Had been working well until recently. For some reason (glitch?) it has recently been duplicating the last 4 digits in my zip code (instead of aaaaa-bbbb, it puts aaaaa-bbbb-bbbb), and when this is placed into Google Maps it gives the wrong location, so the delivery people can't find us. Last 2 deliveries never got here, and it was a pain to get reimbursed. Checked our account settings on the Wegman's website, and the address is correct there. Signed out of the app on the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled and still comes up with the wrong address.

While it's nice to be able to order food via the app, the choices are very limiting, especially if you're gluten free. It would be nice if there was a feature that allowed me to write a note to not include cruotons. Even better would be the ability to customize dishes, build your own salad or Asian bowl. Additionally, it would be nice to order pizza by the slice. I hope the developers include some updates that allow for flexibility in the next update.

Depending on what you order it might be good. I've tried Chicken Alfredo and it tasted like my little kid made it... Subs are good usually. It honestly is hit or miss sometimes and I doubt I will try new items. I'll only stick with what I know tastes good there. Also, Very Disappointed that they don't offer regular discounts for repeat customers. They used to but I haven't received a discount offer or a promotional offer in well over a year and 1/2. They used to send them every few weeks.

The only notifications I have listed are for order updates, yet I still receive push notifications that are just ads. Have to block all notifications to get them stop, which makes the order/delivery notifications useless. Delivery is just re-skinned door dash. Wegmans doesn't follow mask recommendations for in-person shopping, so I thought I would try this, but it's not at all worth it.

I love the food options at Wegmans and now love that I can get them delivered to my home. The app has been working well for me.

Breathtakingly, Astonishingly, Slow. The app spins endlessly. Restarting the phone did not help. I cannot use the app.

the app constantly don't take your order. then you show up and your food's not ready 😢 happened more than once

The Curbside Pickup option has been glitched for months and more times than not doesn't allow you to pick a time slot, thus making it impossible to order. The service is five star when you get an order through but the app hasn't been fixed in months. I've tried it at the same time with Calkins Road, Chili-Paul and Hylan Drive and none worked. I believe it's an app issue, and not a store issue.

Doesn't save password. Reset is a mess. Credit cards unsaved. Scan credit card doesn't work. It would have been faster to call in the order. Providing more details: keep signed in isn't working, need to sign in each time or reset password due to not using often. When clicking the camera icon to scan card it fills in numbers and then backs out to previous screen with no information filled. Also clicked to save card and it previously saved but since this past use it doesn't. Super frustrating.

It's ok for some things. I've been ordering Asian bowls. They only come with standard vegetables (different ones for each dish). I'd order different proteins if I could choose the vegetables. The nutritional information consists of a range of calories 630 - 710, with no indication of what number goes to what choice. They tell you to call Customer Service for additional information, but it's not readily available to them either, so there's a lot of hold time.

I've used the app twice at work now. A couple glitches while processing payment. Needed to exit, reload, redo order etc. Overall works great, delivery was as promised with out issue and food was great. There are a few customizations that could be improved. Personally I attempted to order a sushi roll veggie pack that comes with 2 vegetable rolls (1 vegetable rolled in rice). I happened to want the same vegetable in both rolls. However the app makes you pick 2 different vegetables. Annoying.

Thus app was not ready to be launched when it was! The bugs in it, frequent way too many times for them to have authorized launch instead of doing more testing! The delivery times take way too long to load up to make a selection (20 minutes at the least) and ive attempted on 2 different devices (ios and android) and on different types of internet (mobile data and wifi) to no avail.

Could not get past the order summary page. Tried logging out and checking out as guest. Also tried uninstalling multiple times. i always get stuck on the summary page with a pop-up saying something went wrong on their end. Not ready for prime time. EDIT. Finally got it working. As per the developer's response below they had an outage. App itself is easy to use and convenient but it needs to be better in terms of handlimf system outage.

First time impressions are really good. I was able to specify a time for pickup and everything went very smoothly. One suggestion would be to add the option for sandwhich combos. It's usually my go to when i get food from Wegmans. Also a way for me to confirm i picked up my meal. It can literally just be a button saying the food was picked up. Paying through the app, it just feels awkward grabbing a bag and leaving without mich interaction.

Frustrated with the app. Have used successfully in the past. Changed my password and now I can't get past the orange opening screen. I spoke to support. They suggested I clear my cache. Did that. Restarted phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Tried everything I could think of. Still not working. With regard to the service it would be nice if special instructions could be added to the order. Such as having dressing or condiments on the side.

The app itself is fine. it's annoying that Wegmans has multiple apps and they don't share any kind of connection to each other, so multiple logins are required. the navigation is slightly annoying when ordering food. for example, when ordering a sub, I can click on the right side of my screen for most options. however, when I choose my ingredients, I have to use the left side of the screen, which makes ordering more difficult while finishing a run or on the move.
