Update: APP is not working!! Says Error: insufficient role! when viewing assignment details, there NEEDS to be a way to contact support. At very least, a 'bulletin board' to leave a question/message/memo regarding the assignment. Also, it would be super helpful if there was a way to view the look details BEFORE accepting the offer. Which is another reason a 'bulletin board' feature would be beneficial. as it would decrease cancellations if questions could be asked before accepting assignment.

Good for extra cash and getting done beginner experience in the insurance industry. I docked stars because about 30% of the jobs I accept do not have working contact information, or the vehicle is not at the location described in the app and I have to track it down. I'll continue to use it to fill some open time during my slow work season and fill my wallet a bit. Pay out is not huge, but at times you can pair several along the same route, or in an area you happen to be and it adds up.

The app consistently deletes the work you have done when trying to send. Some files make it to the server, some don't thus making it look like you can't do your job correctly. Not to mention delays your pay. I've been with WGL for 3+ years but this will likely end it for me. I've had 3 looks in a row do this and I'm on a Galaxy Note 9. I have no confidence in the apps or IT. I would NOT recommend WGL anymore

Great App, Terrible Compensation If you're in high school or a college student with few bills, this is great I'm sure. But most looks are at least 40-60 minutes away, then you're committing 25-60 minutes of your time when there and the average payout is $16-$20. That's not including your travel expenses, plus that's pre-taxed income, so remove another 20%. For people trying to make a real living, look elsewhere.

I've worked with them for a few years now and while the app is a bit quirky things are good. Recently notifications have stopped working. I am no longer able to pick up looks because they are gone by the time I see the email. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. I'll update my review when the app notifications work again.

Horrible app, doesn't work. Be very careful with this app. Ever since I put in my personal info, it gives errors that say "insufficient role" & "network error" and the app does nothing else. The network works fine for all my other apps. This app is up to date. I've contacted customer support and gotten zero response. Feels rather scammy. I've had to join a monitoring service in case my personal info is attempted to be used by someone else. I uninstalled this junk that's just taking up storage.

I live in the second biggest city in my state, but I have never received an offer for anything close by. The looks are always 30-45 mins away and only pay $10-15 each. Definitely not worth the gas or my time. It's really insulting that they would offer a $12 payout for somewhere that is 45 min a away. They really should be offering $30-50 depending on distance. As far as the app goes, I've never had issues with it.

I really like completing looks, but they need to adjust their pay to be realistic for some looks. $25 is not going to cut it for a look that is 25, 50 or 100+ miles away! It is also annoying when I get notified about a look and go to check it out right away and then the app says it was already taken! Amazing! I didn't even know anyone else in my little town knew about We Go Look!!! Support is helpful and always very polite. I really like this company and would like to see more work come my way!

Neither the app or website displays your previous looks in history. As if you have no record. However, payment is given promptly after you're set up. MORE: While the app has crashed time to time, I must say that I've gotten quite a few lately. I think the key(s) are these: get started, and be consistent, i.e., seek one per week or so. Update2020: YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS. If you need a side gig ASAP, then very well sign up. However, they sometimes find some silly detail they claim you missed and end up not paying you a cent. Even if you drove 30+ miles. Once, they'd given me the wrong address, and found a way to make it my mistake. Specifically, they gave me an address that sounded like one street, but actually was another. So, the actual address was 5 miles west of what they gave me. Didn't have time that day to go any further, so I ended up not being paid. They could have simply confirmed with the client to make sure they heard correctly.

I have been doing Looks for over 3 years but they don't come around my area often, unfortunately. However, I have always had serious problems with the app crashing and draining my battery and the look taking longer than it should. Very frustrating in Wisconsin winters. My last look required a return trip because if it. Fortunately they paid me to go back. Update 4/10/19: phone was at 90%; took a few photos and my phone turned off. when I finally got the phone back on, my battery was at only 17%

A few things.... The GPS navigation is not always accurate. Part of it is wrong info entered when the look was created so it's strongly advised to verify the location when scheduling the appt. The app doesn't keep a log of your earnings. The pay has gone down almost half the amount of what a look used to be. There needs to be the option of text messages as a form of attempting contact. And if we have to be unassigned we should be able to remove ourselves without calling customer service.

Does the app have a flaw or 2? Of course. But then all apps typically have issues. The point of this app is to provide an opportunity for people to make money on the side and it fits that bill perfectly! As a gig worker, this application has fit perfectly into my routine. I am a filmmaker and during the breaks between projects, I have made over the last year several hundred sollars with limited effort. I think this is a great app! Perfect for people looking to add a little extra income!

The app is a data hog. I rarely send in my look pictures on the road. I wait until I'm home and use my wifi. The app sometimes has the wrong address (likely input error). I always verify the location with the customer. The app always rearranged the order of your looks as you look at individual looks. This makes it confusing if you are managing several looks at once. It doesnt allow you to keep track of your activity.

Update: The app needs to be more conducive to the individual Look instead of all the unnecessary pictures of items/parts of something that is not relevant. Love that they added Look history that shows what has been completed, when they are/will be paid and $$. Now if you could just fix the little problem of random data disappearing (vin #, color, etc.) after you enter it and move on. It uses extra time! I rarely get notifications for available Looks even though my settings are correct.

Makes my job alot easier, very instructive and guides you properly. However, recently, I have been having issues with the photos that I take while completing an inspection. After clicking on "Use Photo" the picture space goes black and it takes a while for the photo to show. Another issue is that the data disappears sometimes after data input (e.g. vin#, damage description, etc.), and I have to re-enter the information again. Please fix this.

The last three to four looks I've performed, the app has crashed several times. Each time I've gone back in I've had to reenter comments and retake photographs. The last look I ended having to email everything instead of using the app, which almost doubled the time I spent performing the look. It would be beneficial to have all the info entered saved, even if the app crashes. I hope that's a fix that can be made.

I love doing the looks even though the pay for some "Looks" are shockingly low."Wegolook" is just for extra money. Help from support is great but kinda slow responding sometimes. The big Con is the app. It constantly stops. It use to only do it when a new look was available or I was in an area with low service bars but now its unpredictable and I have to submit "Look" photos thru emails. Now im scared im not seeing all the looks available in my area. Please fix the bugs in the app so that it can benefit everyone.
