This app is one of the best workout apps. The exercises are very easy to do and doesn't stress you out or make you feel any form of body pains the next day. Very beginner friendly. Nice app for all to download for your daily workouts and weight loss.

I haven't started yet but I was wondering just like most people here about the charges. If we choose to cancel after reaching the goal or even before the goal, can we cancel this account knowing that we will not be charged anything moving forward? Like someone said that the app said free but then we are being charge. What if we want to cancel within a couple days after registering, how can we be refunded? And I hope no one is going to tell me to contact somewhere and it's not going to work.

I love that this is a simple to navigate platform that logs your completed workout automatically. I work up a sweat with the workouts and feel like they are effective. They fit great into my morning routine and I don't feel stressed about trying to fit in a long session.

An amazing app. Only ads right when you enter, but very short ones that you can skip. I love how the workout challenges get progressively harder each day, challenging me to do more. Download the app, and you will see results and feel the burn. Trust me!!

The ad tricked me into buying the diet meal plan without a clear indication of instant purchase. I tried to email customer service for a refund immediately, and they refused to do so. The app is full of ads even after purchasing the plans. The exercises are not cohesive, and I have to stand and lie down repeatedly throughout the whole process. I find it very distracting having to press the done button after each workout.

This app is great! I love how you can adjust your rest time if nessecary, or skip it completely if you feel you don't need it! I also like how there is a written name, and explination on what you need to do. The exersizes start to become more difficult over time, however you will barely notice it if you are consistent with your exersize. If you are looking to loose weight from this app rather than just keeping active, I would suggest you repeat the exersizes about 4-6 times extra! 💕

Great app. Adverts aren't intrusive, rest breaks are adjustable and there's an animation, video and written explanation for each exercise. Each plan starts off at an easier level and slowly increases in difficulty as you go along so that you barely notice the change. My only criticism would be that once you finish the 30 days, there's no option to continue at the harder level. You would have to add in exercises and lengthen the reps by yourself, which defeats the purpose of using an app.

Update: Today's the 15th day and was able to stay mostly consistent with the program. Nice to be able to add more time to any of the excersises. Although I don't expect miracles to lose weight in this short time, but getting the body moving again feels great! Org: Only did the first day exercise. Had a good light workout with a toddler. Will know if it helps once I complete the series.

I feel like I can do this! The occasional ad does not feel intrusive at all, and the exercises are challenging enough to feel as if they are making a difference without feeling overwhelming. I'm excited and hopeful about being successful with my weight loss goals! Request - more training plans down the line, perhaps a way to select specific activities to create one's own training plan? I struggle with jumping jacks, I wish there was a way to exclude them without sacrificing an activity

✅️*Will edit later after more use.*I downloaded and have done one days worth of workout. The instalation was easy and so was set up. It has a cute weight graph for motivation. There's about 15 total workouts in a day's set with plenty of breaks in between each set. Super easy to follow with great examples of each workout and motivational input here and there. Towards the end they throw in some yoga like movements that help you wind down. Will try for a month and review again.

While this app does come with a couple second ads it is a great app to help you lose your target body area, I've been using this app for about 2 weeks now and have slowly started seeing results. Remember it's not just the workout that helps you lose your target goal but the nutrition you consume. Also everyone's body is different so results for you may come faster or slower. It's all about time💪💪💪

I was very hopeful. I saw great reviews. Even saw that you can try a free version. Well the questionnaire was very thorough and I loved how it even asked preferences for food to be sure to create a meal plan you'd appreciate. However there was absolutely no free about it. I could not open anything at all without chosing a payment option. I was very disappointed to see that.

Will admit I was almost discouraged to download, but did anyway. Very easy to use, I like the animations (very simple and to the point) min ads & voice commands are limited, which isn't bad. I'm current doing the beginner exercises, but see that they have other exercises lined up for target areas and intensity. It does a quiz in beginning does offer a pay option, but you can by pass that following the quiz portion. Again it works for me, not sure if it's for everyone. (I do recommended the app)

I've just started and will update my review in about a month, so it should be enough time to see even minimal results (I'm doing it for fun). For now, I love that the excercises mention ease from beginner to advanced, and the addition of video examples is great! As a note to protect the developer, it seems very obvious, but there is no mention of warmups first. I recommend at least a banner or some kind of reminder. Especially if users have any form of disability, not used to excercise, etc.

This review is not about effectiveness. I filled out the questionnaire and was excited that it said I could reach my goal of losing 10 pounds in less than one month. I was ready to start my workout, but then it wanted to charge my credit card for a year's subscription $69.99 just to do the 7 day free trial. Of course, it said cancel any time, but I never do those. If you won't let me try the product without committing $70 up front, I'm not interested in doing business with you. Deleting app now.

I actually lost weight and I think that this app is a really good fitness app to use because you get energized and motivated to do things that you couldn't do when you were all tired and sleepy but now you are able to get things done without sleeping all day (btw you can also be more motivated if you put on some good music, I mean it helped me)

This app was a really great investment. I love the astetics of it... but not only that, it is comprehensive. The exercises are laid out really well with great explainable hope to do them, even showing a YouTube video of you want to watch it done by a live person instead of an ai. It helps you track your weight and the exercise plus allows for you to explore more than just the day of exercises. You can do multiple sets and it will track everything for you with calories burned as well.

Really like this app, exercises are simple to follow and I love the visual timers. I do 3 workouts a day on this app and finished all 3(now on resets that I added weight to). I do wish that the reset allowed for a more difficult training of where it remains at where you left off on day 30 to gradually get harder. I do have the Advanced training "Strong and Lean Body Building" I can do as an addition to the 3 now easier workouts, so I have options using the free part of this app.

I love this app! Keeps me motivated and consistent. I use the free version, which is perfectly fine for what I need!! It can be synced with Google Fit, which is pretty nice as well!! It has breaks in between workouts, but for more of a burn I skip the tests and go straight through the workouts. Download this app, you won't be disappointed!
