After a year, the program is still not working correctly. Disconnects bluetooth, and nothing helps to reconnect. At least the annoying advertisements are working, which was not in the agreement when i purchased the watch. Disconnect, and it will not reconnect. Error messages appear chinese. The step counter from the watch does not carry to the application. The sleep data does not carry over to the application. There are plenty more programmer errors. Very poor programming quality.

The watch its self works good, looks real nice. The app sucks, Bluetooth connects, then good luck connecting with the watch. You have to do both, then the watch won't stay connected. When it looses connection it goes back to the metric system, and won't record you daily activities or sleep. When it finally connects it only stays connected for a little while, then your right back to getting frustrated with trying to get it connected again. We bought 2 WearFits, waisted twice the amount of money.

Me & my husband both received ours yesterday. It won't connect to our app or our phones. The adds are super annoying & confusing. The watch won't connect to my phone or email. My husband is very computer savvy but he can't get them to connect. The very small pamphlet is useless. The good thing about them is the time. Heart beat per minute, blood pressure. But the watch itself is very unattractive. And the place you plug is device in to charge is difficult to take off. I'm very 😥 dissatisfied.

Can't connect to the band....ever. Tried every trick I've read. Makea the watch mostly useless. I've learned it's just as important to read up on the app as it is about the watch. I thought it was going to be the perfect watch. Time runs slow, can't get it to sync with the phone. No communicating between the two. So frustrating!! Love to give it zero stars.

Pretty decent app. Sometimes disconnects from the watch and can be a bit fiddly to get connected again. Doesn't talk to Google Fit as claimed. Other than that, I like it. Note on steps: Like most watches, it doesn't actually count "steps", it can't. It actually is counting arm swings. Latest update made it much worse. Lots of ads and it randomly starts playing a game that you can't stop. Awful. It still has the basic functions so I still gave it a few stars.

App was good in many ways to start with. Ability to record data seemed a great idea except even though I had a registered account with avatar and personal data saved, my recorded data wasn't backed up in the cloud .. what's the point? Data on the watch or phone. The app updated and erased all my historical data. It never synced with Google Fit even though it said it was linked. Bluetooth connectivity became unstable and then stopped working all together. No response from the developer.

Alarms- you cannot name the alarms and I have not found a way to delete them besides just turning them off. Heart rate monitor- I can get live readings, but the app does not record my heart rate throughout the day. Steps- records on the watch, but not on the app. Sleep- ehh from what I see, it does not appear to be accurate. Overall- watch is great as a med reminder, but you are better off going with something else if you want it to do more than that.

Bought two. First finally set up and connected. Would do all functions on watch, but would not record on app. Also did not do hourly readings. While trying to sleep first night it kept alerting me to get up and about because I was sedentary! Lol Finally got out of bed only to discover the clock on this watch was 2 minutes slow, and was no longer connected. Finally got connected and found all settings back to default, nothing recording on app! Very nice watch, app needs to be fixed.

Having problems connecting to my phone. I've tried several different ways, restarted my phone & the watch as well as reinstalling the app. This is no good for connecting with my phone. At the very least, I can use the band to tell my heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation & temperature. The accuracy is a little suspect sometimes though. Guess that's what I get for putting such a cheap band on my wishlist. I REALLY hoped that this would work better...

Stopped working and lost my data. Worked fine until the past month or so, when suddenly it constantly disconnects from my watch. And now 4 months worth of my measurement history vanished three days ago....and no, I didn't manually clear it. UPDATE So they release an update to fix some major issues, but also put 30 second ads in at the same times. Doh!!! One step forward and 2 steps back.

Wow... This has got to be the worst watch ever. I have had it now for one week. I really wanted to like it. It's small and offers a lot of cool features... However, the app randomly disconnects constantly. The watch has reset itself twice in this time and won't reconnect to the app which lost me all of my data. This whole thing is a tremendous disappointment and I much prefer my old watch that only offers blood pressure; at least my old watch does what it's supposed to reliably!

My fitness band used to connect pretty easily and the App and band both worked pretty well. Now, since the last update, I cannot connect through Bluetooth and as a result, my band constantly has the incorrect time and since it doesn't sync, none of my steps or other fitness information is being recorded in the App. So frustrating! I should have just spent the money and bought the top of the line Garmin, which was my original intention. This fitness band and App are a waste of time and $.

The app ...works... kind of. It takes forever to retrieve bio info from the watch (which maybe the watch's doing). There are too many ads and I was never able to sign in, I just got a message in Chinese (?). I finally entered my info directly. The "instructions" with the watch are in 3 pt. text (INCREDIBLY small) and don't really describe how it works. I kind of got it working, but it's very inaccurate. The watch's connection ID was "T3" which is hardly descriptive... could be much better.

Horrible! The wearfit 2.0 dies not connect to my phone automatically. It did once, but now, after recharging, it doesn't connect. I'm sure glad I did not purchase this with my own money, purchased through my insurance dollars. I will be reporting it to them of how this DOESN'T work properly. Hopefully, they will find one that does!

This app is impossible to use. I have tried to 3 months to correct the time, get the data and use it . It will not track on my phone only on the watch. I have an myfitnesspal app far superior to the wear fit. Also the sign in page with all the movement over the screen is hard to sign in. Wearfit2.0 needs to get with it! It also cannot be set up on my laptop.

Took me a few minutes to comprehend the functionality of this device. The app itself is useless imo. The Manual that's included tries to explain the steps to program the device to your liking are not much better. The app doesn't connect to the device. The only thing it really shows is the steps taken.when using the app to take measurements, it fails to transfer the data to the device and vice versa. A complete waist of time and money. I would not recommend this product.

Not user-friendly at all. There are too many pop-up windows. The first wants your credit card info. You have to touch a tiny spot in the upper corner to actually continue. Once signed in, it's not blank. It's like it's somebody elses app. It is nearly impossible to change the bday without scrolling through years. It's set in cm & kg, and you can't change that in settings. It's just an awful app. In the past, I now know why i paid so much for a fitbit... It's seamless to use.

The band itself is very simple to use. However it won't connect to the app at all, when connection management is looking for a device to connect to it doesn't connect to the band at all, it literally just connects; or tries to, to all my other Bluetooth devices. This app should be disabled by the Google Play Store. As someone who has heart problems, I just use the band to check my BPM and other things.

The app worked ok for short amount of time. It disconnected on its own from my band. Now it won't connect at all. Now I have to use the band itself, considering I have hear issues, insomnia and injuries I am trying to document my progress. This app should be removed from play store. Very bad app, very bad experience with it. Sign in always causes me issues. This is really not a good app.

The app stopped connecting to the band no matter how I try to troubleshoot. The band itself isn't responsive to touch, so I can't measure my stats from just the band nor through the app. The app gives error codes when requesting a verification code to register the band, so I can't even create an official account. I never give bad reviews but the whole experience has been aggravating.
