Somedays the app works great and other days I can't login. Too unstable for me. For example right now the "Agree to terms and conditions" button doesn't work so now I can't use the app. Two days ago app was working fine.

The app keeps crashing before you can do anything with it. I'm told I need this to access the Waterpark at our resort. The main reason we went for this was the on-site Waterpark for our kids. Better be sorted out before we arrive next month!

Frustrating. Locked me out three times in the same day. Called had the app unlocked changed password signed on and was locked out a fourth time. I was told IT was aware of the problem. Being aware and not fixing it is frustrating.

Constantly crashes once it opens. Will not work. Says to update once developer fixes bugs, but doesn't seem like the developer is fixing the issues Would be nice to actually be able to use the app!

Always gives error about app permissions. You can't download documents, and basically anything useful directs you to the website...outside of the app. Might as well just use the website. Oh, it will easily let you make your mortgage and HOA fees though.

App is just terrible! It doesn't work and I've been trying to make a payment. It doesn't allow you to do anything at all and charges you a late fee for not paying on time when their app is the problem. We pay entirely way too much money to have these problems!

App is broken since the past few updates. We have a steady coming up and I wonder if we'll have a problem. This seems to be a problem with relying on apps to handle bookings and rewards... The technology has to work and this one does not work.

Not user friendly any more. Used to at least be able to see my weeks, used and available. Now I can not see available time, check reservation or see time used. No ability to check various resorts for availability any more either. Not sure what's up, but heading in wrong direction for sure....

What is WRONG with this app? You log in, GET ERROR notice... then app options. You click on something, it goes to it, then app closes. Constantly have to reopen it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE APP, better to you regular website that this app to get any work done. Spend more time logging back in than anything else. Have uninstalled HOPING it would fix the problem. Re-installed, problem is worse Sorry app

Worst app ever! It keeps giving an error message while trying to check in our reservation and won't tell us what's wrong and to just try again later. Also by some miracle our first check in went through but we don't which card it was on because there is no way to find that out nor is there a help line to contact for these issues.

I had downloaded this app once a couple of months ago. First time ever using this app, too. It worked for a few days, but then I went to use it and it would close out right away. I would get a notification that it has bugs. So I uninstalled it. I reinstalled today so that I could use it to check into our stay, check other messages, etc. It still doesn't work. Very frustrated.

Fix this seriously! I almost didn't stay here because of how terrible this app is. It doesn't work! So frustrating. It force closes all the time and gives notification that the app has a bug. I have tried multiple times to access the app over the last two months and nothing has been done to fix it. C'mon Westgate, this looks bad!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APPThis app is still far from satisfactory. It gives off the impression that Westgate rushes to create features without proper testing or consideration. One of the most annoying aspects is its tendency to keep running in the background until manually stopped. Unlike other apps that halt activity when you exit them, this one persists, consuming unnecessary resources and draining battery life. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this app until significant improvements

The online checkin process is completely unusable. The id scan says it can't no matter how clear the photo is. The phone number says that it is invalid even though it isn't.

I want to love this app.... However... I want to cancel and get refunds without making a legal document letter that must be mailed by a certain date... With it worded just right or no refund... Give timeshares and vacation clubs a better name by allowing freedom so you can compete with the people doing Airbnb VRBO... Etc... I wish it had a easy to find customer service chat. 😠I also want this to be as seamless as other companies for booking vacations. I want to book and make changes.

NOTHING in this app works! Everything is an error. We have been coming to Westgate for YEARS (we are owners since 2009) and now this app is the only way to see the movies that are playing and what time and what activities are happening....but the app does NOT work to show you these things. Super frustrating! What is wrong with the printed paper!?!?!?!
