I had ordered a card and now that I have it I am unable to load western union money orders on to it because the app will not open up the cash a check part of it. Its fustrating because I have been waiting all this time for absolutely nothing. And the fees are ridiculous. Robbery at its best. Never again. No stars from me just had to choose one in order to comment.

This app is awesome! Super user friendly and very easy to navigate & figure out any & everything you are looking for. The set up is perfect I wouldnt change one single thing on it if I had too! Thanks

This app worked well up until a couple of days ago I can't see my balance, go to the menu or sign out. If I didn't get alerts to see what I spent I wouldn't know what I have to spend. Please fix this it if very frustrating.

I am nervous about this card because it has gotten so many bad reviews and the app is not on Google play protect. When I tried to add money from my bank it said it was not eligible. I also could not add money from my Google play wallet. I even read that a person was declined when trying to use it even with money in it. How can I trust this card to even keep my money safe after reading that money was taken from some one's card even though they had it in their pocession.

Easy to use once you signed in. I just wish that the email I have had to send information to two times still has yet to answer me about getting and receiving money. Why the problem cant be fixed. And someone actually review my account and see I have no more transactions like in the past and still wont let me get a answer on getting and receiving money but they say I have a western union netspend account.

this app sucks and the service sucks. I hope if you're considering using this card/app, that you read this first and reconsider. if I could rate it negative 5 stars I would. I started an account and the next day I was "locked out" of my account that I just created. horrible customer service. I do NOT reccommend that anyone use this service. I'm spending the money in my account and then shutting it down.

Was great to have as a debit card. It WAS safe but apparently if you dispute a charge on your transactions and see it before netspend does, it's your problem in getting your money back..... This 20 year cardholder is fed up. Update now I am seriously thinking of deleting this app I've always had a $10 overdraft fee I put $13,000 on my card and now I receive a $20 overdraft fee it's not like I'm really overdrafting a whole lot of money just a couple pennies here and there. So unacceptable

Constantly freezes. Uninstalled, cleared cache, reinstalled, still no dice. Tried on different phone, no go also. tried on desktop version, same thing. Y'all need to test your app before releasing, this should have been resolved days ago based on other reviews.

I've had this app for few years and no major problems. Get paid earlier and customer service has always been accessible. It's pretty simple. The only issue I've ever had was with the Mobile Check Load service or issue's related to connectivity. Not the APP itself.

I have downloaded this app before several times to do mobile check load and had no problems. This time I cannot get the app to even open, it just says call customer service. They say nothing is wrong on their end and can't help me. I use western union often and would really like to continue using it but I can't even get it to work. I'm really upset and unhappy about it I need to cash my check. I've had an account for 6 months with no problem. Unhappy!---- Update worked - cashed check

I followed all the directions, installed the app , it freezes to 'WELCOME to the Netspend Visa,,,, , can't by pass , tried to X it out next try I clicked on "take a tour" , still freezes up.... can't link the netspend to western union,, frustrating as hell plus I reboot both my cell phone and computer, still nothing working right here,, uuuuggggh

After several months I was finally able to access account on the app again. Seems bug fixes worked. Going to try loading the card and using it. However I should just cancel and toss the card as since I lost access to it and the app few months ago I now have a -2.50 and -.50 pending.... 😡

Went to the store and bought this card to send money. After trying to activate it, I was told my idently can't be verified and that I needed to call in. Even after providing the correct information over the phone as well, they still couldn't verify the information. I have them my DOB and SS number. Asked for a supervisor and got put on hold. No supervisor. Got tired of waiting and hung up. CARD IS FALSELY ADVERTISED.

The features are great i can load checks but the fees are terrible they charge you to put money on your card and charge to get your money out plus a monthly fee and charge for all kinds of other bs fees too. i have been with them for so long but i am ready for a bank with out all the extra fees a bank i can cash my check right away without paying a fortune from it a bank i can withdraw from without paying so much for my money. if it wasn't for fees it be great.

App is not working, it's been a week now. It stays on the black screen forever and then says there was an error loading the page. App is updated, I even uninstalled and reinstalled. This is unacceptable as some of us travel and need to be able to access our account information

I have to say this was my favorite app last 5 years and has saved me from some very serious problems with the over draft protection which will be leaving in March, it was great while it lasted however the importance of the app using it on the go has stopped all troubleshooting steps:change password uninstall reinstalling clear phone cache reset phone tried a new phone nothing's working so it is no longer usable at all on the go when needed. IT is instantly frozen & at tax season it's unusable.

I've used this card and app for a couple years now and mostly, it's just ok. I live far from a Western Union and this allows me to recieve money without a long trip. Occasionally I have been locked out of my account for reasons ranging from too many transfers (5) in a month to using a VPN. Customer service is useless. They are rude or they just outright hang up on me. Don't use this as your regular card, only as a tool to get fast cash at your convenience and you should be fine.

It's an good app the keep track of what you spend and we're ur spending your money. I like the card it works with anything that I have needed to use it for but the only thing and why I only gave it 3 stars is because I don't live that close to a WU so most of the time when I get money sent to me I just have it put onto my card and the major downfall is that u are only able to do that 5 times every month. Idk why only 5 times like come on they should definitely change it to at least 10 times!!!

I'm having an issue on to where my card is not activating for some reason. Every time I go to the activation page, I put in my card info in and it gives me a screen after that something went wrong. Is there any fix to this?

It's good actually, which may come as a suprise to some. I've been using the WU/NS card and companion ap for a couple years now. It complely surpassed any of my expectations. I picked it up as a sort of burner prepaid card that I wouldn't use heavily or have to worry about. The app has a better interface than some other comparable or in some cases, larger financial institutions. So kudos
