Used to really like this game but with every upgrade the game gets worse. Now you have to work harder to get nothing watch more ads for no reason and worst of all everything keeps freezing up.

It's lazy. There is only one event that repeats over and over. The forced ads are obnoxious and loud. They want money to get rid of the ads, but the lazy developers don't warrant paying for anything extra.

Edit - I'm level 32 and I can't say I'm much motivated to play anymore, there used to be nice milestone rewards but they have become very scarce, and I liked the fact we could get generator parts as rewards for orders - we don't get those anymore, there's just a bunch of the same orders.

I think this game would be fun if I could play it. It locks up and have to go in and out of it and on merge screen it strobes/blinks off and on so you can't merge. Done messing with this app. Deleting it. Tried to report the problem and couldn't get it to send to contact.

I enjoy the game. It is a fair game. I am currently maxed on level 47. Please make more levels. ****why are there so many ads now? there were no ads before unless wanted extra energy only. I started playing early September 2023. I don't even want to play as much anymore. I'm scared to complete an order and watch a mandated ad.

Ngl this isn't too bad. Ads aren't too intrusive, although sometimes they are a little bit too laggy but that's more the fault of the people who make those ads, not this game. Yes this is a semi idle merge game to where you have to wait and come back but ngl? It's actually very decent. Writing is good and properly grammatical for English so, yea it's not too bad.

I have made several attempts to get help from support about getting my game back. This was one of my favorite games. So when I got anew device and downloaded the game, it wanted me to start over. I have been leaving emails for a week now. I'm going to be forced to uninstall. It's a shame cozit is a cute game. But lack of support makes it impossible to continue.

First, thank you for fixing the issue with the ads. Unfortunately, Customer Service $ucks. I have reached out because logging into FB did NOT save my progress that I have spent a LOT of money on in order to reach. To CSRs-you have two days to reach out and/or fix, or I will take my money and find another game to play. There are plenty of matching games. I shouldn't have to write a review to get a response.

Game is much better now but still needs improvements. Loading screen still takes time to load and merging items is a bit laggy. Also, I was hoping you guys add more merge items and more characters on the map. That would be fantastic. Happy I can fully play the game offline. Looking forward!

Very slow game play and you can't regenerate energy another way than by waiting hours or by watching numerous adds on top of the inundated forced ads. Feels like the game has been quickly put together and run by ads. I will hold out for another level or two and if it doesn't improve, the game will be deleted.

Saw it had an update and was going RI give one last shot. Updated and all my progress is gone. It started me over. Officially giving up. Now I can't claim my rewards because it freezes on the collection screen and the game won't load. Full of glitches. No daily chest. Items randomly disappear off the board. And now, after 8+ hours, im STILL at 0 energy. This is absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile, they'll claim they're "trying" to "fix" the issues, but its been weeks, and its only getting worse.

so far, so good.... fun silly game... the dialog is GREAT (I usually skip animation in these types of games) But... Storage could be a little cheaper. Shouldn't cost energy to empty coin chests. Things I like... Both visual and counter available on charging items (I like knowing that there's 13 minutes left as opposed to guessing how long 13% takes) Animation is not overdone Dialogue is awesome Click progression of matched items & names easily Powerups are useful

Honestly? The game aesthetics are exactly what I was looking for and I try to pay a couple of dollars to games I enjoy to support them but I would save your money. There are a LOT of glitches. Items will randomly disappear since the last time you opened the game (this includes game breaking things such as the cauldron). Sometimes items will spawn on top of another item. Items that create other items rarely upgrade making it difficult to complete tasks on top of disappearing items.

Super fun game and I am very interested in the story line. However, I completed the big task with the maxed out items (that took me over a week and at least 100 watched videos to recharge the items and recharge my energy to complete) and now it's saying that I need to complete more tasks to continue the story line, but no tasks are popping up. I love the game, sucks that I can't play.

The story seems interesting, but I'm giving it one star because of the forced ads. The other merge games I play that are identical to this one do not force ads on me. I don't mind optional ads, but when an ad just pops up in my face while I'm playing and it's a forced 30-second ad....no....I'm not doing that. Remove these pop-up ads, and then I'll come back and play.

Loved this game, BUT... The intrusive constant ads for no reason (and no rewards with them, which makes it worse, imho) are way too frequent. So frequent, that I've decided to uninstall this game despite loving the mechanics, artwork, story, and rewards. When you can learn to NOT CONSTANTLY (every few actions, LITERALLY) to throw ads and break up my gameplay, let me know, and I'll return and edit this. I have to say I'm not someone that minds ads, so those that do will HATE this issue.

okay out of all the types I've done, this is my favorite. especially since it is themed after my spooky favorite gal. I have not come into any issues at all so far. however storage is pricey but I can work with it. music's relaxing, dialogue is funny and quirky*snap snap*, rechargeables aren't too bad either keep up the good work! (also ads yes are a bit but they aren't a struggle to close so thank you!!)

Underlying game is enjoyable. Story is interesting (though dialoguebdoes have that AI feel to it). The biggest negative is the amount of ads you'll need to get through, of which the remove forced ads for money aspect does not alleviate. Energy regain is capped at 100 which is a few mins of gameplay every 3-4 hours so you'll be forced to mindlessly skip through ads to bring you're energy up to a useable amount.

Ads in the middle of levels too often, inconvenient pop-ups (One of which that has made me accidentally spend gems twice now), and the reward for completing a collection is unclaimable, but the notification won't go away. The game is playable, but annoying. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this game when all it can seem to do is irritate me.

This game will break out into absolutely random ads. There is no warning or anything. You click on something, and all of a sudden, you're watching an ad. I don't mind in app ads, but I need a warning. I really like merge games, so when I get to a certain point, this one will be obsolete for me and will be un-installed. I don't think the concept is bad perse. But I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know
