When you made the decision to split crypto to its own app, I thought the plan would be to offer more cryptos. But no, there's actually LESS options than there was on the regular Webull app. There is literally zero reason to use this app over something like Coinbase when that app has way more cryptos and the option to transfer more of them between a wallet. What would give Webull an advantage is if they offered cryptos that Coinbase doesn't. Binance Smart Chain is big one to capitalize on.

MONEY DISAPPEARED!!!!!!!! Sold shib attempted transfer to robinhood. They rejected the transaction, and Webull Pay has no option to contact customer service, no option to transfer the funds to a different account. No response from feedback. This app makes your money disappear.

I attempted to create an account a couple months ago, using the exact same ID and phone I used when I created my original Webull account. Long story short.. Took a visible, clear, and detailed picture of my ID to submit for verification and once I took the picture through the app, it was a potato 🥔 quality. Not upset or anything, just a little disappointed cause I won't be able to start trading Crypto yet.

This app is horrible. I've tried four times in the past 5 months to set my account up even though I'm alreadt a Webull user and it just tells me my social security number is unavailable - despite the fact that the account has my information transferred from Webull And even uses my exact profile pic and signs me in. I'm done with this. It's not ready don't launch it. Simple. Everyone else I'd stay away from this

Easy to use, but otherwise suxs. No wallet, so you never really own coin. Limited tradable coins. NEVER executes limit orders, even if you buy target is smashed. Market orders are always st the ask, so what ever the ticker says your gonna pay more. Don't use this app.

The worst mistake they made was making 2 apps. Like be original and fix the log in issues. Respond to the emails. Until then 1 star..

Great UI & ease of use for buying cryptocurrentencies. I would've given it 5⭐ if the selection wasn't so limited.

Never ever will I deposit money into webull pay. Decided to move to another platform with updown and strike options and webull says I must leave my deposit after it clears for 8 business days...every other platform is 2-4 days. These apps are making interest off our settled cash. Comes out of my bank in 2 days but won't come back for over 8 days. Also the spread fees are 1%. That's huge!

This platform needs work. It would also be way better if it had tools like drawing trend lines, etc.. Please work on this to make it more like the actual Webull platform which I love. Thanks

Webull is amazing, easy to teach the app to new users/family/friends. But Webull Pay doesn't transfer well, most tokens aren't available, and no other ryoe of buy ins, this is just a buy, hold, sell. Deposit and withdraw time takes FOREVER, don't recommend Webull Pay

Anyone using the webull app is a complete fool. Unable to close account, and it gives several reasons that may be the problem, yet they will not point out the potential problem, causing me not to close my account. I've done nothing but lose money anytime I used webull, so I might as well keep what's in there, and I'll delete the app. If you go to the same issues, just make sure to unlink any accounts you've allowed them access to. You think all these new negative reviews would wake someone.

Hateful GARBAGE. This entire app sucks, the interface is clunky and not user friendly at all. You cant customize anything. You cant select different time intervals for the charts ( e.g 1 minute, 5 min, 20 min etc.) like you can on the regular app, the charts themselves are absolutely usless, deposits take DAYS to clear on the app (despite the fact the funds are immediately withdrawn from your bank account) and no instant buying power. And no wallets to transfer crypto in or out. Webull sucks

Not the same as before, the chart is not as accurate as before, can't change the time frequency to minutes or hours, no live charting anymore, harder to buy and sell crypto because chart is not available when buying or selling, does not provide live bid or market price, reminders or notifications are not turning on even when you set it on and so much more. Might have to find a different app.

Webull went from a reasonable app to use with a viable desktop program to complete garbage. This app requires you to remove 2 factor authentication from your bank account to link accounts to transfer money out. There is no work around or other alternative. Seems sortve suspect Additionally the "better customer experience" they said was coming with moving your account over gives you a fraction of the options and information you had previously.

It works, but is an insane downgrade from the primary Webull app in every possible way. Instead of the highly detailed chart and information, we get a single line with no markers or indicators of any kind. No moving averages, nothing. You have to go back to the Webull app to see any of that. Feels very Fisher Price like it's "baby's first crypto app".

You can only see current value despite looking at different timelines. The charts are non-interactive and there's only price alerts for 5% and/or 10% up and down with a single switch (5% up and down, 10% up and down). There's no stops, customization, price charts/grid or anything found in Webull! They just threw crypto holders in a dark, dank basement with nothing to do but watch through a cruddy window. Should've prepared this app better with similar or more features than the basic app!

I was a Webull Customer about 2 years before the transition. On my first attempt to access it, the agreement says must have computer, phone, or tablet yata yata...I can't find a way to access this stuff from my computer by app or browser and the app won't download to Bluestacks. Worse still I can't even look at my account if I don't agree with all the terms, I would have to liquidate it.

I have been dealing in crypto for about a year on WeBull. Zero issues. The WeBull Pay App is horrible. I cannot even connect my account that has transferred 10's of thousands of dollars to WeBull to WeBull Pay because the verification process does not recognize my credit union! Sounds like it is time for a change in platforms. They wont even answer the phone to address the issue either.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I LOVED WeBull for several years and recommended it to several. This transition has been handled horribly. Error after error upon setting up the new app...I still cannot see, view or transact. Can't log in. It says my SSN is not available, it says my email address is taken (of course it is, it's the one you sent the notice that I had to download the app!!) I want to liquidate. I have totally lost faith in this platform.

It's OK. The biggest problem I have is the app not notifying me of set prices I have put on. I'll get notifications for a crypto that's gone up a certain % when I don't even have a notification set, yet the cryptos that I DO have notifications set will rarely actually notify me. I'm having to keep a close on eye them myself which defeats the purpose of setting notifications.
