Horrible new update. Old version was much better. New doesn't pick up my location, (yes, I checked permissions) When you click on find fuel, old version gave you instant locations/prices. Now I have to click another button and wait. If you want to check the route, you have to enter current location. As a OTR driver, that's constantly changing and 99% of the time, I have no clue what town I'm rolling through. There was nothing wrong with the old version! And now I totally dislike the new one.

The appearance is better, but operationally, it's worse. I don't like how it auto zooms when looking for fuel. You can only set the radius to 25 miles. I wish it was more natural, like the previous version. Let me search the map without the radius limit and auto zooming. Also the prices on the map are all mashed together. I wish I could revert back to the old version.

Once again an app that was really good, after an update is now horrible! What happened to the map? There is no map! Now to route fuel stops it requires specific address for destination. Previous edition you can go from city to city. Half or more are inaccurate for locations. The "upgrade" I woud have suggested to previous is to filter specific truck stops like Trucker Path app. If it ain't broke don't fix it! Bring back previous EFS app!

Find Fuel is a terrible mess. The mileage to the fuel stop is hundreds of miles off from the actual route mileage. It says I'm 267 miles away, but by the same route on Google Maps I'm actually 506 miles away. The speed of find fuel stops has been crippled by the new design by their updated GUI. Thankfully, they went back to allowing general cities for input, but this "new and improved" app is far from improved. It just looks pretty, but lacks functionality.

The update to WEX from EFS sucks. (For lack of a better term!) The "improved" fuel finder, in who's opinion???? 1. The mileages from current position to fuel stop are usually WAY OFF, 2. Each time you click on a location from the list, when trying to return to the list, it takes you back to the find along route page. 3. There is no longer a time frame from last price update. 4. You can no longer zoom in to get a satallite view of the station. This is all it will let me list!

the last version of this app was very difficult to use. To many steps, and when you get to the map you have to keep clicking and zooming. I would like to be able to see the map locations for the entire country, and zoom in on the are I want. I knew an update was coming. The new 1 is worse. Who designed this? Did anyone test it, ask for feedback? All & all terrible!

The app used to be OK. Not anymore. The 25 miles limit on search area has made it very frustrating. Frustrating enough that the mediocre discounts are no longer worth the hassle. I think a new fuel card purchase program will be in the cards for the next quarter. Your development teams sucks and, is going to cost you a customer.

The mileage is way off when you go in to look for fuel. The map is way off. When you're looking for a truck stop, it might show that it is south of the highway and in reality it's north of the highway or it may be just right at the exit. I don't like having to log in Every time I want to use the app. Trying to go back to look at other truck stops and their fuel after you finally get it to finally load, which takes forever. Out and then you have to start all over again. You can do better

The redesigned map feature to find fuel is too limited in its search radius to be useful of over the road, and it's automatic zoom-in feature is beyond annoying. The cheapest fuel is no longer color-coded green; so, now you must manually search through each listing is find the cheapest. Does anyone have a different fuel card they would recommend? I'm at my wits-end with this one! WEX was told about these shortcomings 6 months ago when they first released the app, and have done nothing to fix.

Fuel stops are miles apart from where they are shown on the map, that or at wrong addresses. Not to mention that you can't copy said addresses. The map itself is a joke. Can't place your search bubble over an area where you want to see fuel prices, can only search by route or a very limited bubble around you. Why mess up what was perfectly fine.. and if this isn't fine; fix it! Please! The app is unusable and unreliable, stop forcing your customers to trudge through your poor app planning.

The app works well once I figured out a few initial hiccups. The card number needs all the numbers from your card. Once you login and use the price locator, it does not auto refresh when you move the map, you need to hit the magnifying glass to search that location. This made all the difference to me. It give it fine stars with auto refresh as I move the map, so common when on the road.

There are some really obvious features that are lacking. The app already uses Google maps. So you should be able to switch to satellite view so you can see how to get into a place or if it's suitable for trucks without changing apps. You should also be able to disable including tax in the fuel price, as that doesn't matter except for reefer fuel. Overall the app is also just slow and buggy. Pretty disappointed.

Terrible "update". It wasn't broken and didn't need fixing! The previous EFS card control app was user friendly and allowed me to find fuel locations and prices quickly and easily simply by dragging around on the map and searching that area. The new WEX app is horrible. You can't do a general area search except within 25 miles of your current position. WEX app devs don't realize a trucker might be looking for fuel at the end of his run 500 miles or more away. Idiots. Bring back previous UI!!

Design is nicer than previous app. 1* down for the fuel receipt change. When you open receipt, before you could see name of the city and state at the very top, now not. Its making harder for IFTA filling for owner operators, this new model where that information is missing. 1* down, harder to do search than before. Now you need full address in order to get proper autofill recommendations, before it was enough just a destination city to add as a route stop. So far, thats mine first impressions.

Supposed to be improvement over the EFS app, but in reality it's functionality is a massive step backwards. Every negative adjective out there can be applied to decribe this atrocious mess. I don't accept "just need to adjust" excuse. Fuel search is AWFUL, have to input address vs just city (really dumb), less station info; can't do local search by zoom size, slow and sticks. I could go on and on. This is costing me TIME (a.k.a. money.) Please, give us the old ugly EFS app back.

The app is useless after the revision. Fingerprint login no longer works. The "find fuel" is ridiculous! Why waste time entering an exact address? I just want prices from one city to the next. It doesn't have all of the available locations. Magically all of the Loves between Little Rock and Dallas no longer exist?? PLEASE FIX THIS! 3/7/22 MUCH BETTER! The search nearby still needs to go back to the original where we could move the map to any location and expand or contract to find prices.

Updated app is not as user friendly as previous. Now takes 9 keystrokes, 3 screens to get in. Used to be one screen and just a pin. Fuel search no longer allows you to finger zoom to an area and search. Transaction list has less detail, now you have to click on it and open a different screen to see transaction, no longer a quick glance... Old app was smarter technology, not sure why you would update and offer less to users.

many issues 1. "Search nearby" (loading stations within 1 mi) bruh... I can find a fuel station within 1 mi faster using my neck than your app. 🙄 2. tying it into the fingerprint scanner is exceptionally nice... but if it only reads half a fingerprint I literally have to close & reopen the app because it doesn't queue up again 3. we've been able to find a station... but they are still few & far between & sometimes the ones advertised aren't even in the right place on map (ALWAYS CALL AHEAD!)

FIX YOUR DANG APP 3/21/24. The information in the app keeps freezing. It won't show me any fuel stops, or upcoming stops or any local stops. For the last week there's been so many problems with this card and it's app. I don't know what the hell's going on. It used to be extremely reliable until this last week. Now it's posting prices for fuel and they'd be 60 and 70 cents off from what the dealer is actually charging. Yes I understand that it can change rapidly but not that damn much.

OK, the update I promised. The app is OK, but you have to use it for a few months to figure out the settings. However, right now, there is something going on. When you search, you get 0 results. This makes the app worthless. How they get it fixed because for most O/O, fuel is a HUGE expense!
