Such an amazing app it makes it so easy for us to plan each and every task of our wedding be it outfits, mehendi, decor and what not! Also, the live sessions were so helpful, that I was able see the collection and also got know the price range. Very helpful and trouble free!! I would definitely recommend my bride to be friends to download this app for a hassle free experience throughout their wedding!

Hey there, the team is doing a great job in bridging the gap between vendors and client. At the same time they bring a lot of options to the table. However there is a scope of improvement for seamless experience which I am sure the team is already working on. Expanding the scope to more price brackets will yield better user response. Overall it's been a smooth and quite beneficial experience on the platform. The right set of information is provided and the team is cooperative as well. Good job!

Very bad experience and very disappointed. I've seen lots of good reviews and googled a lot about it and downloaded the app. Now, when I wanted to contact support team via app, it says failed and I had to go to website and leave a message. I tried to contact a vendor and finally got the app business WhatsApp number sending me the vendor contact details. When I sent a message, it ticks blue. However, no one responded. I also dropped a message to the vendor but no luck.

Amazing aap. Proved to be boon for my wedding preparations, suggestions were genuine and well curated to our needs. It wouldn't have been possible to make things smooth for our D day without wed me good. Thanks and kudos to makers! Guys doing a fabulous job!

Do not pay!!! I paid for 2500 for the premium package of their my genie app, I wished to plan my wedding. But to this day there has been no contact from their team.

WedMeGood allows fake positive reviews but genuine issues cannot be highlighted as they pull it down. We came across a fraud vendor and had a horrible experience. In spite of raising the issue more than 15-20 times via email they are conveniently siding with the vendor. The whole incident has left us very disappointed that we hired a vendor for a wedding event which added to the overall stress level. The customer care is least bothered on what happens to the user of the service.

The app contains 100% genuine contacts of vendors and it is very easy to find particular vendor at any location. I recommend this app to everyone who is struggling to find vendors for their wedding preparations whether it's a mehandi artist, photographer and makeup artist ..

Filled with fake vendors. Anyone can make fake account here and run away with money. Lost 1 lac to a fake photographer. It's better to book locally from known vendors.

I tried unlocking a deal by paying the amount displayed for a vendor. After the transaction, no deal is revealed or added to my account. The UI isn't clear on how the deal works. Once someone pays for a deal, it should be displayed in my account somewhere. Don't have an easy way to contact support in the app. You should always display a number or email for customers to contact if they need anything. Poor customer service!!!
