Dec 2023- haven't received anything at all. Missing notices and not contacting W2W again. Never resolved first time. Unfortunate Received confirmations and checked online to confirm schedule all missing. Email concerns to developer. Thank you hope fixes arrive dinner than later. Crystal

Many functions. Once set up works well. Push notifications do not seem to allow an audible alert...Galaxy S6 user....maybe a glitch? Would recommend!

Quite good. The main thing I seem to notice is it is difficult to put in a continuous string of time off. Or two days spaced by some regularly scheduled days off.

I was using a calendar software on my desktop to make employee schedules. It was a nightmare & took a lot of time because I'd schedule someone then realize they had a conflict. With W2W it let's me know if there's a conflict. Easy to copy schedules from week to week. Takes less than 30 minutes to schedule a month. Employees can then trade shifts easily so I know instantly when they do. Awesome app.

Literally every time I open this app it crashes the first time before completely loading and I have to reopen it again. Super annoying especially since it's an app I have to use for work so I can't just delete it and move on :/

Why is it that with the latest update, to see more than just my next scheduled shift, whether seeing who else is scheduled or additional shifts, it has to open my web browser? I see no point in having a standalone app taking up space on my phone if I still have to use the browser for complete information.

Generally functional, if somewhat counterintuitive. However, after the latest update I can no longer scroll up on schedule screens without first pressing/holding and scrolling down.

I think we should have the same things the iOS version of this app has, this app seems outdated and it's a bit unfair because my coworkers have a smoother experience with a better UI while im stuck with an outdated looking UI.

App crashes every time I open it. Even closed Android pops up a thing saying it's crashing. Do you want to stop the app? Please fix this. Even on the app store, it says recent data shows it may stop working on this device.

Overall this is a great app BUT with the last update it changed the calendar so that I have to click on each individual day to see when I work as opposed to the color coding system that was previously in place - grey was off, white were work days. Please bring that back!

When to work is a great app, very user friendly and easy for anyone to learn. The only thing I wish it had was a dark theme. The white background is very bright especially when double checking your schedule for the week before you go to bed. As well as the brightness drains battery quickly, a dark theme would help will phone battery life.

This app is very helpful for keeping me up to date with when I have to work. I get my schedules weekly. My only complaint is that I sometimes have to go back and forth with clicks on stuff before I get to the screen I want to see. It would be nice if you guys can dumb things down a bit so those simple minded can better use this app. So it's not to complicated to get to where you wanna go. It should be as simple as opening the app and with just a single click you are on the screen you wanna see.

Password entry field needs a visibility toggle. Signing in is ridiculous. Need to reset PW all the time due to keystroke errors. Also, I shouldn't have to sign in everytime to check push msgs. Finally, the notifications menu has weird descriptive choices that make no sense or aren't clear. So maybe hire a writer to simplify & translate unintelligible tech speak to clarify the meaning of the choices.

The app functions but push notifications are no longer working. You can set up notifications for your email or phone, these two options work. The push notifications for the app itself no longer do, no matter how many times I go in and save the options. Get this fixed please.

Overall I've liked the app, it's definitely buggy at times though. Not really a fan of the new layout, while the colors look better and pop out more, I don't like the scrolling. And it gets stuck trying to scroll up. I've had the app for years and it gets the job done. Unfortunately I uninstalled and it fixed the bug for maybe 3 days because I'm having scrolling issues again.

I have used w2w and for awhile it did its job and I had no issues with it.. but probably the last month NOTHING IS LOADING!! all I can manage to look at is my shedual for the week. I cant request time off, cant see who im working with or see any messages because NOTHING LOADS. Im so frustrated with it bc I need this for my job!! I've re-installed it about 3 times now and im at a loss. I wish I didnt have to use this app.

Modify my review from 2 star to 4 star. Had struggled with app notifications. It's not showing on app. Finally after back & forth email with customer service, gor resolved. The settings for notifications little complicated. That's why don't receive push notifications. It should set up as same page as email notifications. Do not hide.

Hello! I've been having this app for about 4 months now for work. At first the app works pretty well, and tells me when to come in. Yet, the app would crash. And also, for some reason my times would be inaccurate on the schedule. I keep having incidents the schedule will tell me I'm working from 11-8 or even 10-8. Later to be called why I'm not at work. I restarted my phone several times to see what is happening. I reinstalled the app.. and it finally updated to 9-6.... please fix this.

It seems as if I can no longer get sent notifications about shifts added to the trade board, is this a feature you removed, or is it in a new location? Edit: I got in contact with Mark from the W2W team, who helped me solve the problem. It seems that when I updated the app it reset my notification preferences. Its all fixed now! The app works great and deserves 5 stars.

Two stars because its essentially a less useful version of the website. However, this can be fixed. Three things I would love to see from W2W to help do this are: - The ability to have my schedule automatically sync with my Google Calendar. Or something of the sort. - A sleeker, and more lag free experience. Right now, theres a three second minimum buffer between when I click a button and anything happening. - Push notifications, so that I'm notified about messages & changes to the schedule.
