I love the app. My only issue is as someone who likes waiting for things too come out before reading large portions of it the daily pass feature makes that almost impossible. It seems too only happen for complected stories and a few exceptions, but I don't like it much. I love the new add feature though! As someone who doesn't have money for coins too fast past it makes it wal less waiting time!

New feature where watching an ad to unlock an episode has a high chance of serving you an unprogressable ad. No X ever appears and any touch or swipe on the screen takes you straight to the app store. This is broken and infuriating and a total waste of my time. Well, NOW they REALLY fixed it. Watching an ad now doesn't unlock any episodes AT ALL! Wow, great update.

Very good app in general, almost no complaints. My one biggest issue right now is the fact that they updated it so that even if you've caught up on a series, it leaves it in your unread section until you've watched an ad for next week's chapter. It's my personal preference to read one chapter a week so that it's always consistent, plus I like to read a bunch of different series at once so this new feature that marks a series as unread until you've fastpassed is really annoying to me.

HUGE issue I'm having is when a series gets put on hold, the fast pass is the only way to keep reading the last however many episodes can be read. and I mean ONLY. For some reason, it resets the timer on the "available in X days." 2 examples: Carl, and Unordinary. and far more to list. but to explain, the authors took a break and the fast pass episodes on it got put there indefinitely until they returned or I paid. considering how many series utilize fast pass, this absolutely needs to be fixed

Love webtoon, been reading comics on it for years now! If you're even considering spending money elsewhere I'd recommend the comics here! Specially lately there have been a lot of new fresh ideas being turned into originals from the canvas listing, really exciting. A room for improvement, however, is the new read status - don't get me wrong, I loved it since day one! However lately, those fast pass. that I have unlocked with ads, or could unlock with ads are always there highlighted in green.

I love the comics and everything in this app but when it comes to the Treasure Hunt it's the opposite. Whenever I participate in a quest and complete a mission the app doesn't give me my coins. This has already happened around 4 times,and even though I reached out to the Treasure Hunt Support Team and they fixed the problem, it's still happening. Please try to fix it.

I love reading the webcoms, their so interesting and the stories are very good. I only give it four stars, tho because of the coin purchasing situation. There's a comic I've been reading "Down to Earth," and I'm at episode 76? I think or higher, but I have zero coins, and I need 7 more to read one page. As for myself, I can't afford to buy coins, nor do I wanna download games and play it for a certain amount of time and never receive coins back. But out of that, I absolutely love this app.♡

Locking old stories behind daily pass really sucks. But at the very least, a setting where we could have the series pop up each day would be helpful. Otherwise it's hard to keep track as it gets buried under currently updating series in the subscribed list... other than daily pass restricting binge sessions, the app is great and stories are more or less easy to read as a free user Edit: just updated and the new UI is infuriating

It's been a good app. However, if you delete your Facebook and your webtoons account is connected, you lose everything. They won't even attempt to help give you your content back or even refund. As well this new ad system is ridiculous. Several of my comics were updated today. But every single one is now blocked by ads or fast passes. This was not the case before today, and this implementation, while I'm sure it's good for the creators. Is horrible and disgusting. There was zero warning.

Navigation used to be very simple. There was originals and there was canvas. And there was a banner for both. Now there is no simple layout. Everything is mixed together and overall very messy. Also the Ads are horrendous and everywhere. It's very disappointing as a very avid user of Webtoon. It would be nice if Webtoon went back to the original layout circa (2018-2019) or even how the original app layout is (Naver Webtoon). I'm just sad at how money driven the app is now.

Great platform for finding comics. However, there's been a huge push for ads lately that causes a quarter of your screen to be blocked out in the lower middle saying watch an add to unlock the next episode. There's also the new recommended function where at the end of a chapter it'll take over your screen to got to a recommendations tab but it glitches out and you have to restart the ap. There's also an ad at the end of the chapter and intentionaly expand causing you to misclick it alot.

I like the app and I've had it for years but when I had to change my account and make a new one, it doesn't let me sign in and only says "an unexpected error occurred." Also, when reading some webcomics, the ending is stuck behind a pay wall and I don't have coins to spend to see the ending. I also don't think someone should have to spend coins just to see the ending of a series, that's just not fair. I really like the app though, it's just some things need to be changed.

The app works great and never experienced a glitch or error. Even does pretty good with spotty service. There are some pretty good series, too. My biggest and really only pet peeve or complaint is the new daily pass system. It makes it so you can only read an episode a day or a few more if you watch ads. My problem is that I'd prefer to read chapters/seasons at a time or in a sitting, and it won't let me do so. I've used the app for many years now, btw. Fast pass is alright, though.

LOTS of good stuff to read. You don't *have* to pay to read, but you will be limited on how much of any series you can read for free at one time. Earning free coins is too much of a pain and the expire. Be careful to watch you spending, it's easy to go through your coins quickly. Currently no way to organize all the series you've saved - I hate that I have to scroll through like 100 without any way to sort.

It's a good app for reading, so many good stories and artists, but my only complaint is the daily pass thing. I wish I could just read to my hearts content, but that stops me, which kinda sucks. I understand the coin system and the schedule free releases, but not being able to read already put out their chapters of stories is kinda annoying. Also, the search function needs to be better. It does not work well and is difficult to use.

Can find some entertaining things to read. But man, whoever designed how ad placement works, is a horrible scummy person. As you scroll down and finish a webcomic, just as you see Next Chapter, the ad pops up and moves it down. And if you're not careful, you'll hit the ad as it pops up when you're trying to go to the next chapter.

Overall, I have loved this app. The stories are great and you can read most of them for free. The stories are very interesting and you can go back and reread. The only thing I would warn against is their "Treasure Hunt" feature. This is supposed to allow you to earn coins to read certain episodes. I have seen this on other apps and used it quite frequently. But here I hardly ever receive the reward when completing tasks. The help desk just tells you did something wrong and doesn't fix anything.
