This app is trash! It doesn't have accurate price information. When mapping to the station, it sends you to random places. This is a waste of effort!

This app did not work at all on my Android. It couldn't find my location, even when I typed it in the manual search. I had it before on an I-phone and it worked well. Very disappointed.

Keeps giving totally incorrect prices. App gives no way to report incorrect prices. Keeps having me drive somewhere to find the price is totally different. Waste of time and entirely defeats purpose of the app

Repeatedly said my location could not be found even though I gave it full access to my phone's location service. Manually entering locations (zip code, then city name) also did not work. Utterly useless.

*Note, prices are rounded up, so a price showing 2.36 is actually 2.359, not the 2.369 most would expect. *Cannot view all fuel grades of a station simultaneously. *There is no "sanity check" on prices. I've seen a station showing 24¢/gal and another showing $78/gal. *E85 is not shown for about half the stations that carry it. *E0 is not even an available option. *There's no way to know if a price is cash or credit. *The stations load slow in the app, but not as slow as the web version of this. *I still give it 3 stars, because there's nothing else like this. GasBuddy has more data points, but less accurate, since Wex gets prices from actual at-pump transactions.

Worst app ever. Fails to show any results and constantly claims not connected to a network even though the phone has full bars/network signal. Wanted to give zero stars but the review process only lets you go as low as 1.

Spent 20 minutes manually search my current location in Google map then typed in the location in this app still can't find tje address. Waste of time. App doesn't locate your current location even you turned on phone gps and had permitted the app to access your location. Uninstalled zero star.

app is useless. The map shows you where the gas stations are located, but when you click on one and ask it to take you there it switches you to Uber, one of their ads. Instead of taking you to Google maps they are only worried about making money off of the ads. I have this as fleet cards for 10 of my vehicles and will be getting rid of it this month because it is useless when you're on the road to find gas stations .

It worked for a while, now it won't find my location, and I when I put in the location it shows bad address. Tried deleting and reinstalling, nothing works. It went from great to horrible overnight.

This app simply didn't work. It didn't produce any results because it couldn't find my location, not even after I entered the city & state manually. I've uninstalled and re-installed it in an effort to troubleshoot this problem. However, the problem seems to be the app itself.

The only problem I have with the app is I would like to have an option to see if a gas station will allow access for a large charter bus. It doesn't do me any good to see there are 20 gas stations within 5 miles if I can't go to any of them to fill up. Other than that,the app is very useful. Now another problem. I am in Peoria, IL and the app crashes every time I try to open it. When I typed in Peoria from home,it would crash also, but I thought I would be able to search once in Peoria. NOPE!!!!

Should rate it 0. It simply does not work, on 4 Android devices all 4 show no connection. I work for the phone company, other apps work, signal strength is excellent, tried Wi-Fi still can't get it to work. Someone needs to remove this from the app store until they get it working

Unlike GasBuddy, Wex Connect became better with time. No issues with location, Pixel 6 Android 13. Quick and simple locating gas stations, filtered by brand and sorted by price or distance. Seems like the prices are updated very regularly! Easy to get directions. Bug - if leave the app running, switch to something else, then return to it later, the results list is blank. App has to be force closed and reopened to refresh the list. Maybe because I didn't grant Location permission at all times?

Location does not work, both automatic detection and manual, making the app completely useless. Based on the length of time this issue has been reported I wonder about the capability of the development team. They should be extremely embarrassed to publish something for so long that absolutely does not work. They could at least post a notice that the app does not work on android.

Once again, this app has failed to deliver. It went off-line for several months, was re-tooled and reintroduced, worked for a few months, now, as others report, has gone dark again, with a "No Connection" message and advice to "check your network connection," There's nothing wrong with my network connection . . . the only thing that's wrong is the design of the Wex Connect app. I drive a company car, we have the Wex fleet fueling service, and I need to know where the best gas prices and locations are that will accept the Wex card. Not a problem when I'm in an area I've purchased fuel before, but real trouble when I'm in unfamiliar territory.

This WAS a good app. I preferred it over Gas Buddy. It used to work well. Now, it's pretty much useless. It has lost the ability to 1) determine where you are via gps, and 2) locate you via a specific address. When you choose "locate fuel near me", it says "your current location cannot be found. Please manually enter a location". When you manually enter a valid location, it says "location not found". Considering that this app has not been updated since July 2018, and there are not any developer responses to negative reviews, it's apparent that this app has been abandoned.

Utterly useless. Spent most of the work day trying to get this app to find gas stations with zero luck. Does fine on service stations, but regardless of search filters, options, or range, consistently claims it doesn't have network access to find results (but never has problems finding service stations? Wouldn't that require the same network access?). Total waste of time, and an insult to those of us tryi g to Do Our Jobs and use the WEX card for company vehicle fueling.
