Very exclusive and stylish sales with great deals. However, handling & shipping is a little outdated for books and decorative items.

Always cool furniture. Never got disappointed with the quality, they feature great brands. Shipping can take a while but it is worth it.

The app is user friendly. No ads. Only minus, frequently the articles arrive damaged. Client service and return/refunding works well but still time lost and so on.

Honestly - easy peasy. Nice images, items as pictured, fast delivery (or clear about longer delivery when that's the case). Good job, Westwing. Good job :)

Why isn't there an English option? Unless you're bilingual, this app has nothing for you, except look at nice images of things you aren't able to purchase. If you don't service English speakers, why not say that in the description so time isn't wasted?

is this the most user-unfriendly apps? okay - maybe not 'the most' but it's high in that rank. what's a joke...! prices are high as sky and you can't look for products as you wish - you can only view their silly campaigns. absolutely ridicules concept. stright up in their ...s

3 starts b/c a) Beautiful things, but trying to return broken glass items (why can't you pack it properly??) becomes a customer service nightmare; b) Also there's no search nor filter function

I order a sheep skin from New Zealand. Original price was 90€ it was on sale and I was super excited! Just received my package and it's a cheap copy Made in China. I also had to pay 7€ for the delivery I won't get back now. This is a scam!

Horrible service. Besides sales are not real sales (check the prices of the items you want to buy in the internet because prices in general are raised in the app to give you a feeling of a good purchase), often delivery is very late! Not on day scale but weeks scale... And they don't inform you before, only after. Deleting the app today after another order being very late. In response to developer: I can send you proof of a bike you offered recently for 299 euros, cheaper in many other sites.

Save your time, money and nerves. If something goes wrong with your order, customer service won't respond or do anything about it.

Worst app ever. No language selection. Clunky to use. When I finally found the category of products I would like to see, there way a measly choice of 13 items. When I tried to look at sales, it opened something outside of my app in the browser. Instead of just opening a new tab in my browser, it closed all the tabs that I have kept opened for many months, causing me to lose lots of valuable information that I've kept opened for a long, long time. So annoyed, I uninstalled this app.

Was trying to purchase a couple of items today which seemed to be available - not sold, not reserved, added them in the basket just fine, I could see the "2" hanging on the basket icon and the time 19:58 sec left for purchasing, but a second later, when clicked on it to check out, the items had disappeared. Had to go back and repeat the whole process again about ten times, but the same problem happened. Then in a few moments somebody bought one of them. VERY DISAPPOINTED :-(

Online decor shopping made easy. Although the ability to search by keyword/item across all current sales would make shopping even easier. Online browsing on the app is often done during those in-between times -- on public transport, on the queue, lunch break, etc. -- when you're not ready to finalize the purchase. Remembering all the details to track down items at a more convenient time can be tricky.

Unfortunately l am very unhappy with the app ! The furniture is beautiful but the ordering process is hell! I've tried to order chairs few times. Not one time did my order went through! Then when it did l didn't not receive any confirmation. You need a lot of time and patience to get sth from Westwing ! Do not recommend!
