, the app opens up the web browser and it attempts to load the login page - but it crashes within 10 seconds. Accessing WE Energies via the Chrome browser works perfectly, it's only an issue with the app. When the app used to work (early Jan 2023), it was a 5-star app. Worked perfectly for what I needed.

It's absolutely a great app. You have all the information you need or want whenever you want it. The only negative I think the app has is that you have to sign up for monthly payment withdrawal or your stuck paying the 2.50 processing fees.(Even if you use debit or credit card). I feel as if there bending us over enough they don't need that extra 2.50. Anyone else tired of there bill constantly increasing?

Decent, but needs improved functionality. Like a search bar or option if you cannot find a feature you need. Or a section added to usage that gives you an update on how your next bill is looking so far. Increase ease of use, and accessibility features for those of us that need it. An example being dark mode for those with sensitivity to bright lights. A live chat function to directly chat message with a rep for those with disabilities that make phone calls difficult, like if a person is mute.
